They are the best in Loveland, I use them whenever I need a plumber. They are wonderful people and a good crew. I bought the sink from them, but I bought the faucet separate. We already had the filter and hot water. There were no issues.

I called Patterson Plumbing and set up a date and time. They showed up at the right on time(0830), and installed the backup battery. Since the battery needed to charge 24 hours prior to use; they just made sure everyting was hooked up properly. I have used this company before and have been happy with their service.

I was doing some repair work myself and I ran into a snag I could not deal with. I called them and they were very helpful. They were courteous and did not criticize what I had done. They came and repaired it very quickly and cheerfully. It was a good experience. They were in and out quickly and got the job done well.

He was very professional, responsive, punctual, and explained everything to me. His pricing was very reasonable as well. The quality of his work was good and I was satisfied with his service.

They gave an excellent service. The were very dependable. They came on time. They did a good job.

They showed up on time. They took out the old dish washer and put in the new. They took the old dish washer with them when they left my house. They were very courteous when they were working.

They told me what kind of battery I needed to buy and I bought it. They came out and installed it and charged me just for the labor. They were nice to work with. They explained what they were doing and why they were doing it. We looked at the whole drainage system and he gave me suggestions. They came when they said they would and it cost what they said it would cost.

They are very nice and responsive. They usually get here within 24 hours. They usually charge by the job.

Left message and they called back 3 hours later. Came out the next business day and replace water line and outside hose nozzle. They also pointed out some things that need to be done, installation needed on outside pipes. They had done work on the house with the previous owner. The were willing to work with my teenage daughter because I had to work. I was extremely pleased with that!! We have not yet rec'd the bill, therefore I don't think I can comment on the price. I did however put a price of $50.00 so that it would not be left blank.

Had to call a few times to get through to them. First message left, did not get a call back. Finally got through on Tuesday and first available appointment was on Thursday. I accepted this wait as a good plumber is very busy. Got a call early Thursday confirming appointment and gave directions. Service was friendly and professional. I am very pleased with the work and will have them do additional work in the near future.

Patterson Plumbing did an excellent job of identifying where the problem leak occurred and was subsequently repaired. The job was completed in a competent and professional manner.

Initially could not find source of leak. Repaired portion of pipe that was thought to be the cause. Came back immediately the second day when leaking water still an issue and repaired completely. Did not charge for second visit. Great response time, friendly and professional.

The plumber came at the time I was told. He cleaned up any mess he made. The faucet works fine with no leaks. The toilet was able to be fixed and is working.

I FELT THEIR PRICE WAS STEEP, AND THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP ON TIME THE DAY OF THE WORK. HE DID CALL TO CANCEL, RE-SCHEDULED TWICE, AND THEN FINALLY HE GOT OUT HERE. I WANTED A NEW FAUCET FOR MY KITCHEN, AND HE FORGOT. I CALLED, AND REMINDED HIM, BUT IT HAS BEEN SIX MONTHS, AND I STILL HAVEN'T HEARD FROM HIM. I WOULDN'T CALL THEM AGAIN. THEY WERE FINE AFTER THEY GOT HERE, BUT GETTING THEM OUT WAS A PROBLEM.

THE REP THAT CAME TO MY HOUSE WAS VERY HELPFUL, PROFESSIONAL, PUNCTUAL, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE WAS HONEST ABOUT THE FACT THAT THEY DON'T SERVICE MY TYPE OF HEATER, PROVIDED INFORMATION ON HOW LONG IT WOULD LAST AND WHAT COMPANY I COULD CALL TO FIX THE ISSUE.

CALLED YESTERDAY, CAME OUT TODAY. THEY CALLED ME AT WORK ABOUT 1/2 HOUR BEFORE THEY WERE TO ARRIVE SO I COULD MEET THEM. THE PRICE INCLUDES PARTS AND LABOR.

WE CALLED THEM ABOUT VARIOUS PLUMBING JOBS WE WERE CONSIDERING, AND THEY SENT SOMEONE OUT. THEY ACTUALLY DID ONE OF THEM: ATTACHED A WATER LINE TO A NEW REFRIGERATOR. AS FOR THE OTHER JOBS WE REQUESTED, THEY SIMPLY NEVER CAME BACK. WE CALLED NUMEROUS TIMES, THEY SAID SOMEONE WOULD COME, AND FOR THREE MONTHS NOW NO ONE HAS CALLED. THE JOBS WERE TO REPLACE A FAUCET, ADD AN OUTSIDE FAUCET, AND PUT IN A NEW SINK. WE FINALLY WENT TO ANOTHER COMPANY, BUT WE ENDED UP WASTING SO MUCH TIME SIMPLY WAITING FOR THEIR REPLY. IF A COMPANY DOESN'T WANT TO DO A JOB, THEY SHOULD TELL YOU UP-FRONT AND NOT RUN YOU AROUND.

THE REPAIRMAN WAS A LITTLE LATE. HE WORKED NEATLY AND FAST TO COMPLETE THE REQUESTED WORK.

PATTERSON WAS HERE RIGHT ON TIME AND DID AN EXCELLENT INSTALLATION WITH WHICH I'M VERY PLEASED. THE ONLY NEGATIVE WAS THAT WHEN THE PLUMBER WAS HERE, I ASKED FOR AN ESTIMATE ON ANOTHER SMALL JOB AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CALL. I WILL CALL TO FOLLOW UP WITH PATTERSON.

RON, THE PLUMBER, DID EXCELLENT WORK, EXPLAINED WHAT HE WOULD DO CLEARLY AND LEFT THE WORK AREA CLEAN. COST WAS VERY FAIR.

RETURNED MY INITIAL CALL VERY QUICKLY, NO PROBLEM SCHEDULING WORK WHEN I WANTED IT. HE FIXED THE PROBLEM WITHOUT CUTTING THROUGH THE WALL. GREAT JOB DONE. I COULDN'T BE MORE PLEASED.

THE PLUMBER CALLED THE NEXT DAY AFTER I LEFT A MESSAGE AND GAVE ME A CHOICE OF SEVERAL TIMES. HE CALLED A HALF HOUR BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT AND SAID HE WAS ON HIS WAY AND ARRIVED ON THE EXACT TIME OF THE APPOINTMENT. HE WORKED QUITE A WHILE TO FIND THE LEAK, BECAUSE IT WAS NOT OBVIOUS. HE DISCOVERED IT WAS NOT A PLUMBING LEAK AND OFFERED TO PUT ME IN CONTACT WITH SOMEONE WHO COULD RESOLVE THE ISSUE AND GAVE ME A BALLPARK FIGURE OF WHAT IT SHOULD COST. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WILLING TO ANSWER QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS I HAD. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE AGAIN.

HE WAS GREAT. INSTALLED NEW FAUCET AFTER HIS LUNCH HOUR AND INSTALLED A NEW FAUCET FOR THE NEW SINK. SO ACCOMMODATING. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY AND BENT OVER BACKWARDS TO HELP OUT.
