Integrity Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

This is the best carpet cleaner I have used. He was able to schedule the appointment right away. He told me his set price per room and for the stairs. He combined the upstairs hallway with the large carpeted bathroom to count as one room. He did not try to sell me any unnecessary additional services. He asked about any animals getting outside before he propped the front door open for his hose. He was what I wanted moved and seemed willing to move almost anything. He volunteered to pick up a few things that my kids left on the floor so I could get to other things. He was polite and professional.

He was very quick and prompt. He did an excellent job and I was really pleased with him. He left everything in order. The price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend him and use him again.

I have used them twice. I wasn't quite as pleased the second time around as the first. They did mention that they had to drive a longer distance to reach me.

Total surprise!! I was leary of carpet cleaners. He was excellent.

We contacted James and arranged for him to be here about a week later. The day before the appointment we had five inches of rain. He called early on the day of the appointment asking if he could reschedule as he had many customers with flooded basements who needed help; we had no problem with rescheduling two days later. James arrived about 15 minutes early and immediately got to work. He did a marvelous job, our couch and love seat looked new after he finished. He was very thorough in his work, carefully cleaning all surfaces. Once he was done, he vacuumed the floor where he had been working to make sure it was clean.

James arrived 15 minutes prior to the appointment time and was set up to work in less than ten minutes. He worked steadily but carefully for an hour and a half to complete the cleaning. Only one spot on the sofa where a dyed pillow had left color could not be completely removed. The estimate he had given us on the phone was within $10 of the final charge (which was figured after he actually came and looked at the areas to be cleaned). We will have James do all our carpet and upholstery cleaning in the future.

When I called to book, he was very polite and explained he had a standard price per room. The day of the work, he was actually early, and we weren't home. He left a message to call him when we got there, and when we did, he came over in a few minutes. He was very thorough and moved quickly, it only took about 1- 1 1/2 hours for everything, including moving some furniture and working on some large stains. He offered to move furniture if it was possible, but we did not ask him to move the beds or big dressers, etc. He did move smaller pieces and worked under a few other pieces. The carpets dried in about 8 hours. They look great, and the stains are gone. We will definitely hire him again!

Fantastic. Carpet looks like it did when we moved in (5 years ago). Berber carpet and all the pile has been pulled back up like it hasn't been walked on.

I was completely satisfied with the work. He took extra time to move all the furniture I requested and did a very good job on the traffic areas and some stains. He was professional, arrived on time, and was very thorough.

They made it look like a brand new couch. He knows how to do cotton! He was prompt, reliable, and very personable. And the price was reasonable.

James was very professional and personable. He called to say he was running early and actually arrived about an hour before the scheduled time. He took $10 off of his quote when he saw my furniture and offered to spot clean any areas of my carpeting that might need it. I would definitely recommend this company.

Excellent job! We had pet stains, etc., that I was unable to remove with spot cleaners. James, the owner, got everything beautifully clean. He originally was scheduled to arrive between 11am and 1pm. He called me at 12:30 to cancel because of a family emergency, but rescheduled and did arrive promptly 2 days later to perform the work.

He was on time and quick. It took him about 2 hours. The carpet looks great. I had a tea stain that he was able to get out. I also have a pet and he was able to get all but 1 pet stain out. He knows his business and he is extremely affordable. I would use him again.

He was exceptional. He was cleaning the sides of cubicle walls that had been smoke-damaged, and cleaned them perfectly. He's very personable and flexible. Customer service is on par with quality of work. Price was competitive, if not less than others.

Very punctual, arriving when promised. Worked very hard in removing some old stains and for the most part got rid of them. A few only could be lightened, but look much better. You could tell that doing a good job was important to him, he knew his business and was open to questions or going back over areas that I felt did not clean well on the first attempt. I felt his price in comparison to other companies I explored was exceptional and I didn't have to measure every room in the house and subtract furniture square footage like another very expensive company requested before giving me a price.

James Mattox was very quick to answer my call this morning & we scheduled same day service. When I needed to move the time up, he was very accommodating. He & his partner cleaned my entire house. They were both very nice, very professional, & friendly. They did a wonderful job & I will use them again in the future.

James is top of the class. His work is exceptional, his professionalism is a 10.

WE HAVE USED JAMES BEFORE. HE DOES AN OUTSTANDING JOB. HE AND HIS ASSISTANT WERE ON TIME AND ACTUALLY CLEANED THE FOYER RUG FOR FREE. HE IS TRUSTWORTHY AND VERY CONSCIENTIOUS.

WE HAVE FOUR DOGS AND LIGHT-COLORED CARPETS, WHICH IS NOT A GOOD COMBINATION. JAMES WORKED A FEW MIRACLES ON SOME OLDER, GROUND-IN PET STAINS AND OUR CARPETS HAVE NEVER LOOKED BETTER! HE IS AN ABSOLUTE PLEASURE TO WORK WITH AND HIS PRICING IS EXCELLENT. WE WILL ABSOLUTELY ENLIST HIS SERVICES AGAIN AND RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE LOOKING TO HAVE THEIR CARPETS CLEANED. HIS ESTIMATE WAS OVER $300 LESS THAN SOME OF THE BIGGER-NAMED COMPANIES, AND YET OUR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AND HIS WORKMANSHIP WERE WONDERFUL. INTEGRITY IS APTLY NAMED!
