Description of Work: I had a problem with a desktop PC that went beyond my ability to solve it. I took it to Harold the Computer Guy. Everybody I spoke to was friendly and enthusiastic and informative. They helped me carry the equipment, diagnosed the problems, checked for other problems, told me what it would cost, and discussed alternatives with me. I was very pleased with the service and the results.

Description of Work: Hard drive failed. They were able to recover most of the data but not the settings. Have had problems with the mouse cursor disappearing intermittently ever since. Otherwise, I am quite satisfied with their service.
