Description of Work: He cam right on time; I had paid for the couch to be done only. When he finished it and looked so great I had him do 2 wing back chairs and side overstuffed chair. Did a beautiful job! Only charged me $52 for all three pieces. He was a true gentleman; very nice. I certainly will use him anytime I need help. he also does carpeting.

Description of Work: Steam cleaned couch and carpet. Took 45 minutes to clean couch, did a great job. Took 10 mins to clean carpet, left carpet soaking wet, took 36 hrs to fully dry. When carpet dried, there were large stain spots left where the water had pooled.

Description of Work: Integrity aims to please!! I called on Tues for an apt right away while I was off work. James Mattox (the owner) called me back soon after. He explained he usually books up 2-3 wks ahead but he had just gotten a cancellation and was able to meet my timing for that Thurs. The apt was for between 10-12 and he called to let me know the earlier apt was overly soiled and he would be there between 11:30-12:00 if that was ok. He came right at noon. He was extremely thorough the entire job and finished by 2:45 (unlike others I've had where it feels like they are rushed to get done and out). I showed him where the carpet spots were, he asked what I would like moved and cleaned and then went to work. I had my living/dining area, hallway, stairs and master bedroom carpets steam cleaned (by truck mounted hot water extraction method - allowing most of the water and cleaning detergents to be removed and carpets dry sooner :) as well as steam clean the recliner all for $228 which was very reasonable. I have cream color berber carpet (looks brigher now) throughout and they were mostly dry by late the same night. The recliner looks wonderful and was an add-on once he got here (I asked if he would have time to fit that in). I pretty much had him leave the bigger furniture in place (except for the recliner and another large chair) but he would have moved whatever I asked to clean underneath if I desired (slightly higher in price for that). Foam blocks or plastic tabs were slipped under the furniture to prevent wood or rust transfer onto carpets as expected. I also like that he has Sat or Sun hrs, extended weekday hrs, offers a 10% senior discount, accepts either check or credit, is bonded and insured, offers unconditional moneyback guarantee and wears shoe cover booties once carpet is cleaned to settle the bill. He's a personable, nice guy and does all the work himself - who is going to care more about your service than the owner right?
