I can't say enough good things about Reflection Mobile Detailing. They exceeded ALL my expectations. Kenny was responsive, friendly and thoroughly professional from start to finish. He picked up and dropped off the car exactly on time, fantastic communication and follow up, and the work was remarkable. He turned yellowed, dim, downright dangerous headlights into like- new condition. I don't often gush about service providers because I feel good service should be the norm, not the exception. But when someone provides gush-worthy service, I'll gush.

Great. He was on time and professional. Nice. He did a great job. Washed & waxed truck and wheels/ tires. We'd hire him again.

I recently purchased a 2014 Chevy Volt that just came off of a lease. Absolutely love the car, but it had fine scratches all over the exterior: very noticeable. I'm a car guy, so those scratches taunted me every weekend at wash time.😁 Looked here for someone to do a paint correction. Found Reflections here, with very high ratings. Those ratings are well deserved. He was able to remove almost all the scratches, aside from a few on the hood that were through the clear coat. Nothing but a repaint will fix those. Kenny was very professional, courteous, and bottom line...made my car look fabulous. Highly recommended.

Very pleased, one red spot by spilled gatorade is almost out - but I already knew that wasn't going to come completely out - BUT Kenny didn't hesitate to point it out. Before he left, we already were talking with him about detailing our other care. Worth the investment. Great guy!

Kenny did a great job. He actually switched his schedule up so he could get the car done by the time my wife came home from a trip out of the country. He was timely and very professional. Kenny is one of those people who loves what they do and it shows in the quality of the job he delivers. He completely detailed the car inside and out including the engine compartment. The service included cleaning the seats, shampooing the carpets, cleaning the windows, treating the leather, shampooing the floor mats, clay barring the exterior, buffing out some small scratches in the paint and sealing the exterior. In addition, he cleaned the engine compartment to the point that it looked as though the car had never been driven.

Kenny Hinds (the owner) did a super job. The detailing was done for the inside and outside of the vehicle. Kenny pays a lot of attention to detail and it shows in the finished product. He has a mobile unit which enables him to do the job at your residence or you can have it done in his shop. All in all, he's really professional, personable, and will give you a quality job for the money.

Kenny Hinds is the owner. He does the work himself and the end product is excellent. Auto detailing is not cheap, but you will get your money's worth from Kenny. The exterior work included car wash, clay bar treatment for deep cleaning and scratch removal, wax/shine body and chrome (or treat plastic/rubber surfaces), wheel and tire detail, and complete window cleaning. Interior work included vacuum and steam clean carpet, clean and disinfect all interior surfaces, clean/treat leather seating and trim, cleaned all windows. I also asked him to clean the foggy, semi-opaque headlights and they came out clean and clear. The work is very detail-oriented and it shows. Kenny's shop is in Loveland, but he will also come to your home and do the work there.

Car looked fantastic and was picked up and delivery within agreed upon timeframe. Kenny is very professional and I will be going back in the spring.

My car looks absolutely amazing; it looks brand new. Kenny was professional, courteous and hard working. I cannot say enough good things about his service or him. I would use his services again and will recommend him to anyone. The service cost more however than other detailers I look at using, however they did not have the reviews this company had and therefore I called Kenny. Now I can understand why.

I am a returning customer to Reflections and I have to say I am pretty disappointed in this experience. The website says that interior details start at $175. I was very surprised to then be charged $250. I asked about the discrepancy because when I used them last, my car was the same size and same condition. His explanation was that was a few years ago and prices go up. I feel like not being upfront with the deviation in pricing beforehand is very dishonest...especially as a returning customer. I won't be calling again and will not recommend Reflections to family and friends as I have done in the past. Save time and money and go to Froggy's in Mariemont where they are explicit and upfront with pricing.

They coordinated continuously with me. They called in advance. When the weather was bad, they offered to take my vehicle to their indoor shop. They did and my car is now clean as a whistle. Kenny Hinds, the owner, did an excellent job.

Outstanding. I contacted Kenny by phone and he set up a time to meet me that same day. He finished my car in the timeframe he said he would. My car looks just like it did in the show room and it is almost 5 years old. I am amazed by the job he did. He cleaned the interior which included steam cleaning all carpets and even the headliner. He applied Armor All on dash, doors and event the rubber floor mats (everywhere that needed it). The exterior was detailed and waxed as well. Tires and Wheels look Great. I couldn't be more pleased and would recommend his service to anyone.

Absolutely fantastic! Mr. Hinds was able to schedule us very quickly, and the service was amazing. The truck looks brand new, and better than I had anticipated that a detailing could do.

