I will never use anyone else for my carpet cleaning needs....EVER!!!! James was responsive to phone calls and scheduling. His pricing was accurate and very fair. No attempt to upcharge or upsell. Perfectly honest and professional all the way around. James, keep doing business they way you're doing it! You have been blessed with wonderful reviews and now we know why! James from Integrity was by far the best carpet cleaning experience I've ever had. Our carpets are old and heavily stained, James was upfront with me about which stains he'd be able to remove and which he wouldn't. Even with his assurances, I was still very pleasantly surprised at how much better my carpets looked (and smelled- oranges!) after the cleaning. James was very attentive to communication and very flexible with my schedule (I had to reschedule at the last minute and he was very gracious and didn't seem at all bothered). He was friendly but professional, and very thorough. I saw him go back over several areas that were badly stained, where other cleaners we've had just seem to do a quick once over before they're out the door with the check. James was happy to move whatever furniture needed to be, and he's the only carpet cleaner who's ever replaced the furniture with protectors under the legs to prevent damage to both the furniture and, as he explained, further staining to the carpet. On top of it all, James was the best deal out there cost wise- I would definitely, without a doubt, call him again!

I called James on Sunday afternoon. He answered the phone and we set up an appointment on Wednesday. He arrived when he said he would. He got two nasty stains out. The carpets and couch are clean. His price is fair. He's great. This is the third or more time I've used him.

Left area smelling great! This is the second time we have used him and we are using him again soon! Does not leave carpets over saturated!

I contacted Integrity Carpet and Upholstery after reading the reviews on Angie's List one evening. He called me back the very next morning and we set up an appointment. I told him about the "nasty carpet" in our spare rooms and he told me that those are the types of jobs he likes as they are a challenge to him. I knew then I had contacted the right company. James Mattox, the owner, arrived on time and ready to go to work. I showed him the areas to be cleaned and he began his work. We had not had our carpets cleaned in over three years so I was not expecting miracles. I could not be happier, our carpeting looks like new and the whole house seems cleaner. My husband is going to be thrilled. He got out spots that have been there for years. He was friendly and the price was right. The name Integrity Carpet and Upholstery says it all because that's what you get when you use them. I will be using them again and will be referring all my friends to him.

James is awesome! He showed up on time, did exactly what I ordered, and finished on time. He was very thorough and explained what he was going to do, how long it would take, and what we needed to do to be safe after the job was completed. He was very patient as I cleaned up a few things before he started and was very accommodating. He offered to help so many times. He was also very patient as I tried to keep my 2 dogs out of his way. He really did a great job at an incredible value. He is the definition of professional and he gets results. I will definitely have James back to do my carpet, upholstery, and will add the tile and grout cleaning for sure. I cannot recommend James highly enough. If there was a better grade than an "A" I would give it.

I found James (Integrity) on Angie's List. All of his reviews seemed too good to be true, so I sent him an email @2:30 am. He called me later that day and I set the appointment. He arrived right on time ready to go to work! We walked through the house so I could show him everything I needed done and the "special" problem areas. He went right to work and never stopped. He moved almost every piece of furniture (I have no idea how he managed alone!). He was able to remove stains that another company had not been able to touch. My carpet looks and smells NEW again. He was super friendly and professional! This is the best carpet cleaning experience I have EVER had. I can't honestly express what a wonderful job he did! You should definitely give him a call!

We have a black dog and a cat that like to sit and sleep on our furniture. They also like to rub against the sofa living a oily residue. INTEGRITY CARPET & UPHOLSTERY did a great job. We are very happy with the results.

It could not have gone better. I intially contacted them through Angie's List email one evening the week before Thanksgiving and within 30 minutes I had a return phone call. James was very nice and asked quite a few questions about the furniture's style, fabric, use, last time it was cleaning & method used, etc. It was obvious that he had a lot of knowledge & experience in upholstery cleaning. He then gave me a rough estimate on cost. Because I was not in a hurry to get this done before the holiday, we set a cleaning appointment for about 2 weeks later (I needed a Sat. appt). James called that Saturday morning to confirm and said that his previous job went quicker than expected and gave me the option of moving my appointment up, which I did. I appreciated this for 2 reasons; first because he didn't assume that it would be alright to just show up a couple of hours early and second, I was able to rearrange my day and get a few more things done than I expected. He showed up exactly when he said he would, quickly assessed the condition of the furniture and got to work. He spot treated the dirtiest areas (arm rests & spots were something was spilled) & was very careful about over spray on my carpet. In an hour or so he was done. He advised that the furniture would take a couple of hours to dry, which it did. I was able to put my living room back in order and use it that evening. I would DEFINITELY use Integrity again! James is knowledgeable, professional yet personable and the epitome of what 'integrity' is.

I found him on Angie's list and he responded right away. He made an appt. and showed up when he said he would. He was very professional and answered many questions. Because we were getting our whole house clean, he gave us a good deal. I waited a while to complete this report as I wanted to see how the rugs would hold up over time. We've used other carpet cleaners in the past from getting coupons in REACH magazine and about a week later, the spots came back up through the carpet. It's been about a month now and our carpets still look AMAZING. He worked on little spots that I thought would never come out and he got every single one of them up. Our dining room has carpet and was covered with food stains. I thought we were going to need to replace the carpet, buy he got everything up. I highly recommend Integrity. He lives up to his name and we are his costumers from now on!

Wonderful experience. Very professional. Carpeting was cleaned very thoroughly and brought back into a "like new" condition. This property is a rental and will be going on the market for sale/lease, and wanted the carpeting to be show ready and look like new. James did a great job. Will certainly hire for our own principal residence!

I decided to use them based on reviews on Angie's List. The carpet looked a lot better; they were really fast, personable and did a great job. I will use them again in the future.

He does such a great job and at such a reasonable price. He is a bargain and I have recommended him to 3 other people.

He was really cheap. He was very, very reasonably priced. I recommended him to my parents and he did lots of work for them and was very reasonably priced. One rug had a couple of little stains on it and he was able to get everything out of the rug. He couldn't get some of the stains off of our chairs but he said that he hadn't ever seen anything like it in all of his 20 years. One of our cats had been very sick and was on a lot of medications. He thought maybe it was because of the medications because the cat was like drooling. That was where some of the stains came from on some of our upholstered chairs. He said that it typically comes right up with that type of fabric and he didn't charge us for any of those things. He was very disappointed in himself that he couldn't get it off. It wasn't his fault and he tried every solution that he had. The stains were just resistant. Everything else turned out really well. He was still expressing a lot of disappointment with himself when he went to my parent's house on not being able to get the stains out. We would absolutely use him again.

From the time of initial contact to the finish of the job, excellent. Everything went very well. Now you have to wonder what's wrong with other areas of the service industry in our country.

I called on a Wednesday and was scheduled for a the following Monday. He was on time and did a great job. There were stains that prior carpet cleaning services did not get out that he removed. I am extremely pleased.

Our experience with Integrity was fantastic . . . . We had family visiting from St. Louis over the weekend. During the visit, our 3 year old nephew fell asleep on the couch and had an accident. James came out to our house twice to clean our loveseat. He was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and a great communicator. He even followed up with us to make sure the cushions were cleaned to our satisfaction. We are so glad that Angie's List helped us find Integrity Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning. I have used James a few times. He is always friendly and professional. I trust him to clean the carpets if I am not home. On a previous cleaning he was amazing at getting out a red wine spill on cream carpet - for that he came out quickly. The carpets are a bit damp afterwards, but I just put the dehumidifier in each room for a couple of hours. The carpets always look fabulous. I have not noticed stains that "re-appear".
