Description of Work: Replaced the main water valve with a 1/4 turn ball valve; installed two shut off valves to pipes leading to the 2nd floor. Everything was fine but the price quoted was higher than I had expected. I wanted the work done so I agreed on the price prior to the work starting.

HE ALSO GAVE ME SOME GOOD ADVICE ON HOW TO HAVE THE TARNISHED BRASS SINK FIXTURES IN MY MASTER BATHROOM REPLACED. HE SUGGESTED I BUY THE FIXTURES I LIKE AT A LOCAL HOME DISCOUNT STORE, AND TOLD ME THEY WERE ON 8 INCH CENTERS, AND THEN CALL THEM BACK TO INSTALL THEM. THIS WILL SAVE ME MONEY. I PLAN TO DO THIS NEXT YEAR.

THE PLUMBER THAT SERVICED OUR NEEDS ARRIVED ON TIME AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE GAVE ME A COMPLETE PRICE TO DO THE WORK BEFORE HE BEGAN. I REALLY LIKED THIS BECAUSE IN THE PAST MOST PLUMBERS JUST GAVE ME AN HOURLY RATE, AND I HAD NO IDEA WHAT THE BILL WAS GOING TO BE UNTIL THEY WERE DONE. THEY CLEANED UP ALL THE MESS, AND MADE SURE I UNDERSTOOD HOW TO USE THE BIO-CLEAN TO TREAT MY DRAINS.
Description of Work: KITCHEN SINK WAS NOT DRAINING. THEY RAN A CABLE DOWN THE DRAIN LINE TO CLEAR THE BLOCKAGE AND GAVE ME BIO-CLEAN TO HELP KEEP MY DRAIN FROM STOPPING UP AGAIN.
