Integrity Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

I chose integrity to clean our carpets based on the excellent reviews I read and I wasn't disappointed! Having set a date for the work to be done James called me on the day to let me know he would arrive in half an hour. We walked through both areas and discussed obvious marks and whether or not he thought he would be able to remove them, plus how much it would cost (so no nasty surprise at the end). About half way through the job, James asked me to take a look to see if I was happy and I was very impressed at how clean the carpets were - all the chocolate milk and soda stains my kids had left were completely gone! When he'd finished he asked me to confirm that everything was satisfactory, which it certainly was. We'd been talking about replacing our bedroom carpet because it looked so dirty but now it looks brand new. It is rare to meet someone who takes such a pride in his work and I would definitely use him again and highly recommend him to others.

James did a fantastic job. Very nice guy, fair prices - worked hard and was very thorough. He has a good reputation and he has earned it. We were very happy with him, and will tell many others. Just a great guy.

As always, James did an excellent job. We were particularly concerned about our stairway carpet as there was some amount of grease/dirt underneath our medical stairlift. James showed up on time, answered any questions, and cleaned everything perfectly as we have leaned to expect (this was our third experience with him). We will never use another carpet/upholstery cleaner!

The owner, James, does all the work himself. He is very friendly and professional. He got my carpets cleaner than any other carpet cleaner I had ever had before. He worked quickly, moved any furniture that I needed moved, put plastic squares under the furniture legs when he replaced it to make sure there wouldn't be any issues with the damp carpet. Fantastic job, really reasonable prices! Will always call him in the future.

I took possession of the house and the carpets were awful. I didn't have money to replace them right away so I was hoping to clean them to get by for a year or so. When Integrity was finished, my carpets pretty much looked brand new. My mom, the neighbors, and I were flabbergasted at how well he did to get the stains out. There was one room with red koolaid looking stains, one with candle wax, another with what looked like oil - all gone. There is the slightest hint of red in the sun, but given the starting point, I am 100% happy.

The service provider was right on time, courteous, efficient & did an excellent job. The furniture looks like new!

The owner, James is the person that does the work and I must say out of dozens of upholstery cleaners I've used he's the best. He's very professional, trustworthy and seems to love what he does. I'd a urgent need and I called on Thursday evening and he came the next day to clean my sofa and spot cleaned a different sofa that my new dog had an accident on too . My light yellow sectional sofa smelled horrible of dog and it'd so many stains that I definitely thought it couldn't be completely cleaned. I didn't mention to James the red nail polish stain on my cushion because I thought that's impossible to get off a light yellow sofa but without question James got it off. There's not 1 stain on my sofa and it smells amazing. The cleaning actually made my entire house smell great for many days. Anyway, James saved me the embarrassment of having a smelly/dirty sofa when my In-laws were coming to visit. If I was reading reviews wondering who to pick a cleaner (do the job right, best/low pricing, trustworthy, flexible to schedules, professional) search no more. I've used James a couple times now and plan to use him again very soon to clean a delicate chair & my carpets.

Integrity Carpet Cleaning truly represents the epitome of professional carpet cleaners. Angie's List no longer makes easy to find this gem of a professional but careful review of the many carpet companies lead us to this remarkable one-man-company. We are so pleased with his services, we will use Integrity as long as he is in business and recommend him to everyone we know! His absolute professionalism, quick response and extraordinary cleaning services are everything one could hope for... even with light colored carpets. This is someone who truly cares about doing an outstanding job for you from start to finish. Our carpets were cleaned better than any other carpet cleaner has ever done before. This was the second time we used James and again he was amazing. He even added a little extra cleaning to our cloth headboard at no extra cost. This guy is amazing!! We will never call anyone else for any furniture cleaning ever. I feel fortunate to have found him on our first try on Angie's list. I had used James in our previous home, and did not hesitate calling him to clean the carpets in our new home. It was nice being able to trust James in my home without being there. He does a fantastic job, is willing to squeeze you into his schedule if needed, and has very good and straightforward pricing. He spent 4+ hours in my home and cleaned over 11 rooms, for right at 400 dollars after tax. I consider this a tremendous value. James is highly professional and very enjoyable to talk with. Highly recommended, look no further.

