Another excellent experience with this company. Our laptop was running slow and wouldn?t install updates from Windows. I could no longer restore the computer to an earlier date. We dropped of the laptop earlier this week. I called today and asked if I could I could get my laptop back today as I?ve been doing a lot of online Christmas shopping. Amy was very accommodating and told me she would make it a priority so I could have it back today. She was good on her word and I got my laptop back and running great. Harold, the owner, personally worked on my laptop. Apparently I had viruses and malware. He recommended Microsoft Essentials to protect my computer so I asked if he could remove my current virus protection and install Microsoft. He was happy to do so. He also shared other tips on how to trouble shoot things myself. Amy and Harold are both very friendly and professional. They put you at ease and explain things very well. I hope I don?t need them any time soon, but I will definitely go back to them in the future!

Harold the computer guy was the second store I visited to have my laptop looked at, I wish I would have taken my computer there first. The service was excellent and quick. I did not think I was going to walk out with my laptop working since just the day before I took it to another store and was told it was shot and to start looking for a new laptop. Turns out all it needed was a new power cord. I was in and out of Harold's store in a few minutes and only spent a few bucks! The staff was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. They did not judge or laugh at me, actually it was the opposite. I suggest Harold the computer guy for all computer needs. Customer for life!!

delivered my computer to their office in loveland and it was ready in couple days for me to pickup. Tech explained what they had done and I left happy.

Very friendly and lived up to expected time. Stood behind their work when two days later the drive didn't work as expected and they fixed it again with no additional cost. It was very easy to work with them. The owner is also a veteran and we like to support veteran businesses.

Cleaned up my computer. Myles was very nice and professional. After he finished the job he took time to explain a lot of things to me.

He diagnosed problems with my router that no one else was able to figure out. He also fixed my computer for me and got my laptop hooked up to my wireless. Harold also gave me some basic tips on how to fix somethings on my own. He is a very nice guy and I felt comfortable with him in my home.

Whole process went very well. This provider is very easy to work with. I called them on Monday, September 23 to set up a time for someone to come to my house as I was having network connectivity issues. I told them I thought I needed a new router. I also wanted them to do a "check up" on my desktop for viruses, etc. Also, I requested that they perform back ups for both my desktop and laptop onto external hard drives. I also stated that I thought my wireless adaptor for my desktop was old and perhaps I needed a new one. The woman I spoke with on the phone was very professional and said they could bring all components with them on the call. (I loved this as it meant that I didn't have to go to the store to puchase them myself). She said she would have Miles come out. We agreed on the following Monday to fit my work schedule. (Miles was available to come out sooner if I needed). The following Monday, Miles arrived. He was a bit late, but called to apologize and to say that his GPS had taken him to the wrong place and he wanted to verify my address. (This was no big deal to me as I have had GPS issues myself-I know it happens). I could tell Miles was genuinely upset that he was late for our call. Miles arrived at my house about 20 minutes later. He was very professional, both in demeanor and appearance. I explained the issues I was having and we discussed my options. I elected to have Miles replace my router, desktop wireless adaptor and I also purchased a new external hard drive for backups. He went to work and about 2 hours later, my new router was up and running, my desktop was cleaned up and he had performed backups on both my desktop and laptop. He also set up automatic weekly backup programs for both desktop and laptop. Everything went smoothly. The price I paid was for two hours on onsite service, plus a new router, new wireless adaptor and a new external hard drive. I thought Miles did a great job. He worked diligently--no dilly dallying around. He's very knowledgeable and truly wanted me to be happy with the work done. I will use him again. I highly recommend Harold The Computer Guy and, in particular, Miles.

It was amazing. The customer service was exceptional. I spoke to Chris at the store and he was very helpful. Then Myles came out and had me up and running within an hour. It far surpassed any of my expectations and was well worth the emergency service rate.I was afraid I had lost everything but miles is very calm and reassuring any even suggested I get a backup drive just to give me peace of mind. My computer is getting a little old. Miles gave me some tips on purchasing a new one. He took the time to find the computer that was perfect for me and at the best price. I probably would have just gone to Best Buy but with his expertise, I was able to save about $300 on the computer I would have bought versus the one I got which will be perfect for me. I cannot say enough good things about Harold The Computer Guy . This is the second time they've saved me :-)

He was punctual and very nice to work with, however, he called me from his car while traveling and I believe it took longer than it would have if he would have waited to call when he was home and could do the remote repair immediately. From the car, all he could do was take me step by step for a few things and it took much longer than if he was doing it. I'm still having some problems. I don't know if they are related to his "repair" or not, but I plan on calling someone else.

