Great! The employees are super professional and kind. Now I'm replacing carpet in other rooms and wouldn't even think about going any where else to do buisness.

Mark Jones is the owner and he is the best water restoration specialist around. He is so good. I've used him over and over again. The vinyl tile I put in my kitchen they actually tested it under water. They got the product, brought it to their facility, poured water on it and left it to see what happens.

I was very pleased with their services. They are why I joined Angie's List. I chose them because they didn't use sub-contractors.

I called the office before the installers were due to arrive and told them that we had found an ant infestation by our sliding glass doors in the room to be carpeted. When they arrived, they had the materials to clean up the area and cemented closed the openings where the ants came in. When they were finished and the furniture moved back in; they checked to make sure that I was satisfied with the work. I was and we were very impressed.

I was so happy with them that I posted my happiness on Facebook. They did a great job patching - you can't even tell it was damaged. It took them less than a half hour. Their price was reasonable. Their work was very skilled - Jose was our tech and he was personable and professional. He kept the work area clean and came on time. They followed up with me often to see about starting the job.

Overall, the work went very well. since they were doing all of the floors in the house, they had to move alot of furniture, and do so with great care. The carpet and padding looked great, as did the tile and hardwood. My only complaint (and what keeps them from getting a higher score) was that they did not fix some loose floor squeaks under the carpet.

The sales people were very helpful and they had a nice selection of beautiful carpet. They also had lots of remnants. We were looking for something less expensive so we didn't end up using them.

Initial interaction was great. TJ found us a product that met our requirements. However the actual product installed was quite different from the sample he gave us in density and texture. When I mentioned this to them I got a vague response about needing to vacuum and to wait a few days for it to and quot;open upand quot;. Went back to the store to return sample board and mentioned my concern in a polite and cordial manner. Was promised the owner would look into it and get back to me but they seem to have said that just to get rid of me. No follow up from anyone. Wonder if bait and switch is part of their business model. In any case will not be using them again and have already steered two of my friends away from this company. They don't care about the customer, at least not after receiving payment.

++see above. I liked these people and probably would have bought more than one room's carpet. They lost a sale and I still do not have floor-covering.

The rep came and measured the floors and came up much higher than our figures. We received the estimate and the dollars did not add up. We called and questioned the math. The next estimate was substantially lower and the figures closely matched our own measurements. The installation went well. The hardwood installer did a fantastic job with matching the existing floor and trimming the edges. We are extremely happy with the hardwood floor. The carpet installation was done by a different crew. It went as expected. The installer did a nice job carpeting the stairs and trimming out the hallway doors. Even with the reduced estimate on the second invoice we had extra boxes of the hardwood that we were able to return for a credit.

They are the best. The sales rep (Jerry) showed up on time, provided the estimate of the price and the date of installation. On the date of installation, Carpet One Team showed up on time (yes, the time they promised to show up!!) and installed the carpet. Definitely the quality of their work is excellent. And the final price was the same as the estimate. I highly recommend Carpet One!

installer insisted i look over the work before paying him. and he also put the remaining carpet in our attic.

I've used Carpet Depot before to carpet a basement. I worked with the same people this time and just can't say enough good things about them. From advice on carpet fiber, pads, colors and measurement to installation and clean-up they are the best. The installer, Hosea, is absolutely amazing. He did the whole job by himself which I thought would be impossible. He moved heavy furniture carefully onto hardwood floors, dis-assembled a difficult queen bed, carried the heavy carpet and pad to the second story, did an excellent job on installation, moved the furniture back into the room, re-assembled the bed and then cleaned everything up. I like that Carpet Depot is locally owned and I have price compared with Home Depot and Lowes and they beat them on price. And they accomodated my schedule on the recent job as I wanted to get the carpet installed before I had surgery.

Visited Carpet Depot (Loveland) based on excellent review in Angie's List. We were very impressed with them, having visited other larger and high volume carpet businesses. Price was very good and carpet/padding quality was excellent. The staff was very professional. The sales person with whom we dealt, Jeff Hall, was very knowledgable and helpful to us. Their selection was adequate and we found what we were looking for. He even somewhat educated us on the care of carpeting. One important decision driver for us was that their installers are their own employees and that they do not use contractors. The importance of this was very evident to us in the installation. Jason and Jose were highly skilled and conscientious, treating our home as if it were their own and performing a total and quot;turnkeyand quot; job with a perfect installation, complete placement of our furnishings after installation and thorough clean-up. They were friendly and engaging throughout the installation and went the extra mile in a number of ways. They even determined that we enough excess carpeting at the finish to do a stairway that we'd not planned to do. We were delighted. We truly have nothing critical to say and will definitely do business with the again.

They did a great job. They stayed extra time and fixed the squeak in the floor board. They did some stuff that they didn't really have to do. The price was comparable.

I got great service at the showroom, duing measurement at our home and during installation. They are very knowledgable and experienced and it was a no pressure sales experience. The installers showed up on time, were neat and careful and did a fantastic job. They were also very polite. I have already repeated business for another project in my front hall. Highly recommended.

It went very well. They were very4 professional, fast and efficient. They were really competitive in their pricing.

We purchased a new home and needed to replace the carpet on the first floor. After some preliminary research, we went to the showroom and asked what could be done for a quick installation. We were taken to the showroom and the warehouse to show what we could order versus what could be installed right away. They were patient and worked with us to meet our needs. We selected a carpet that was in stock and the sales person went out to the home that evening to take measurements. Carpet installation began the next day. We are very pleased with their service.

Would rather deal with a company that can gives us their best price from the start. No more going back and forth with price.

The flooring looks amazing, the color is deep and rich, and it is tough enough to last for years even with the abuse from pets. His crew arrived on time, were polite and curteous, and worked hard the whole time they were in our home. I was especially impressed that they place carpet under their work truck to ensure they would not mar our driveway. The price was fair and exactly what we were quoted. We were so pleased with the product and service, we have hired his company to rehab an old house we own. They are completely redoing the interior and exterior. I fully expect to be just as satisfied and will post when they job is complete.

I was on a tight timeline. I needed carpet at a good price within a week! I visited Carpet Depot on Thursday. The OWNER came out and measured my floors the following day! Then they installed the carpet on Tuesday! The installer was very professional and considerate. He installed 2 rooms of carpet, then he pulled up the carpet in the third room and found water damage. The following day, Carpet Depot sent out their flood team. Dan, the manager, came out and identified the problem and problem-solved with me to get the biggest and quot;drying bangand quot; for my buck. He figured out how to get it done in the shortest time with the least amount of damage. His work to locate and remove wet insulation and moldy drywall was well done with minimal damage to drywall. He was friendly, thorough, and punctual. On Saturday, they were then able to install the carpet in the room that had been dried - my deadline was met! As well, John, the flooring manager, dealt with a miscommunication in scheduling issue by serving my needs first - going as far as to send out an installer (a different istaller who was also very courteous and professional) on a Saturday evening. Talk about going above and beyond in service! I appreciate the entire team's efforts to help me get this accomplished in a short amount of time. Thank you Carpet Depot!

They were almost overattentive. There was a lot of follow up on the phone and it was great and nice. But it was almost too much. And there was one day that we waited long while their office was open. But they were very professional.

Good people, helped educate us about carpet.
