It went well. He basically resolved the problem and said, "You still have an hour of credit." He was friendly, confident and capable. He said he was coming and he was punctual. They seemed to be a little higher priced than some other place but I felt that it was value.

This is a great company - they were quick to respond to my request and to schedule. Very friendly staff.

I took my stepdad's WINDOWS XP OS pc in to see if it could be upgraded since the XP OS would not be receiving MICROSOFT UPDATES effective 04/08/14. The pc was apprx 8 years old and could not support an upgrade so Harold's assistants Amy & Kris recommended a refurbished pc they had in the store (Lenova). They transferred all info from the old PC, installed the start menu (Windows 8 does not have that in the same place as XP), installed the free Windows Defender antivirus from Microsoft, and AD BLOCK. They said we had a year warranty with customer service for any problems and questions. The PC works great! We have had to call for a couple of things (the DELL PRINTER my stepdad had for 8 years - got it when he got the XP PC - it was not compatible with the new PC but Harold remotely accessed the PC to see if he could find an updated driver for the printer but there was none since the printer was outdated - but he tried!)...Harold and his staff are the BEST PC SERVICE COMPANY I have ever dealt with. I called and left a message on Sunday about my computer issues after finding them on Angie's List on Saturday the 2nd of August, 2014. Amy called be back on Monday Morning giving me their hours and location. I took it in on Monday afternoon and by Tuesday early afternoon they called and said that my computer is now fixed.....I couldn't believe it! I was totally expecting the....your computer is toast and your only alternative is to buy one of our new computers....! Nope, they were very honest, helpful and friendly. I will (hopefully not...) use them again and I will recommend them to anyone needing computer help/tune-up!! Thank you very much, Harold and Nick! Job very well done! JohnB

I had used my son & daughter-in-law's pc to open an excel file but it wouldn't open so I contacted an excel specialist (I thot) via phone to help me find out why my file would not open. The specialist accessed the pc and wanted payment for services but did not correct the problem as promised. I felt my personal info & my son's pc was compromised. I took the pc to Harold the Computer Guy store location (they had it bout 5 days). He & staff checked the pc, cleaned up a few things, added a START MENU (since it was a WINDOWS 8 OS), AD BLOCK, and also FREE MICROSOFT WINDOWS ESSENTIALS virus, internet protection. When I returned the pc to my son's home and we were accessing the internet, all the images didn't load or we couldn't access the page. I left a message the same day for Harold the Computer Guy. He returned my call and drove from Loveland, OH to Covington, KY (approx 45 min drive) to come see what the problem was. This was on a Saturday weekend. You don't find many companies that will do that! You would normally have to take the pc back to them (even if it was their mistake). Harold corrected the problem and answered all our questions. I appreciate that there is a LOCAL business in the USA and one that you can trust and understand what they are saying (A lot of pc support is outsourced overseas and a lot of times it is hard to understand the representatives). Harold the Computer Guy in Loveland, OH and his staff are the best computer experts, whether it be for repairs, questions you may have, or purchasing a new computer. My first experience with them was on March 4, 2014 when I took my step-mom's pc in for repairs due to the pc being too slow and too many pop ups, then the screen went black. I took the computer to them and we had it back within a week. All the issues were resolved, the pc was cleaned up & my step-mom was back in business! They printed materials how to avoid malware, spyware, etc... They also recommended certain programs that are beneficial and save money, such as free anti-virus protection (MicroSoft Security Essentials) and AD Block (which they installed on my step-mom's pc for her). My step-mom & I went to pick it up when it was ready. Their staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and they give helpful information. I own a small business and my computer cannot be down for any length of time. Both Miles and Howard understand this and gave me options based on time for the fix and for cost. In both instances we were back up and running in what I felt was as quick a turn around as possible and for a reasonable amount of money. In addition, both times they provided solutions that made the security of our network and data better than it had been. I would not hesitate to trust them in the future with any computer problems.

Excellent communication, scheduling, response and follow through. Came to my house to do the work, problem was harder than expected so Myles took computer to shop. Repaired and brought back. Microsoft did an update and it messed up some programs so Harold came out and fixed, as well as instructed me on how to work some new programs. He easily explained all work and how I could use programs effectively. When faced with computer melt-down I was very stressed but Harold and Myles both dealt with my concerns and I felt I had all the support needed to deal with issues. I will go to them for any and ALL computer issues from now on. Especially liked how Harold created way for him to look at my computer screen via his office( it was a secure method that I had to ALLOW him to do so) and fix via remote. That was blessing when I was confused with where to find programs via new hard drive. They were wonderful!

Harold was great. One hundred percent professional. It was obvious almost immediately that he knew what he was doing. Our problem was not typical, but he said that he enjoyed the challenge (even though it was first thing on a rainy Monday). We've had computer techs visit our home in the past who had no idea what they were doing and who generally messed the machine up worse than before they started. We've also dealt with companies who's boilerplate response to a problem such as we were having would be to reload the operating system. And for anyone who's been down this road before you know what a headache that can be. Well Harold had the main problem fixed within maybe 15 minutes, but then he went the extra mile to make sure all traces of browser hijacking software and malware were removed, performing a deep scan that went beyond what you would get from your typical anti virus software. Bottom line: The machine is back up and running like new. We couldn't be more pleased.

Spent an hour & half at least. Was very nice and professional and apologized for being late as previous job ran over. Did call before appointment time to let me know. Will call them for help again and would recommend them also.

Harold is very personable...very polite. We talked through the issues and he went to work--even threading some wiring through the wall. It is all back to working at breakneck speed. He did a fantastic job and I will definitely call on him when needed and can recommend him highly.

Harold was great. I took out PC to get it fixed and what I got home with the computer I had internet connection issues. Harold came over to our house within the hour and fixed the problem. What great computer service

I called to set up an appointment to have someone help me connect my wireless . My service provider for Internet was no help, and I had reached my limit with phone text support. Myles came out and had my modem and router up and running in no time. He program my wireless printer and set me up with wep key number and password. Myles was on time for the appointment, and couldn't have more professional. I would recommend using this company for any of your computer issues. I will definitely use them in the future.

Harold came. When he realized that he needed more research, he did it. He found the problem. He got Microsoft to fix it. I am very happy not to wake up to the "blue screen of death". We have had him come a few times for various problems on our computers. He is professional and he gets the job done.

Work done to our satisfaction in a timely manner. Friendly to deal with. Would definitely use them again and refer friends.

My external hard drive stopped running. After contacting several repair facilities, I called Harold (spoke with Amy) and received excellent insight and suggestions regarding my issue. She was able to direct me to the most likely solution, and it was not just a "bring it in and give us your credit card and we'll TRY to fix it" type of a conversation. Amy displayed total compentence and professionalism. I will absolutely have work done there the next time I have a computer issue.
