He came into the kitchen and looked over my problem with the sink. He then removed the faucet and left to get another one to install. He asked me to try and clean the area where the old faucet was removed while he was away. When he returned he worked on the pipes under the sink. He replaced my old faucet and cut a piece of pvc pipe that connected to the garbage disposal and the sink drain pipe, it turned out to be a little on the short side and later on while using the garbage disposal it popped loose again. I ended up having my garbage disposal removed by someone else a few months later. He did clean up the area after he was done working.

Very knowledgeable, friendly servicemen for both jobs as far as I can remember as the company is not the usual one we use. They are very fair in their pricing. If my regular furnace company is busy or can't assist us right away, then I call on Raymond Plumbing as they are well versed in our type of furnace too. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

It was one of the coldest days this winter and the furnace in one of our rental units gave out. We knew what part we needed and contacted several companies to try and locate it. Not only did Raymond have the part, but they didn't try to sell us on the several extras that the other companies did. Their customer service and professionalism was much appreciated, as well as, their ability to get us the information and part we needed quickly.

I would definetly recommend Raymond Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning. I called to schedule an appointment and the woman on the phone was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The gentleman called 30 minutes before arriving and he did arrive during the 30 minute window we were initially given when we made the appointment. He was friendly, professional and very thorough. We will be using them in the future and we are very happy to have found them on Angie's List.

I scheduled the appointment and was given a window of two days for them to come check out the issue which isn't very helpful when you run a business and can't continuously notify all the staff that at some point in the near future someone would be in to look at the heating issue. When they arrived there was some confusion from my staff as to why they were there and instead of the associate telling the staff what he was there to do he just left! I guess that even though I took the time to explain the problem on the phone when scheduling the appointment nothing I explained made it's way to the person who would actually need to know what the problem was. So I called Raymond Inc back and finally spoke to someone who sounded pleasant and happy to speak with me. Unfortunately he placed me on hold which I assumed was so that he could fix the issue, but instead he put me on hold to have someone else take my call. The woman who replaced him on the line was a nightmare! After exchanging hellos she went utterly quiet as if I was going to reiterate all that I had just explained to him. I literally had to say, "so..." to get the conversation started. I asked them to go back to the store and check out the issue and at no time was there any mention of any charges for an inspection. In the end I was charged $100 for them to tell me there's a hole in the tube and instead of giving us an estimate to fix it or anything they left, sent the bill, and I've heard nothing further!! Honestly I think that this business is only interested in expensive jobs and can't be bothered to waste their time on small issues that don't amount to much of a pay-off on their end. I really feel like they don't want our service and I'm sure we will never give it to them again! It's sad too that they are practically right around the corner and we have spent nearly $3,000 in the past year for their services and we still can't manage to get at least decent service. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Keith Raymond is fair and honest, on time, cleaned up, it was a unit that was placed in an attic. We have had them replace old pipes, find leaks after other contractors were here. Raymond Plumbing is why you hire a small business Vs Loves depot.

Excellent I had a plumber out for the same thing about a year ago and he busted up my floor and so on for over 3500.00 and Raymond Plumbing came in and said that should not of been done all they needed to do was fix the one pipe with out busting up the slab floor.....Very Honest Company

He did a very thorough job and was very pleasant.

Technician came out and partially diagnosed the heat pump failure as a dead short in the compressor. I contacted the office about a quote for repairing the unit, and after a few weeks I received one. My issue with the quote was there was no breakdown of costs. The person gave two prices one for replacing the compressor and another for replacing the compressor if I supplied the compressor. I would have liked to have seen an itemized bill with a breakout of all the costs. It turns out that I had an engineer from work replace the compressor, it cost about $ 600 for the compressor and took two hours to evacuate the system, replace the compressor, and refill the refrigerant and check for leaks. Raymond plumbing wanted $875 to replace the compressor if I supplied it. I realize that it takes some special tools and refrigerant costs are expensive, but for two hours labor they wanted $875.00. This to me seems excessive, but I would never know without being supplied an itemized bill. It turns out the motor had also failed, which I replaced myself with a Rescue motor and additional run capacitor for $125. Heat pump is only six years old and is a name brand unit.

Raymond Plumbing was recommend to us, by my mother-in-law, as she was extremely pleased with the work done for her on 2 new furnaces, and a new air conditioning system. Keith came out a week and half ago, and evaluated our current system, and gave us 3 sets of options, to work within our current budgetary guidlines. He discussed with us all of our finaincing options, and we decided to go ahead with the project. After talking with him, and looking at the difficulties we had with our previous furnace and air conditioner, we went ahead and opted to replace both systems at the same time. They got us on the schedule within 7-10 days, and Shelly kept us up to date, via e-mail, on everything to expect for the days of the install. On both days of the install, they were extremely punctual, and within the first 3-4 hours, they hadall of the old equipment out, even cleaning up all of the newly exposed areas, that weren't reachable for cleaning, easilly. Jim already started installing all of the new equipment, along with new lines for the Air Conditioner, etc, by mid-day of the very first day. The second day would be used for establshing all connections, sealing up the system, and starting it up, for the first time. The new air conditioner was up and running by mid-day of the second day, which was good, because the temperatures started rising in the afternoon. The total install took 2 days (8:30 - 4:30 PM, each day). Jim was extremely professional, and answered any and all questions we had, during the install. He did a really excellent job of cleaning up the entire installation site, and securing all cable runs. We are extremely happy with the work they performed, and will be working with them in the next 5-6 months reagrding installation of a new whole house generator.

They have always done a very good job and they were reasonable. They were punctual, polite, did a good job. They cleaned up and I would use them again.

The plumber arrived at the time expected. He was courteous, very thorough, took care to not track dirt etc into the house, and explained everything well. He was also conscientious about helping us control the costs of additional repairs needed so it would not be unnecessarily expensive. Overall, it was a good experience and we will use them again.

They were there within an hour after we called & replaced a switch that caused the problem. Quick response at a reasonable cost.

They have been very good, good service, quick to respond. Their clean up is excellent. They give you prompt service, they're reliable, and they're reasonable.

Everything with the furnace is functioning fine. If I call them they are very prompt in coming out to meet with me. I can rely on them to be here when they say they are going to be. They have been in the business for a long time and you can rely on their experience to do a good job. They are very trustworthy and do excellent work, if it is an emergency they are there within a couple hours.

Here in 2008, I found out that they installed the furnace improperly, and the furnace is now rusted from the inside out. The furnace is less than two years old and it is trashed. The company will not replace or repair the furnace because the previous owner filed for bankruptcy and never paid this company for the furnace. In speaking to Keith Raymond from this company, he was very rude, would not give me the installer's name, the name of his insurance company and even swore at me repeatedly. This furnace is ONLY TWO YEARS OLD and it is their installer's fault that it is no good because of installing it improperly. They will do nothing to help me. I am not the one that "stiffed" them, I am the one that bought the house. I need a new air conditioner soon, and if they would have been nice and acknowledged it was their fault and did something to make me a happy consumer, I probably would have bought the new air conditioner from them. I will be sure to tell anyone that will listen to NOT use this company.
