Integrity Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

James was great! Was very prompt giving me a quote. Scheduled the cleaning at a time that was convenient for us. New carpet was being installed in several areas of the church that week and he worked around that. The chairs look great. First time they have had a professional cleaning and they are about 20 years old. Removed a lot of very old stains that our faithful cleaning crew were unable to remove. Amazing he was able to do so many chairs in just 1 1/2 days by himself. I would highly recommend. James is very professional and a hard worker with great results.

James arrived on time and performed the carpet cleaning in the time estimated. Several pet stains were completely removed. Our carpeting looks new, when we were considering replacing it. James was personable, professional, and delivered on his plan to restore our carpeting. James moved all furniture on his own and took care to place blocks or protectors under furniture legs after cleaning. We will call Integrity again for carpet cleaning.

James was amazing! He was extremely professional, not only prompt but early, he was able to get out grease stains and worked around our schedule since we are a busy office. I enjoyed working with him and not only will I recommend him but will work with him again in the future.

Wow. James and the work he does is truly exceptional. Unfortunately there just aren't enough people like James that care about their work and show it with action, not words. We had some pet stains in our family room. James came and cleaned the entire room. We chose the lighter scent option. He was very thorough and his communication through the whole process was excellent. We are very happy with the results and would recommend.

They gave me a very good estimate, showed up when they were scheduled, let themselves in through a lock box, pre treated stains and removed them and all in all did a great job. Paid by credit card over the telephone. Saved a lot of time. Will definitely use again.

My initial phone call with James gave me confidence that he could do the job. While knowing that he is a one-man company might scare some people, I took it as a positive because I was getting the owner of the company with 21 years of carpet cleaning experience. James arrived on schedule and went right to work. He took care of all the issues with my carpet, did everything that we discussed prior to starting, worked very hard and efficiently and did an amazing job. I am extremely pleased with the results and the price was exactly what he quoted over the phone. It is nice to deal with the owner of the company because he takes pride in his work. I will use James again for my carpets and want him to come back and clean my tile.

He does amazing things in some of our rentals. I mean stuff I thought I was surely going to have to replace he got everything out of it. It was a miracle, it will look like brand new. He is my hero. He is our go to guy. He is worth every penny. If he is even gonna be like 10 minutes late, he texts you and lets you know.

The man that owns this company is one of the hardest working professionals that I have ever seen work. My background is in HR. He accepted the task after another Angie's list rated co cancelled on us. James showed up after he had already worked all day. You wouldn't have known we were his last job of the day. He worked so incredibly **** ** our floors. I couldn't believe the difference. He has pride, integrity, and a work ethic above any contractor that has ever worked for me. I would wholeheartedly hire him for any type of work. He deserves every penny that he charges. He works harder and longer than any floor cleaner would. When you contact him.. you get the owner of the company. That doesn't happen very often. He works when no one is watching...now that's integrity! I cannot thank him enough for accepting what had to be be a challenging job. The carpets and floors look great! AAAA ++++. Would give 100 ⭐️ If I could.

They were extremely good. It got everything very clean. The furniture had not been clean in 10 years. He was able to get everything out just perfect. He also does carpet cleaning but I was in the process of buying new carpet and had an estimate of $13,000 to do the whole house. He said he knew a guy that he always recommend, and for the same carpet it was $5700

James is awesome. He did what he said he would do and was extremely professional. I will hire him for all future cleanings we need and will recommend him to friends and family.
