Integrity Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

James was very kind and thoughtful and buoyed my spirits with his confidence in getting the stains from chocolate milk, a black magic marker, two stains from our cat who had gotten sick, a rust spot, and purple tempera paint that must have been there from a science project in the 5th grade! Everything disappeared and our carpets looked new again. He brought a tarp and cleaned my Chinese oriental rug in the garage. James put his high powered fan on the rug, allowing it to dry quickly, so it could be stored again and we could put our cars back in the garage. He came back the next day to retrieve his tarp and fan. I would definitely use him again and recommend him highly.

I found Integrity on Angie's List under the Upholstery Cleaning category. I called the top three. There was a response from James of Integrity within hours of the message I left for information regarding services and an estimate. I told him what needed to be cleaned -- hair and oil from dogs rubbing against furniture, teenage-boy dirt of who knows what all, food and drink spills -- and he explained how the furniture would be cleaned and a price for each piece. I was impressed with the thorough explanation and professional manner. I didn't not follow up with the other two companies that had returned my calls within a few days of my message. The appointment with Integrity was set at my convenience. There was a confirmation call the day before the scheduled appointment. Upon punctual arrival, James looked at each piece of furniture, explained how it would be cleaned and what the cost would be. The results were certainly satisfactory, thorough and professional. I received a message from James a few days later asking if I was happy with the results. The customer service reflected their name - Integrity.

I found this company on Angie's list. Called in the morning and got directly thru to James. Told him we had a dog accident on new carpeting. He came out the following afternoon and got it all up - did a beautiful job. So he cleaned 1/2 of our pretty large rec room carpet. He was very professional, arrived exactly when he told me he would, and there were no surprises. How nice! Again, very professional nice person to deal with. He also seemed very knowledgeable and experienced, unlike some of the big chains with high turnover rates and you never know who you will get. I will definitely call this company again.

James was right on time, very friendly and professional, he came in and asked me about my concerns as far as any particular areas that needed additional attention, then I showed him which rooms needed done. We didn't remove any furniture I just wanted him to clean the main areas, but we removed all the little things out of the rooms. He did an excellent job, I am so glad I called him to do my carpets. He did not leave my house until I did a walk thru and was happy with the way everything looked. My carpets look super and they even smell wonderful. He was here by 8 am and out by 9, my carpets for the most part were dry by 12. That has made me a very happy person. I would highly recommend him.

I called James last week to do a whole house cleaning. He scheduled us for this afternoon between 2-4 p.m. and showed up at 2:20. He called this morning and again shortly before he arrived. Our carpets were a hot mess. Tons of pet stains that worked their way back up after "spot treating". Having used Stanley Steamer in the past, I really didn't think they would come out. He said he would throw his "arsenal" at it and it worked! Our carpets look BRAND NEW. I am not exaggerating. They are gorgeous! The entire house has a very nice citrusy scent to it as well. Kudos to James. He worked very hard (moved the furniture, etc), was professional, courteous, and provided a fantastic result!

James is awesome! He had been recommended to me by a couple of different friends that I asked about carpet cleaning. He's friendly, prompt and funny. His prices are great and the quality is exceptional. We had a red juice stain on our cream colored carpets, yellow puke stains from one of our dogs and he was able to get all of the stains out. James does not try to up-sale you on anything. He comes, he does is job very well and he leaves. Great experience.

James explained how to prevent my high traffic areas from becoming dirty so quickly. The carpets look and smell great.

Amazing service. The owner came out and completed the work on the home. He was extremely punctual, up front and very professional. When walking through our new house, we didn't count one of the rooms (by accident). After he started to get to work, he noticed the room and cleaned it at no additional charge. He only pointed out the room so that next time the price would be a little higher as the room would be counted. I offered, but he was insistent to stick to his original quote. The carpet was immaculate when he was done. There were some paint stains that he was able to get out. When he was done, he sent me a note thanking me for the business. I wish there was a higher mark than "A"

His presentation and equipment were great. He did a very good job. He was highly recommended from a friend. We would recommend him as well. He was very nice to work with.

James did a walk through of the areas to be cleaned and then got down to work. He was about 3/4 of the ways finished and showed me the before and after. It was amazing the difference. My carpet is an off white so I wasn't sure he would be able to make them look as good as they do! He was here for about 90 minutes. I would use him again in a heartbeat and have referred him to about 20 of my friends. He was extremely courteous and even called to ask if he could come earlier than we had originally planned. This worked out well for me.

I hired Integrity Carpet & Upholstery to clean the carpet in three large rooms that my cat had "marked" while we were out of town. These rooms had also had their fair share of abuse thanks to the kids toys, food, markers, etc. James was able to come on short notice which was very important to me given the biological material in the carpet. James was knowledgeable and was able to clearly explain to me the process, the safety of his chemicals, and which stains he was likely to be able to get out completely and which would be more of a challenge. He was pleasant, polite, and was good with my 3 year-old daughter. While he was here I pointed out a dining room chair that was stained. He took care of that in the same visit. I will hire him again for carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning. I have recommended him to friends. I felt very comfortable with him in my house and his results were good.

