Arrived on time, very pleasant. Made some suggestions regarding high traffic areas and even on future purchase of carpet.

He did an excellent job as he has always done. I didn't think the carpets could be cleaned and he made them look like new. He even came when some other contractors were painting. He arrived when other contractors were still working in the area he wanted to clean and he said, "I'll just help them move the furniture so I can start cleaning." Which was giving 110%! I would highly recommend him. He is first class and does a great job. He is professional, polite.

James Mattox is unbeatable. Look no further for honest hard work at reasonable price. He called back immediately to set up an appointment, arrived on time, helped me pick toys and stuff of the carpet to prepare for cleaning. He somehow moved all that heavy furniture himself, didn't charge extra for, for example, carpeted closet attached to master bedroom.

I had a very good experience. He measured our carpet and flooring and take a look at everything, let me know what he could move or I even offered to him what I could to make the job go quicker and more efficient. So, he took a look. He gave me a fair pricing. I like that he wasn't worried about coupons. Didn't offer them because he didn't want to take money from one group of people when they don't have a coupon versus others that think they're getting a deal here and there. So, I said, I totally understand that, that's fair; if you do good work I don't mind paying the money. He came in and cleaned everything within a day and put it back. He asked me to come back and look if that was to my liking. I think I may have had him come back and do one area where the carpet transitioned to wood flooring but overall he did a great job and was quick and careful with our furniture and belongings.

We have used James before and he never disappoints. He is very thorough and knowledgeable about cleaning carpets. He is trustworthy and I would highly recommend Integirty.

It was great! He called when he was headed over to the house, we briefly went over the areas to be cleaned, and he got to work! He was very professional and did a thorough job. He paid attention to all the trouble areas we had, including a couple of stains from the previous owners which I couldn't get out but he did. I would definitely use this service provider again.

Arrived on time. Very friendly and professional. Surveyed the desired areas then vaccumed and pretreated, with extra attention to the worst areas. offered to move anything I wanted washed under, but none was needed. cleaning was very well done and did not take much time at all. cleaned up misc wet spots and everything was as tidy as it orignally was when he left. Very happy.

This is the 2nd time I've contracted with James. He worked with "us" to cover 3 residences in the NKY area. They were smaller jobs in each house - we added a bathroom tile cleaning at one, once he arrived. James is very responsive, knowledgeable and professional in all aspects of his efforts from the moment you call him till he leaves the project. And the carpets and other floor look fantastic ! Would definitely have him do this work next time it's needed.

You may find other companies offering a lower price, but you will not find another person who will work as hard to please you. I've never had my carpets cleaned more thoroughly! Mr. Mattox arrived exactly at the time expected. He reviewed the work and the rooms involved and quoted the price he would offer which we accepted. Though it had not been negotiated, he later even agreed to straighten an 11'X14' area rug which had gotten turned incorrectly over the years. His work was very thorough and careful, and we were very pleased with the end result - especially since this was our first experience with the steam process as we had previously used dry method providers.

I got a bank owned house. I had to delay the appointment multiple times due to unexpected water pipe burst in the house. Jim changed the appointments with no complaints. We agreed that he would try one room first to see if the stains left by the previous home owner could not removed before proceeding to the next room. Only one room cleaning would be charged. We finally set up an appointmnet after my water issues were solved. He called several hours in advance to inform me about the time h would come. He sprayed several stains and set up hoses to steam clean those spots. The stain colors were much lighter. But they were not gone completely. No idea what the unhappy previous owner did on the carpet. He was honest to say the stains might not 100% removed after the cleaning. He let me decide if I wanted him to continue. And there was no trip charge if I decided not to have the carpet cleaned. Highly recommended if you want a routine carpet cleaning. If you just bought a bank-owned house with very dirty carpet, you best option is to replace the carpet.

James contacted me immediately after I purchased an Angie's coupon and set up a date for the following week. He arrived on time, asked me to take him through the house and show him areas that needed cleaning as well as the stains that I was concerned about and that previous providers not been able to remove (pet, coffee and red nail polish!) He explained what he would be doing and what I could expect and gave me an immediate quote for the job. (He was also very respectful of my small dog!) James got to work right away explaining that it would take approximately 4 hours to complete all. True to his word, he went to work and after 4 hours I had sparkly clean carpets and upholstery. The tile and grout absolutely shinned. I really enjoyed James' professionalism and quality. He is very knowledgeable about his trade and it was very evident that he takes pride in exceeding his customers expectations and providing the best results possible. I would definitely recommend him again in the future.

I have him for not only my unit but we call him for the carpets in the hallways. He's been able to get stains out of the carpet. Any of the unit owners that have used him, call him back. They just say what a great job he does. He's not super expensive but he does a great job. He's fast and he's great. I've used other carpet cleaners before and they always couldn't do something but he always manages to do a good job.

James is the owner and I believe the only one who does the cleaning. I have always been completely satisfied and amazed at how refurbished my carpets look when he is finished cleaning them. Very personal and professional. I wouldn't have any one else clean my carpets.

James came at the appointed time to clean; he and his son went right to work, moving furniture and placing plastic sheets under the big pieces of furniture. They kept all the equipment outside with the exception of the hose, working their way from inside to the doorway. As stated above, I had cat stains on the carpet that other companies professed to be able to remove, but once the carpet was dry, the stain still showed. James removed EVERY stain and my carpet looked brand new. He and his son were very courteous, professional, and I highly recommend them. I tend to be a perfectionist, and believe me, they passed with flying colors!

Went great! He was very prompt and professional. He also gave the suggestions on how to best clean the areas rugs advising us that to really get a through deep clean we would have to take it out somewhere to have it saturated. After he left our carpets looked great.
