Integrity Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

Had thought we would have to replace an old off white chair because of the deep dirt. Got an idea and had Integrity cleaning come over, which he did very promptly...and the result was really amazing. He also cleaned a rug for us. He was prompt, enjoyable to talk with, saved us from buying another chair. We already have him scheduled for another job.

Very professional. On time and courteous. Explained ahead of time what would be done and what could be accomplished with the carpet cleaning. Did not charge double for a larger room and gave an estimate prior to starting the service. Would definitely use this company again.

James was Awesome! He was extremely professional, arrived on time and finished on time. The price was what he told me up front and didn't try to up sell me on anything. He did a WONDERFUL job and I will ALWAYS use him from now on. If I could give an A++ rating I would. Use him, you won't be disappointed!

Integrity cleaning did a great job! I wanted to get the carpets cleaned as soon as possible. James was very responsive. He was punctual, professional, and extremely detail oriented when cleaning the carpets. They look great! The price was also very good. I can honestly say that in the 10 years I've had my house, this was the best overall carpet cleaning experience I've had.

It went great. James was very friendly and professional. He explained what he does, why he does it that way and was upfront with his pricing. He owns the business and takes pride in doing a good job, and standing behind (or on top of) his work. He was generous in his consideration of how many rooms to count at the reasonable rate of $29 per room (in my favor). I was happy with the deal. I was removing old caulk from the upstairs shower, and thought to ask if he would clean the tile floor. I asked what it would cost, he threw it in for no added charge! He gave me a very reasonable deal overall and did an excellent job. I will be hiring him again to clean the carpets at my old house.

He is great! The carpets are who knows how old (they were there when we bought the house eight years ago). Dogs had peed, pooped and vomited on it not to mention traffic from shoes. The carpets look virtually brand new! He is a wizard at carpet cleaning.

He is extremely upfront about the pricing. He told me what I was going to pay for before he got started. He did not try to up-sell me. He was flexible. I had to reschedule him. He was prompt in returning phone calls.

We contacted Integrity and asked for an estimate. We were satisfied with the quote and made an appointment. James arrived on time and began work after discussing what we wanted moved or left in place. He was friendly and professional and told us if we weren't happy with the results he when the carpets were dry he would return and make any adjustments we needed. The work was excellent. We are very happy with the results and will definitely hire this company again.

He is always punctual and does a great job. He is always mindful if my children are home in watching them stepping from the carpet to the tile which will be slippery. Have used him many times to clean the carpets in my home, will continue to use him. Highly recommend.

Very professional and did a great job!

James, arrived on time and asked about the areas to be cleaned. He explained his process of cleaning the carpets. He did the work himself, moving furniture when needed and placed protective coverings on the legs and bottoms of furniture. He told us we would not recognize our floors when they were finished. He was right. The floors looked fantastic. The only evidence to show he had been there were the clean carpets and the protective furniture coverings. We were very impressed.

A very positive experience, and it always is. I have used him for at least three years and maybe longer. I wanted to specifically give him a good recommendation, he is wonderful. He is a one person carpet cleaning company.

I chose this carpet cleaning company from the great reviews on Angies List and was not disappointed at all. We were closing on a different house and I was hoping to get the carpets cleaned before we moved in. I called James Mattox at Integrity, rather last minute, and he was able to schedule me due to a cancellation. After scheduling the only time he had available that worked perfectly with our schedule, a delay in getting into the house arose. I was fearful that I wouldn't be able to get the carpets cleaned before our move. I called Mr. Mattox and told him the situation and he said he would make it work. James said to call him as soon as I got the key for the house. I called him just as he instructed. He came out, even though it was a later time than originally scheduled, cleaned the carpets beautifully, and was so nice and so professional. I understood why he gets wonderful reviews! I would highly recommend!

Showed up on time, was quick but diligent about getting the job done right. Moved all furniture (some very heavy) and protected the carpet/furniture when he placed back in original spots. I couldn't have been more impressed with his professionalism and results. I would (already have) recommend him without reservation.

I discovered a red stain on my patterned berber carpet that measured about 2 ft long. It was possibly red Gatorade or Kool-Aid and was dry. I contacted James who returned my call promptly to set up an appt. Was able to set up the appt a week later. James arrived ontime and got right to work. He was able to get the red stain out in it's entirety and continued on cleaning 2 large family rooms, dining room, living room, office and two sets of stairs. I will definitely use Integrity in the future.

During my initial phone call James quoted his price per room and we set a date and time window of 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. He called me just before 11:00 a.m. on that date and told me that he would arrive in about 45 minutes to an hour, which he did. He confirmed the price and got my OK on it and then cleaned the carpets. He did a wonderful job and was both professional and personable. I will definitely use his services again.

James was fabulous. This was an investment house that I was pressed to get done for a tenant move in. James was so cooperative. I could not be at the house but both my son and the contractor I had there doing work were very impressed. He kept in close touch by phone and went above and beyond what was expected.

This is the second time I've used Integrity. The service is fabulous and our carpets have never looked better. I had to reschedule two times, and he was consistently patient and responsive. He gave me a two hour window; then called ahead to let me know more specifically when he'd be coming. He takes the time to do good work and to get the carpets as dry as possible before leaving. Really, I couldn't be happier.

This is my third time using this service. He is always responsive and you can usually get an appointment very quickly.

I was very sick the initial day we scheduled the service. James was calling me from the driveway and I was too ill to even get out of bed. He was so gracious and wonderful about rescheduling. He came a few days later, and called to let me know he would be late. When he arrived he got to work on some grout in a half bath that Widmer's claimed was "uncleanable" and fifteen minutes later we had brand new looking grout. Magic!! Then he quickly cleaned a very dirty area rug back to perfection. He was friendly to my children and myself and I felt very comfortable having him in my home. There is no other company I will call to clean my carpets from now on. Thanks again James!

It was a great experience start to finish; the carpets look great!

He called the morning he was scheduled and told me he was running early, so we moved the appointment to the earlier time. He was punctual and friendly, performed the work expeditiously, charged a reasonable price, and cleaned up before he left. I will definitely use Integrity again.