BEST THING, no added charges, no up-selling, just straight forward. It was great having area rugs cleaned without having to send them out! The sectional had not been cleaned since we bought it many years ago. A previous carpet cleaning company said they didn't want to do it, due to possible fading (probably due to time it would take to complete). James Mattox, owner/operator, was very professional and extremely pleasant. The next time we need rugs/carpets/furniture cleaned, we will definitely call him!

We have used Integrity for years. This is our latest experience: I called with a short lead time due to my procrastination, and James squeezed us in. When he arrived, I surprised him with the upholstery job. As has been our experience, James just smiled and went work. The sofa alone took well over an hour to complete. James worked around an aged member of the family, being courteous and helpful in making sure the family member was comfortable. Once again, as has been our experience, the results of James' work were outstanding. We are very pleased. You can expect James will arrive within his predicted appointment window. In our situation, he even called to let us know approximately where within that window he would be arriving. We don't use anyone else!

It was great. It was just the $129. They were on time. It was just the owner and he was great.

It went extremely well. He arrived on time, explained what he will do and completed the work in a timely fashion. The chairs look brand new. I am very impressed and will definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone looking for his type of service.

James cleaned all of the carpets in our house back in summer of 2014 before we moved into our new house. And he made those carpets that had all sorts of pet stains and spots look brand new. So when we were getting ready to sell our house (out of state job relocation) we again called James to spot treat several areas of carpet and upholstry before we put the house up for sale, and again, and he came through and did an incredible job!! James has a great work ethic and is very honest and fair and does A+++ work!! Don't hesitate to call James.

James, the owner, was on time and prompt in returning my phone call. This is the second year in a row that we have used his services as we found his business on an Angie's List last year. He is thorough and reasonable. He used a lemon scent for our carpets that is refreshing and extinguished pet odor. I have and will continue to highly recommend his services and plan to use this company again in the future.

If I could give him A+, he gets A+ from me. He was very punctual, polite, and very professional. I highly recommend him. He was my Mr. Fix it (I.e. clean that carpet) man. I wish I could be more original sounding but everyone described him already. He was everything everyone described and more. If I can say more, he was very thorough in going through each room with me to explain what he would do after hearing my expectations. He worked hard in each room and each spot whether it was a drink stain or dog stain. First, he was very fast in preparing each room. Then he took his time to clean each room. He went over same area multiple times making sure it is clean. He cleaned it as if it were his own house! He is the BEST I have seen in a long time. I used to know a good cleaner a realtor recommended but he retired. Ever since then, I have been trying to find another best. Well, I found one. James, that is. James was definitely the best Angie's List can offer. His price is very reasonable considering number of areas (11 large areas). Some of the rooms are vey large. I happened to have a small apartment fan stored behind a large chair. Without being asked, he plugged it in and ran it for me so that the carpet will dry faster. He is very thoughtful. He is working for your best interest. I will be asking him to come back to do my basement/rec area once my painter is gone.

I called the business and the owner, James, answered. I told him that I needed approximately 7 rooms, a hallway and stairs cleaned and asked to schedule the service. James had some cancelations that day so he offered to do the cleaning that day. I agreed and we met at the house, which was vacant at the time. The price quote was very reasonable considering the amount of carpet. James seemed very meticulous about cleaning the carpet and seemed to enjoy his job. The results were fantastic and the living/dining room carpet looked brand new afterwards.

I would definitely use this company again...in fact they will be my first choice. Mr. Maddox was punctual, professional and worked diligently to remove the smoke odor from the fabric. I received a high quality service for a low price. I'm especially impressed about his satisfaction or your money back guarantee, although, I can't imagine any of his customers would ever be disappointed with the results.
