James arrived and the first thing we did was a walk-thru. He was professional and personable. After giving us the estimate he promptly went to work. He moved all the furniture that needed to be moved. We didn't have to do a thing. He cleaned the carpet in the whole place (including stairs)along with two chairs and a loveseat. We are pleased with how it all turned out and will definitely use him again.

I found James using Angie's list, and I could not be more pleased. He was very professional, and the cleaning job he did was superb! This is the best cleaning job we have ever had. We know that James is now the only one we'll use!

He was great. He is the owner and he is the only guy who does it. We moved most of the furniture and he moved the rest of the furniture himself. He did an excellent job and his price was good. He also gave me some tips on how to clean up any puppy messes.

James was amazing. Very professional, friendly and knowledgable. He did an absolutely amazing job. There was one spot that "surfaced" after he cleaned, that we found the next day. It was a pretty large brown spot. We called him back and he explained that dirt can be pulled up from the pad in the process of cleaning. He came out and fixed that spot at no charge! The carpet looked brand new, which is impressive considering it is a very light color carpet!

Second time using James. All I can say is when you find a service provider that takes pride in his work and strives for perfection in what he does, you make sure he and others know.

We have numerous small dogs who have sometimes had accidents on carpets. In the past we have paid for carpet cleaners who said that they could get out stains, but never lived up to their promises. Integrity Carpet Cleaning was the first carpet cleaning company that we have hired that lived up to the promise to get pet stains out of the carpets. Carpets turned out clean and refreshed. Area near kitchen wood flooring had to be hand cleaned by him with smaller tool, but stains came out and out high traffic areas are no longer dirty. I was very pleased how he took care of each piece of furniture by placing styrofoam blocks underneath each to allow carpets to dry.

He was excellent. He cleaned the grout on the tile with a machine. He was polite, knowledgeable and shared that knowledge with me.

These people are extremely user friendly. They are prompt and courteous, and very honest as well. They get the job done amazingly well. My five year old carpet looks new now. In only an hour and a half, they got my bedroom, living room, office, and throw rugs all very clean! The operators, a man and his son, have an unconditional money-back guarantee, and they’re just so great! They’re practically miracle workers and deserve the best possible grade they could get. I put cards in all my neighbors’ mailboxes letting them know how great my experience was. Their work is absolutely impeccable. Jim Maddox showed up exactly at 8 am on a rainy Monday morning per the schedule we made almost three weeks ago (he is in that much demand). He started by looking at the rugs and carpets and explaining in great detail what he would do and what he would focus on. One of my area rugs is old and valuable, and it was soiled from years of use. He explained he could not clean the edge tassels, and thought one area where there had been a lot of traffic might be difficult. We looked at all the rugs and carpets, and he began to work. Jim has a van with all the equipment needed. He brought in a sprayer and cleaning solution, then his vacuum hose and other equipment, taking great care to keep the house clean (he wore little blue shoe covers!). He was cheerful while also professional. I asked what I could do, and he said I could relax and he would take care of everything. He did! I was amazed how clean and bright all the carpets and rugs came out. There were not chemicals or odors, and he said they would be ready to walk on this afternoon, which they were. Again, I had no idea how clean they could be, and he even managed to successfully clean the very worn and soiled high-traffic area on one of the rugs. Everything came out better than I imagined. Jim is truly the professional for your carpet and rug cleaning. He explained his pricing ahead of time so there was no surprise at the end. On his card he has "Absolutely the best value". I not only agree, but I think his pricing is too low. I plan on having him back to clean two other room carpets. He reminded me he can be here three weeks after the appointment is made, and not before. He is that much in demand and that busy. I understand why. He also has an "Unconditional Guarantee". I doubt customers ever call him out of unhappiness. He does an excellent job, he has an excellent attitude, he's courteous and informative, and truly a pleasure to engage.

We had oil stains, rust stains, worn areas on the stairs. This is probably the third or fourth time we've had the carpet cleaned. This is absolutely the first time we've ended up with a carpet that looks brand new. Jim not only has the equipment, he has the experience and the creativity solve every problem we had. I don't mean to gush, but this guy is a miracle worker! Five stars.

Exceptional service. Our carpets had stains throughout as a result of pets and children. I did not expect half of them to come out but James looked over the furniture and carpets and believed he could get them all out with the exception of one which was a red stain caused by a die in the cloth of the dogs bed. Sure enough he removed the pet urine from when we were on vacation as well as all the stains from the children's spills and food. Only the red stain from the dog's bed remains but even it was lightened so it was not as noticeable and now the furniture looks brand new. I have previously had carpets cleaned and numerous stains remained after the carpet cleaners were done. James did an amazing job and I will hire Integrity for all future cleanings.

James provides a top-notch service. It's no nonsense, no gimmicks, no pressure. The carpets look great. He spent extra time and materials to remove dog stains (The dog has bladder cancer and I thought ruined the carpet). He dealt with urine, feces, blood, and oil from her laying in the same spot. I was very pleased with the outcome. The dinginess from foot traffic was also removed.

I called and left a message requesting to have my carpet cleaned that week. He called me back promptly, and said that he had had a cancelation, and that he would be able to get to my house that week. He's so much in demand that usually people have to wait two to three weeks, so this was such a blessing! He called me when he was on his way, which is always a big plus. He asked me to go over exactly what I wanted to have cleaned, and what furniture needed to be moved. He moved the furniture and did a GREAT job cleaning the carpet! It didn't take that long either.

I initially called James to get an estimate ( as part of several companies contacted ) ....but from that 1st conversation, James instilled a sense of fairness, knowledge, experience and professionalism - that I just said let's do it. James was able to give me several appt. choice 3 weeks out from our conversation that worked perfect with the timing I needed. We set up for 8:30 am - and he was right on. We walked thru the units to look at the scope of the project and for all to ask questions. All the carpeting had not been professionally cleaned on easily 5+ years - so their was definitely trafice worn areas, stains and pets reside in 1 unit !!! He got immediatelty to work. The different types of carpeting required him to switch solutions ....but all in all ...it went all went quickly and he was done in a few hours. He placed any furniture items on small risers to keep them off the carpet while drying . He went over a few suggestions to help keep them cleaner longer and answered any last questions we had in general. The carpets look and smell wonderful ! It was a pleasure doing business with James and Integriy and when the need arises - we'll call on him again and not hesitate to refer him to others.

Integrity got such great reviews on Angie's List, that I wasn't even thinking about the difficulty of cleaning our chairs. We live on the third floor of a condominium building. James was smart enough to mention that his equipment was on a truck and that we would have to carry the chairs down. But, he offered to come take a look and said if it wouldn't work out, he wouldn't charge us for the call. Well, he showed up early, grabbed the chairs (I think my husband was fast enough to help him with one) and took them downstairs to clean them. Those chairs looked new when he was done! Of course, he carried them back up after allowing us to inspect his work. My only complaint is that he wouldn't accept a tip for the extra effort, so all I can do is thank him and recommend his service to others.
