Description of Work: I had to put half down-payment at the time of scheduling, they cashed the check immediately and when I called 4 days after I had arrived to schedule the installation, and wanted to cancel it legitimate reasons, they said that the carpet was already cut into the room sizes requested (BUT carpet was not to be installed for another 40 days!!)Due to this, they refused to refund my money or allow me to cancel the job, even though I had never actually signed the contract. They said that the cancelled check was confirmation enough that I wanted the job completed.

Description of Work: I was trying to match an older piece of carpet. It did not match at all. However, I don't completely fault them for that, however, I do fault them for the grease marks their installers left on my old and new carpet from their shoes.

+ 1 moreThey have great workmanship. For the entire home being redone at the same time, they worked very well with our schedule and we had a minimum of disruption in our home. They helped me pick out the colors and types of flooring, and it worked out beautifully.
Description of Work: We had hardwood floors refinished, laminate floors & carpet installed, & vinyl floor in the kitchen. All work was performed at the same time.

+ -1 moreTHE END RESULT WAS GREAT. THE HOMES LOOK BEAUTIFUL. THE WORKMEN WERE PLEASANT AND CONSCIENTIOUS. HOWEVER, WE HAD TO HAVE THEM BACK TO FINISH THE JOB WHEN THEY THOUGHT THEY HAD ALREADY COMPLETED THE PROJECT. MOST IMPORTANTLY, WHEN WE HAD A DISPUTE, CARPET DEPOT'S OWNER, MARK, THREATENED TO PUT A CONTRACTORS' LIEN ON OUR HOME. THE DISPUTE WAS RESOLVED AFTER A LITTLE PERSUASION TO COMPLETE THE JOB TO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. WE'D HIRE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AS LONG AS WE DIDN'T HAVE TO DEAL WITH MARK.

+ -1 moreEXCELLENT. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL DURING THE COLOR SELECTION PROCESS. THEY CALLED TO CONFIRM THE APPOINTMENT AND SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL. THE FINISHED PRODUCT IS EVERYTHING WE HOPED FOR. I WENT TO 7 DIFFERENT PLACES LOOKING FOR CARPET AND WAS MOST COMFORTABLE WITH CARPET DEPOT.
