I am getting ready to list my house, and my realtor said I needed to replace some areas of my carpet. Before doing that, I searched Angie's List and found James from Integrity Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning. He had so many great reviews, so I decided to see if he could get my carpets clean enough so I didn't have to replace them. From the beginning, James was a pleasure to work with. He was extremely responsive to my messages, got out here quickly to give me an estimate, and scheduled the cleaning for a Sunday to work with my schedule. He told me that there was no need to replace my carpet because he could get all the rooms looking great. Well, he definitely delivered!! I have to say that my carpets look incredible! I never expected them to look this great because they hadn't been cleaned in such a long time, but I am amazed! I will definitely recommend James and be using him for any future needs I have.

Again, as with all the previous times, James Mattox, owner/operator of Integrity, excelled. Precisely on time. Excellent results, and thanks to grandchildren and in-residence elderly family members, he faced some major cleaning challenges. Very fair price - that sectional is a bear! See our previous reviews as well - the guy just does great work! We found Integrity on Angie's list many years ago and won't even consider using anyone else.

James did an excellent job cleaning our carpet. He takes pride in his work and pays attention to detail. We are very happy with the end result. Our carpet looks as new. I have got carpet cleaning done in past by other companies, I must say that James is by far the best! The other guys left my carpet too wet once they were done, but when James finished his job our carpet was not as wet. It dried out the same day. I could see the way he rinsed at the end made a huge difference. He also moved our furniture to go under it to clean. He used foam pads to protect furniture legs from wet carpet. I am very impressed with his work. I would highly recommend James to all my friends & family.

James was great! He didn't try to push me into additional services that aren't needed or charge extra for different cleaners. He came in, did the job well and it didn't break the bank. I will definitely use Integrity again for my annual whole house carpet cleaning. I can't say enough about how impressed I am. It was a far better experience than I had anticipated.

Integrity was GREAT! They got back to me quickly and were able to come out within a few days to clean the carpets. Best of all, the carpets look so much better! It is unbelievable. I was a little concerned having them cleaned might not make a difference and maybe it was because they were just so old they'd never come clean. But Integrity did such an amazing job! I can't believe how much better they look and what a bunch of crap the landlord told us about them having been cleaned. Thank you, Integrity! James was absolutely FANTASTIC!!! From the moment we contacted him, he was incredibly responsive and extremely proactive in scheduling the cleaning service. On the day of the actual cleaning, he was punctual, very polite, and professional. He was also very friendly with our dog! He didn't mind our 2.5 year old, 52 lb Goldendoodle one bit!! For dog owners, this is a HUGE plus!! James explained his cleaning process in detail, and he worked diligently until he job was complete!! It was just him, so we didn't have to be concerned with multiple people in our home at one time. He was able to finish everything in about 4.5 hours :-)) The carpets and upholstery looked brand new when he was done!!!!!! Just beautiful!! We would highly recommend James to anyone looking for a professional, courteous, and affordable carpet & upholstery cleaner!! James also does tile and grout cleaning. Job was excellent. Had to re-schedule after original appointment and James was super nice and extremely understanding. This was my best carpet cleaning experience ever and I have had a lot. Carpet looks new, is soft to touch and no chemical smells. Pet stains, red wine and red gatorade stains are gone. Can't wait to schedule the rest of my house. Thanks to all prior reviewers for telling the truth!

All the carpet and furniture I asked him to clean had stains and/or sections or dirt and wear when he started, but after he finished they were completely gone. Hard worker, professional, very nice. I would definitely hire him again.

I scheduled to have my carpets cleaned but was reluctant to have my loveseats cleaned because they were old and soiled. I had planned to replace them soon. When I saw what a great job he did on the carpets, I told him I wanted to clean the sofas but was reluctant. He tried to clean a spot on one of them, and it worked. However, I was told that he couldn't guarantee anything since they were so soiled. I scheduled him to return since he was booked for that day. he came back the next week and cleaned the sofas. At first, it looked as though they were a little cleaner but not a lot. Once they dried, though, they were definitely cleaner (so clean that I still haven't replaced them). I am very happy with Integrity and will use him again.

This is a rental home and I had a tenant move out. The carpet had stains that included wine (I'm guessing?), candle wax, and other things not identifiable. I couldn't get the stains out myself. I was hoping to hire someone to get the major stains out but knew the carpet was going to have to be replaced soon, and frankly, I didn't have high expectations (because of the poor condition of the carpet, not because of the provider). I was absolutely AMAZED at the stains he was able to get out of that carpet! Seriously, I was shocked. The carpet looked so good after the cleaning, I've decided to wait awhile before replacing it. Exceptionally nice job. At first I was hesitant to hire this company because his price is a bit higher than some, but I wanted a good quality cleaning, and sometimes you actually do get what you pay for, and I liked the reviews I read. I would highly recommend and will use again.
