Integrity Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

There was a stain in the bedroom. It didn't come-out the first time, so he came back and tried to remove it with something else. He even spot cleaned several areas throughout the house for us at no additional charge and without me even asking. Overall, everything was excellent.

We had our carpet stretched to remove some ripples, and once we had all the furniture moved, we realized the carpet needed to be cleaned. So, I called James to see if he could be out the next day, and he made it work for us. While we had to wait an extra day for everything to be dry, before putting back all of the furniture, it was great to get it all done at one time. James pre-treated the high traffic areas and did a thorough job of cleaning the carpet. We have used Integrity Carpet & Upholstery several times before, and will gladly do so in the future. The owner does the work, and he does not attempt to up-sell you, when he arrives. His prices are reasonable, and he's someone who knows his business survives or fails, based on his performance. So, you get an honest, thorough cleaning, without needless add-ons.

He does a really good job, his price is reasonable, and I've always been pleased with his service.

I called James and he gave me the price over the phone. I made an appointment for the following week. He came on time and did a great job. Another great thing is that he didn't try to sell me another service that I didn't ask for, like the last company did who cleaned my carpets. I like that, and I will definitely call Integrity in the future.

I always use him. He is a one person operation. He is very responsible, thorough and makes sure you are happy. I feel very confident that he gets everything clean. He will move furniture if I need him to for me. He always makes sure I am happy with everything before he leaves.

James did a wonderful job on the carpet....he was extremely professional and personable....a great combination!

Every woman's dream. A man with a cleaning machine. Prompt. Courteous. Conscientious (didn't drag mud in, made sure hoses didn't drag mud in either - and it was a rainy day.) Initially looked over everything and explained what stains (I have cats) he may or may not be able to eliminate. MOST were cleaned. This furniture had not been cleaned for over ten years. Had some ground-in stuff. Wonderful job. Price was competitive and well worth his work. Kept things clean as he went and did one final clean-up before he left, although, I didn't see any mess. Didn't try to sell me something I didn't need.

They have been great. They are very professional and they do great work. I would definitely recommend them.

This was the best customer service experience I have had in a very long time. James promptly called me back the same day and explained that he was booked for the day I needed, but recommended two other companies that may be able to assist me. He was extremely generous in helping me to locate someone to perform the job on short notice. I will certainly call him again the next time I need carpets cleaned.

James arrived at 8:00, determined the areas to be cleaned and set about his work. I found him pleasant and professional as usual. He attends to detail, and is just a pleasure to work with. Since I had recent knee surgery, he graciously moved a sofa to another location for me. I think the name of his company says it all---"Integrity." I have used him in the past and will continue to do so in the future. I have also recommended him to others who have experienced the same excellent results.

Contacted James and left voice mail. He returned my call that day. He gave me an estimate over the phone--69.99 plus tax for two "standard size" rooms. Due to my schedule, I had to make the appointment three weeks out. I asked for first thing in the morning and James was able to accommodate. He arrived on time and had trouble finding my home (which is quite common), but he called and I redirected him. After arriving, he did a quick check of the rooms and confirmed the estimated price. He even agreed to clean up a spot of dog pee in another room for no extra charge. We moved a lot of furniture out of the way the night before to ensure the rooms were set up for a quick clean (he didn't ask us to do this, but we wanted to do it). He moved the large items like sofa, chairs and end tables and put plastic under them for protection. The job was completed in about one hour and the carpet looks terrific. James was nice, professional and takes pride in his work--exactly what you want when someone comes to your house. I put his number in my contact list and will use him for all my carpet cleaning needs.

He was here when he said he would be, was professional and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend him to others. He is the best I have ever had.

Our cat knocked over a glass of wine staining our loveseat and an area rug. We called James; he was here the NEXT DAY! He cleaned the 2 stained items and 3 more that we felt could also use some attention (victims of an exploding can of coke.) He could not have been more responsive nor done a better job. The furnishings are not only clean and stain-free, but also look new. We are extremely pleased with every aspect of the experience.

He was prompt, friendly and his estimate was right on the mark. Did the cleaning within two weeks of calling him as he stays quite busy. We will certainly continue to use this service

He is very punctual and professional. He called me back right away. He is really on top of things. He schedules me at my convenience and he is pleasant to work with.

James is great in customer service and professionalism. It is clear that he is committed to what he is doing. However I was disappointed with the overall cleaning. While when he left it looked clean, when it dried it was not to the level that I experienced with my previous service. I called to have him come out for a spot and he quickly responded but I did not follow through due to my own schedule.

I have used Integrity before for carpet cleaning and was very happy, but I didn't know if he would do as well on upholstery, but he did. He ended up being able to come earlier than scheduled. (He called to see if that was ok.) I ended up having hime clean an additional piece of furniture. He is very easy to work with on schedules etc. and I was very pleased with the results.

Integrity Carpet & Upholstery charged us exactly what we were originally estimated. The guy came out on time and got done quickly. I feel like he did the best job he possibly could. He was courteous and when I first called them I got a call right back. I would definitely use them again.

He did a fabulous job and I would recommend him highly. He got spots out that other carpet cleaners were never able to get rid of. He was very thorough, neat and cleaned up well after himself. The carpet dried in the time frame he said he would.

Overall, I was very happy with the service provided. I decided to use James as opposed to 2 other companies listed on Angie's List because he told me that I did not have to meet a minimum since I was not sure if the couch could be cleaned (based on the material). James was 30 minutes late, but he said that he tried to call several times, but it was the wrong number. Once James arrived, he was personable and completed the work in a timely manner. He answered my questions thoroughly and honestly.

James Mattox gave me a preliminary quote over the phone, arrived on time and confirmed the quote. He worked quickly but thoroughly, and was able to remove old stains that previous carpet cleaners had told me would not come out. He moved furniture that I was not able to move in order to clean under it and replaced it with protectors under the feet. Prior to this cleaning I thought that a lot of stains would remain after cleaning, and I would have to eventually replace the carpet. Now the carpet looks so good that I know I won't have to do that. He did a better job than any other carpet cleaner I have had.
