Integrity Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

James, the owner of Integrity arrived around 12:45- right on time. He first presented me with a business card and introduced himself. I then showed him the areas to be cleaned- he gave me an estimate, and then explained the procedures he would use in cleaning the carpets. We spoke about some pet urine stains that were on the carpet, and how he would treat them prior to cleaning James was personable , and professional. I was highly impressed by the great job he did. My carpets were beautiful, pet stains gone James did a wonderful job

The owner came and went over everything that he would do and how much it would cost. He was very nice and did a great jobon the carpet. We do not need to replace it just yet becasue he cleaned it very well. We are very happy with the job he did.

I contacted integrity and scheduled an appointment for an estimate. I was very surprised to learn that the owner, James, could come to my residence on Sunday. He showed up at the scheduled time and we walked through the work that I wanted done to see if there were any problem areas that might require special attention. James told me exactly what he would do to my carpets and what results to expect. We agreed on the cost estimate and he immediately began to clean my carpets and upholstery. When the job was completed, I couldn't believe how great my carpets looked. They looked as though they were newly installed. I was very pleased with the promptness of service and the professionalism that James displayed during our business encounter.

I contacted James after reading the review in the Angie's List magazine where he was highly rated. He promptly responded and we set a date for the carpet to be cleaned. Unfortunately, due to his having food poisoning the night before he was to come, we had to postpone the job until a couple days later, which was fine with me. James was very professional, explained what he was going to do, answered any questions I had, and we walked around to the rooms so he would know what, if anything, needed to be moved and to note the areas where special treatment was needed. He did a fantastic job on all the carpeting and the really dirty areas look like new. Because of the inconvenience to me by his not being able to come when he was supposed to, he did not charge me anything. I tried to talk him out of that, but he was insistent that there was no charge for the work. He's a prince in my book! I will definitely use him for future work and absolutely will tell others I know who need their carpet cleaned to use his services.

James arrived on time and did an excellent job on all our carpeting. Everything looks new again! We will definitely call him again.

The carpet had been cleaned twice before by other cleaners,with no improvement (pet stains). He was very honest about what possible outcome we might have. He treated about 20 spots in the living room and dining room. About 4 or 5 of them were lightened, but still visible. I called him about those and he came back out today and treated them again for free. He was really good and very friendly to work with.

He arrived on time, and completed the job with professional ease. He told me what I could expect and what I should not expect with the outcome of the cleaning. I am more than sure I will call him again, should the need arise. I recommend him highly. He was a very nice person to deal with.

I contacted Integrity to have some of our carpeting cleaned. He confirmed the date and told me that since he would be coming from another job, he would call between 10:30 and noon to let me know when he would arrive. As promised, he called shortly after 10:30 to let me know that he was wrapping up his first job and would arrive around 11:30. He knocked on the door at 11:25 with equipment in hand and ready to go. It took approximately 90 minutes to complete the work. Along the way he was happy to answer questions and offer some suggestions for the next time we try to spot clean an area. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the way our carpets look and with his professionalism and pricing. We will be bring him back to clean our basement carpeting in the near future. Highly recommended.

I was impressed with the carpet cleaner's thoroughness and diligence in getting my carpets cleaned. I don't think my carpet has been this clean since it was new! He was also good about addressing my concerns, such as taking care not to leave wet rugs that are on wood floors. Very personable, and he takes his business very seriously. I would hire him again.

I found James on Angies List and contacted him based on his glowing reviews. We played a bit of phone tag but he was easy to get ahold of and put me on his calendar when he had it in front of him. I appreciated that I called in the beg of Dec and he was willing to fit me in on a Saturday before Christmas. He arrived on time, had me walk him through the spaces and then got to work. He was completely respectful and polite, very clear about what was to be cleaned and what was not. When he was finished, the bill was just for what he said it would be and told us how to be careful so as not to slip on carpet / hardwood transition. The carpets are beautiful, he was able to get all the stains out, everything looked like new. He put little plastic protectors on the feet of wooden chairs and didn't skimp on the openings of closets. A real attention to detail. We will use him again in a heartbeat!

James showed up on time, worked hard and was very professional. There was a lot of trash and junk (including a pair of dirty panties!) underneath the couch my renter was borrowing from me. He went above and beyond by picking up all the trash before cleaning the carpet.

James was excellent. He was responsive, moved his schedule around to accommodate my request, punctual, professional and an overall nice guy. And his pricing was great. He cleaned our sectional and three area rugs for the price that other companies charge for the sectional alone.

I researched carpet cleaning companies on Angie's List and decided to have Integrity Carpet attempt to clean my 20 year old carpet that we were going to replace due to discoloration and staining from 20 years of children and pet abuse. I decided to try to clean the carpets rather then replacing all the carpeting to save $$. James arrived on time and evaluated the job and gave me a quotation. The price was good so I decided to hire Integrity to do the job. James spot treated all the stains and began work on the carpet. James completed the project in approximately 2.5 hours. I was asked to go from room to room and inspect the job. I was amazed. My 20 year old carpet was spotless. All stains were removed and the carpet was bright and clean. James was friendly, honest, and trustworthy. I will recommend James to my friends and I will use James for all my cleaning needs.

Owner performed services. Clearly communicated expectations, ability and challenges with the project we presented. He under promised and over delivered in the outcome.

He was kind enough to work me in when I told him I only had living room and hallway. He was going to perform the service after his last job that day but had a reschedule and called and asked if I wanted him to come during that time. i agreed and he was there exactly when he said he would be. Very polite and professional. Did an excellant job and I will definately recommend himto others.

I scheduled about one week before I had to move in. They squeezed me into a very tight schedule on a Saturday, to help accomodate my move. He came early, and finished quickly. The carpets looked fantastic when they left. I couldn't have been more pleased. Thank you!

James was early which was great but did not rush us. He was everything we expected from the Angie's List reviews and we will use him again.

We had James come out and clean our carpets, a couch and a love seat. He did an amazing job. Nothing like having brand new looking carpets just in time for out of town guests. I waited a month to write this review just to see if any spots reappeared or to see if the carpets still look clean. Well, they absolutely DO!! James was very professional and went above and beyond with this job. I would use James again in a second.

Our carpet looks brand new! I have used many different carpet cleaning companies in the past and not one did as good of a job as Integrity. I will never use another company!

James arrived on time, moved necessary furniture -- some that was very heavy -- and worked efficiently from room to room. I did not have to do anything other than point out hard to clean spots and smells. He worked hard and took care of everything I requested.

James arrived on time and gave me a 30 minutes heads up call as promised. He walked through the rooms that were to be cleaned, gave me the price which was right, and got started. He completed the work in a very timely manner and was very professional and friendly as well. Always refreshing. He was even good with my dog, and she doesn't like strangers. But he knew how to deal with shy dogs so she didn't go crazy like she usually does with other strangers in the house. Upon completion, he asked me to take a look and I was extremely impressed. I had my carpets cleaned about 1 year ago and this job was much better, and I like that James is a small business so you know what to expect each time. His pricing is terrific, service is excellent, communication was great, and very friendly. Definitely going to be using James from here on out, and I would very highly recommend his service to anyone that wants a quality job performed.

I made arrangements over the phone for him to come and do the work. He didn't try to oversell or add extra products (such as stain protector) to our arrangements. He arrived on time, did his work and was gone on time. My husband wasn't sure we could get the hallway clean, but HE DID! My carpet looks almost new!
