I had a weird odor on my brand new sectional, I requested a quote and received an immediate response. James was super flexible with my schedule and able to fit me in at my desired date and time. James arrived on time and was very professional, he explained the process of cleaning the entire sectional while we reviewed the most problematic area. He even requested I check the area before he finished to ensure I was satisfied with the work. James knows his stuff clearly takes pride in his work. I was Extremely happy with my results and would definitely recommend him to others and hire again.

I talked with James to schedule and appointment over the phone. From the very beginning he was professional. I have two dogs and my carpets really needed to be deodorized. James explained that his cost included everything but tax. I was very impressed by this as some of the cleaning services I have used in the past charged an additional $40 per room for the service. James called me when he was on his way. Again, he was prompt and professional. He explained the process and we reviewed the areas to be cleaned. He spent over two hours cleaning the carpets. James asked if I had a shovel because he wanted to clean off our walkway so we did not track in dirt. He power washed the walkway and cleaned our entry mat. My carpets look brand new and I no longer detect the pet odors. I tried to give James a tip for cleaning the walkway - at least a little extra cash to buy his lunch but he refused. I will not use anyone else in the future. Thanks James!

James was more than courteous, explained what he would be doing. And then he set about cleaning the furniture, working steadily until completion. The results are much better than we thought possible. The pieces look great! My wife and are extremely pleased with the results.

He was incredible, our basement about a third of it where the pool table is hasn't been cleaned in 15 years, the carpet looks brand new, the other rooms we had old dogs that made messes and it looks wonderful!

James had done some work for my parents (surprise -- cleaning years of my messes). My wife and I just bought our home back in June and wanted to get a few of the main rooms cleaned along with a few accidents that already managed to happen. He showed up right on schedule and was in and out in an hour and a half. Everything looks great! He's also wonderful with dogs, so don't be hesitant of your pup giving him too much gruff. Highly recommend - very affordable. Will call him again in the future.

I had pet stains and carpet stains that I thought would never come up. I had accepted that I was going to have to replace the carpet. James not only removed the stains but the carpet looks like new. He was also punctual and highly professional. I highly recommend Integrity.

James did an excellent job cleaning the major red wine stain on our carpet. I had tried to clean it with a spray product but the stain came back. He went over it three times with different products and the stain is gone. He also cleaned five other areas. Also, although I didn't ask him to, he cleaned the carpet in my laundry room which was pretty bad from spilling liquid detergent. My plan is to replace the carpet but now it looks almost new!

Jim was right on time even though I accidentally gave him incorrect directions. He was professional and thorough. He removed a stain from my daughter's carpet that other professional carpet cleaners had insisted could not be removed! His price was very reasonable and he cleaned the carpets in my entire house in a timely manner. I would definitely hire him again; I even put his contact info in my phone for easy access.

Jim did our finished basement, steps, and entire upstairs (5 beds plus hall). He was incredibly thorough and you could tell really took pride in his work. He was here for a full 3 hours, and used various products and techniques to really get at all our problem areas. He made our 9 year old carpets, with 3 kids wearing on them, look practically new! He was also very professional and a nice guy. Highly recommend! We had another big local company come a few years ago and "clean." In hindsight it is laughable the job they did versus Integrity. We will definitely call him next time we need this work done.

The cleaning when as well as it could. My mom's condo had white carpet throughout that hadn't been cleaned in 15+ years. As soon as James saw it, he said that it wouldn't look great after the cleaning, and suggested I replace the carpeting instead of having it cleaned. I really appreciated him being upfront about that, but since we were selling the place and the new owner would likely replace whatever we installed, I decided to have him clean it anyway. He spent two hours on it and got out some heavy stains (blood, food spills), but in the end, the carpet still looked pretty bad. Not James fault at all, and I appreciated all his hard work. I will definitely use him again.

James said he would be at our home at 8 a.m. He arrived at 8 a.m. He told me it would take about six hours. He left my house at 2 p.m. Aside from impeccable punctuality, the quality of his work is better than any other carpet cleaner I've ever hired. Our carpets and furniture look fantastic. And I was very surprised at how reasonable the cost was. James is very professional and courteous. He's the kind of person and small business I want to and will continue to support.