It was a very positive experience. They were able to work me into their schedule on short timing for a day/ time that was very convenient for my schedule. The gentleman who came out was very polite, professional and friendly. He got the carpets looking GREAT!!! I will definitely use them in the future when I need it done again. Great work!

It took a little longer than expected, which was due to how thorough James was. Integrity did a great job, and I would highly recommend them (James) to anyone.

fuHe came out aa planned and immediately began to work. My neighbor worked with him to get all three buildings done. When he got to the last building he was in there for a while and someone has asked him to clean their carpets while he was in there. The result was great. He did a great job on some pretty tough stains. He was quite reasonable in price and he worked quickly and thoroughly. We hope to use him again in the future.

I first called James after having several bad experiences with other carpet cleaners, so I did not have high expectations. Well, he has completely exceeded my expectations. He does a fantastic job and at a very fair price. His price is half of what I was paying with previous carpet cleaners. In addition, he goes the extra mile to keep me happy. I had old carpeting on one of my set of stairs, and a few days after he cleaned the carpet, I noticed it still looked dirty. I called him to see if he would try and work on it a bit more (and I was planning on paying him since the carpet was so old). Well, he came out within a few days, deep cleaned the stairs, and did not charge for it. He is very personable and always works around me and my kids when he is here. I highly recommend him!

James did an awesome job. He removed a stain in the basement that other carpet cleaners said that they could not remove. The carpets are beautiful.

James was on-time and very professional. We are so thrilled with the quality of the work. We can hardly believe how clean he was able to get the carpet. It seriously looked like brand new carpet. Not only did he move the furniture (other large companies will not do this) he carefully placed blocks underneath to let the carpet dry. We really thought we'd have to replace the carpet soon and are blown away at James' ability to get out all the stains completely, and restore the nap to a fluffy newness. The room looks beautiful and we can't thank him enough. We also will never ever call anyone else for carpet cleaning in the future. We'll share his name with everyone who will listen. You will NOT be disappointed if you hire Integrity!

This is the second time I have used Integrity. The first time was for the carpet. This time I had a kitchen floor with stained, dirty grout, and mildewed bathroom tiles. James arrived prompty at the agreed upon time, 8 a.m., and got right to work. In less than two hours, the kitchen floor looked brand new and the bathrooms looked fresh and clean. I highly recommend Integrity Carpet and Upholstery. Honest, fair, hardworking and dependable. Two thumbs up.

Fabulous, we'll never use another carpet cleaning company again. We've used others and have always been disappointed with the attitude of the workers trying to continually add on sales. I originally scheduled another company then checked them out on Angie's List and realized my mistake so I quickly cancelled after I found Integrity. Arrived on time, walked the house with me and asked questions here and there. Kept me updated as he cleaned, asked me to take a look at rooms as he finished to make sure we were happy. James told me he'd arrive today between 10am- 12pm. He was in my driveway promptly @ 10:58am! He was absolutely professional, asked me what I wanted and invited me to inspect each room as he finished. After having a sick puppy in the house for a while, I thought my carpet would never be the same. James made every stain disappear and the carpets look like new. James was very thorough, he was focused and worked quickly. The pricing is fair and there was no 'up sell' pressure for extra stuff like stain-proofing. I am very pleased with his work and will definitely refer James Mattox as well as use his services again.

The overall experience was great. I love that he came alone, he was personable on the phone and even texted me a reminder of his arrival. It wasn't a quick in and out job either, I really feel like he spent the time necessary to get the carpets cleaned. We moved the furniture the night before so that he could get more of the carpet done, I didn't discuss furniture moving with him. I pointed to a few closet areas where the dogs had gone and he got all of those too. Use Integrity, you won't be disappointed!

Did an outstanding job ... every aspect of the job was done well. The carpets were clean, removed all stains, and was done when they said it would be. I highly recommend them.

For the past few years I've been cleaning our carpets myself because I found I did a better job than the many commercial cleaning services I had tried. This time, because of procrastination, I didn't have time to do it myself before Easter. We picked Integrity Carpet Cleaning off of Angie's List because of Integrity's "A" rating. James Mattox, the proprietor, arrived early (after calling ahead to be sure it was OK), toured the house and priced the job - no push for Scotchguard or extra services. He proceeded to do a fabulous job. Our six year old carpet hasn't looked this clean since shortly after it was installed. When James filled out the invoice, we realized he hadn't priced in the 6x9 area rug he cleaned. James said that since it was his mistake when he priced the job, there would be no charge for the rug. We are very pleased with James Mattox and Integrity Carpet Cleaning. We will definitely use his services again.
