Integrity Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

James was fabulous. I can't say enough good things about James and his cleaning. My house was a huge job, with some serious carpet stains and and also stains on the furniture. He did more than I asked, moved more furniture than I asked and gave me an even deeper discount than what was already promised on Angie's List. He must know magic because even the coffee stains (cream & sugar) came out! I'm setting up regular carpet cleaning on my calendar and will using James!

Wow. First, he arrived 15 minutes early. That's a first for us. He was personable and great with our pets, which we usually have to lock up. The deal I purchased was for a sofa and loveseat cleaning, but he let me trade in the loveseat for an armchair and an ottoman. He was VERY thorough and even used an extra lemon enzyme treatment to treat odor at no extra cost. My furniture looks and smells brand new again, and I would definitely hire him in the future.

My mom was away from home recovering from surgery, and my siblings & I wanted to surprise her by getting her carpets cleaned before she got home. She did so well, her release from rehabilitation was moved up two full weeks, giving me the five days before Christmas to find a carpet cleaning company, get the work done and allow time for the carpet to dry. I consulted Angie's list, contacted several highly rated carpet cleaning companies, including Integrity Carpet & Upholstery, and was told either that, no appointments were available, or that someone would call me back. James from Integrity returned my call within a couple of hours, heard about my time table and said he would come day after tomorrow (on a SUNDAY). (I gather Sunday isn't a normal work day for Integrity, but James was being extra accommodating because of the looming holiday.) We agreed to a time window of 11-1 and he quoted me the price. Sunday arrived and during the 11 - 1 time period, James called to tell me he would be a few minutes late. He was very apologetic and assured me he would call again, on route to my home, which he did. His arrival was just a few minutes outside the time window and I really appreciated him keeping me informed. We discussed what was to be cleaned, which furniture I wanted moved, and any areas I had special concerns about before he got down to business. He estimated the job would take about an hour and was right. He reviewed what he had done and even provided shoe covers for me to wear while I checked his work. Everything came out looking terrific, even the problem spots came out better than expected. James was polite, professional and very straightforward. I am extremely pleased with the job he did as well as grateful that he was able to fit me into his schedule on short notice. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others and plan to use him again for my home.

James did a fabulous job. He was willing to move anything & was extremely attentive to detail. He thoroughly pre-treated all visible stains & used a very pleasant smelling citrus deodorizer. I was very surprised my 10+ year old carpet looked almost brand new! Especially amazing since I have 3-4 dogs indoors in my house at all times. Unlike other companies I have used in the past, the stains did not resurface after the carpet dried. I will definitely use James again in the future.

James was awesome! He did a great job and my 13 year old carpets look beautifully clean again. He is the owner and does all his own work, which I really like. You could tell he really took pride in doing a great job and I will definitely use Integrity again.

James did a great job in cleaning the carpet and getting things back in place after he was done. Also, he took care to not get in dirt or scratches on the hardwood floor that he had to go over to get to the various rooms. We would use him again and recommend him to friends to use.

James did a great job, even got out all the pet stains that had accumulated. He was punctual and friendly. I've used him in the past and will definitely call him again in the future.

He did a great job. Arrived right on time and was thoroughly professional and pleasant. He is the owner and takes pride in his work. He is also very knowledgeable and explained some stains in strange spots that turned out to be due to my dog's coat/skin oil/drool, solving this puzzle for me. Perfect - this guy is the best, he's the owner of the company and he does the work. Responsive, honest, thorough with fair and easy to understand pricing. I wouldn't consider using anyone else. We will definitely use Integrity Carpet and Upholstery again and recommend them to anyone/everyone.

Was very punctual, thorough, and kind. Asked him at the last minute to clean a chair, which he did even though he already had a full schedule.

I have two upholstered chairs that needed general cleaning and some spot cleaning due to cats sleeping on them and, unfortunately spitting up on them. These are nice chairs that have a type of cotton fabric that shows water stains easily so I wanted a quality service provider who knew what they were doing. After reading the reviews for Integrity I decided this company would do a good job. I called James on short notice hoping he could squeeze my job in on my day off. He graciously said he could help me. He called ahead saying he was on his way and showed up on time. Immediately got to work and quickly cleaned both chairs. Was able to get out the stains and the chairs look good as new. And his cost, $80 for both chairs, was very reasonable. Thank you! I plan to schedule James to come back out to clean my area rugs next. He knows what he's doing!

He arrived on time, very professional and nice. He took his time which I liked. That tells me he cares about his work and reputation. Cleaned behind every door which alot of companies do not and they rush thru the service. Smelled wonderful after he left and haven't smelt the urine. It was a little more expensive then what I wanted to pay however he did do a great job.

James was very professional right from the start. He communicated clearly what he would do and provided me an estimate before he arrived. When he arrived, he again informed me what he would be doing and how much it would cost. I expected to pay a lot more than what he charged me. He went to work and was very considerate of my family and home. My couch looked like the day I bought it 8 years ago. I would definitely recommend James and Integrity again.

I have never been so happy with a carpet cleaner! I had several red wine stains and animal stains on a beige frieze carpet. All the stains are gone, the carpet was dry in about 6 hours and it's now sooo soft. No sticky residue....it feels new! Awesome job, and very professional! No one else will ever clean my carpets.

James was very efficient and professional. He came in, asked me what I wanted and went to work. He was able to quickly identify the stains I needed cleaned and removed. He was great and I was really impressed. I plan on using him again for my new house.

Today James cleaned the carpeting, tile and grout in our home. James arrived early, was very professional, and focused. He was very respectful of our property. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations. He was able to bring new life to our tile floors by removing the grout stains, our floor looks new again. I highly recommend Integrity for carpet and grout cleaning.

James Mattox, the owner, performed the service. He was on time, went right to work setting up his equipment, etc. He put down a protective cover over the wood floors and dried any spots that were on the floor afterward. He is knowledgeable about various fabrics and what is need to clean them. In testing the sofa fabric, some of the color came off on his rag, so he left it up to us if we wanted to proceed. We had him do a spot on the underside of the cushion and that looked fine, so we went ahead and had him clean the whole thing. It came out just fine. He worked h****** both pieces (each one had a difficult fabric) and the results were more than satisfactory. He was polite, hard working, thorough and very nice. We would hire him again and would recommend him to everyone.

Confirmed appointment and made contact before arrival. Excellent job removing stains, including a magic marker stain. Advised areas which could not be cleaned due to the stains being set in, and offered alternative suggestions. Definitely great to work with and did a fabulous job.
