IT TOOK THREE SEPARATE VISITS, BUT THE CARPET IS 99% BETTER. JAMES, THE OWNER, HAS A TERRIFIC STAFF AND SEEMS TOTALLY COMMITTED TO HIS CUSTOMERS' SATISFACTION. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.