The 4th time we have reached out to Kenny for his services and he continues to impress. He spent about 5.5 hours bringing back our 2005 4Runner to its previous glory and we're always happy with the result. The details are not missed with Kenny's work and you can trust for a good result when complete.

Relections appeared right on schedule for the appointment that was established the prior week and immediately got to work on the project. When finished the interior looked almost showroom clean and shiny. He applied the shiny conditioner to the leather as it was so beat up, and it looked absolutely terrific when completed. All the dirt, beverage spills and mess had been removed. The floor mats were brought back to life dispite having two holes in front by the driver. At least they were now clean and had the color restored. All of the crud under and around the seats was removed and all areas cleaned and conditioned. The headlight lens were now clear and one could actually see the bulbs inside. I couldn't believe how well they restored. I would highly recommend Reflections for any car for detailing inside or out. His work is without compromise. Plan on about a week's wait as he does such a great job and is so popular, your booking time should be considered. I would highly recommend the work of Reflections Mobile Detailing to anyone including family and friends. You will not be disappointed in the quality of the work.

Kenny turned our 2008 Camry back into the beautiful car it was when we drove it off of the dealership when brand spanking new. Will recommend Reflections Mobile Detailing very highly. The fact that he came to us to do the detailing was very handy for us also.

The owner, Kenny, picked up the car, himself, at my house. We talked a bit. He was very professional, friendly and informative. He took the car to his shop to do the work. He had it back within a few hours. The car looked brand new inside and out despite it being two years old with 27,000 miles on it. Kenny spent the time explaining what he did and advising me how to continue to care for it. Very highly recommended.

I needed to sell my mother's 2002 Honda Accord EX, which she had not taken very good care of in her last driving years--the interior was filthy with bits of food, stained upholstery, dust, as well as a sticky, dirty center console. While I thought that perhaps the vehicle (with only 70,000 original miles) would only be worth about $2,000 in good condition, I was shocked to learn that the private party Kelly Blue Book value on it (if cleaned up) would be somewhere between $6,000 and $6,500. I've detailed my own vehicles before, but there was no was I was going to tackle this one. Time for a professional detail! Kenny Hinds, owner of Reflections Mobile Detailing, stood out at the top of the listings of Cincinnati-area auto detailers, with more than four times the number of "A" ratings as the next listed detailer. His web site was basic (i.e., not flashy), but very informative, and had very clear before-and-after shots of what he's worked with (and the results he's gotten) in the past. Kenny called me back almost immediately and had a refreshing discussion: We talked about what *my* needs were, vs what he might sell me. Great communication, great listener, and understanding of my budget and purpose! Dropping the car off to him was easy, and he promised a very rapid turnaround time, even though the timing was not critical. Kenny texted some high-quality photos to me during the work, and actually called to confer with me midway through the process to discuss options based upon what he had found while performing the work. Upon completion, he texted me some additional photos showing the improvement. Upon picking the vehicle up, I was amazed at the difference that Kenny's work had made in the appearance, function, and feel of the interior. And he didn't just hand me the keys--he insisted upon reviewing the work with me to ensure that I was satisfied, and several times reiterated his "satisfaction guaranteed" policy. Truly, this vehicle interior has not looked this nice since a week after it was driven off the dealer's lot in the fall of 2001. Claying the exterior and some basic wheel polish/touch-up also had a big impact on overall appearance. There is no question in my mind about how Reflections Mobile Detailing wrangled the #1 spot on Angie's List in the Cincinnati area for auto detailing: 1. Friendly; 2. Prompt; 3. Excellent communication; 4. Above-and-beyond service; 5. Excellent value; and 6. Unexpected level of attention to detail. I will be recommending Kenny's services to all, and my wife and I plan to have Kenny perform a complete detail (interior and exterior) our own vehicles in the spring.

Mr. Hinds, the owner of Reflections, came out with all the supplies he needed to do the requested job of exterior detailing a full sized pick up truck. He was thorough and professional. He pressured washed the truck then used a clay bar on the exterior. Made a big difference in the shine of the vehicle. Then he sealed the finished. It was a huge difference in looks. Better than from a car showroom. You can tell he takes great pride in the detail of his work. I highly recommend Reflections for your auto detailing.

I spoke directly to Kenny and he was a world of information and so personable and pleasant to speak to even though he wasn't able to perform the task I needed. Kenny was nice enough to tell me how I could get the polyurethane off the car paint on my own and suggested ideas for the cat urine removal as well. It's not common to find someone so willing to take their time to speak to you about something of which they will not receive any monetary return from. I will tell you one thing, as soon as I or anyone I know needs car detailing performed, I will be sending them to Reflections and Kenny!