These folks could not have been anymore of a joy to work with. They did what they said they would do, in the time they said said they would do it. A seamless transaction all the way around.

The hard drive died. Harold, replaced the hard drive and charged a very reasonable price, they were friendly and professional. They told me the original hard drive might be under warranty and told me what to do to check it out. I would go back to Harold's for any computer issues.

Harold was courteous and professional and continued to work with me until the problem was resolved. He worked around my schedule, and I am happy with the results. I will use him for future computer issues.

I took the computer to the shop because we suspected the hard drive crashed. Chris confirmed our suspicions and gave us several options along with estimates. We chose to install a new hard drive and install the existing operation system. Chris was very nice and knowledgeable. He took the time to show me and explain to me the work that was done.

Harold and Amy were fantastic! I found them on Angie's list after having after Best Buy didn't show up for a scheduled appointment. I needed someone as soon as possilbe, and not only were they able to be accommodate me, but Harold was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I feel like I have found a service provider that I will keep, and recommend!

They were not able to retrieve the data and returned the computer to me. The computer was an 11 year old Mac laptop and it did not seem that they were familiar with Macs.

He is very personable and does a good job.

We took our dying laptop to the Loveland store and were greeted very warmly by Amy. She was very pleasant and we discussed the issues we were having. She listened very carefully and took a genuine interest in what problems we were having. We discussed possibilities and one of them was a bad hard drive. As it turned out, she was right. We left the laptop on Friday. As you can imagine, we were anxious to get the computer diagnosed, know the cost and find out how long it would take for them to work on it. We received a call the same day and were told it was the hard drive and were given our options for a replacement. After deciding what we would do, we were informed how long it would take (1 to 2 days!) and the approximate cost. We were very excited to hear that we would get our computer back so quickly! The final cost was less than the estimate too! We picked up the laptop and they gave us our old hard drive. Harold the Computer Guy store has a small town family friendly feel. However, they offer superior service and work. The laptop is like brand new! As a matter of fact, I'm using it to write this review. Thank you to everyone at Harold the Computer Guy for your professionalism and expertise. We will be back with all our future computer needs.

This is our second time using Harold. This time he and Amy took in my job at the last minute and stayed late to try and repair a virus which had locked up my business computer. The repair could not be done without performing a time consuming system scan, which would not be completed until the next day, a Sunday. Even though the store was closed, they came in to finish the job and save me a lot of headaches which I was facing working without this computer on Monday. Not only are Amy and Harold are very professional, but very pleasant to deal with.

I called ahead, confirmed drop-off hours at the Loveland shop, brought the computer in and received a verbal estimate. The work was completed within a few hours. Final price was a few dollars more than the estimate but still very reasonable.

Harold scheduled service the next day after my call and arrived promptly on schedule. Professional appearance and after review of the needs discussed a proposed plan to resolve issues. I had several projects but the highest priority was the e-mail and fax/scan issues with the new computers which were not completely resolved. He removed hard drives from old computers and created back ups but because of time constraints was unable to put the units back together. It was a bit of a challenge for me (a non-techie) to get them put back together after he left. I wish the highest priority items had been tackled first. After he left I was unable to print at all from one of the new computers and I tried to trouble shoot the problem myself but finally got frustrated and called Harold for help. He returned my call and spent time on the phone and remote support to correct the problem. I was really surprised to get a bill for the remote service but when I called to inquire about it they voided the invoice since it was a follow-up problem. I will probably use Harold again but I will be more specific about what the priorities are in a given time frame.

He was very helpful as a go between with us and Dell. It went very well.

He was able to come out to my home and replace the DVD driver. He was prompt to getting back to me through email. He was able to come out to my home within days of contacting him. He had the parts he needed to fix my computer on hand also.
