I hired this company based on the great reviews and their ad in my church newsletter. I called in the morning about a water issue in my kitchen and they came out the same day and fixed the leak. They also fixed a broken pipe in my garage that constantly breaks during the winter. They fixed the pipe and installed a heated pipe wrap so it won’t break again. I was very impressed with the professionalism and quality of work performed. Gabe was fantastic, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them!

flooded the bathroom floor causing damage only apparent a year later. denies responsibility, wont fix it. toilet works now but will soon break through the floor and crash into the basement.

It could not have been better Shelly in the office and Chuck(Charles) set the standard for exceptional quality service. Shelly keep us informed of what was going to happen and it did. Great attitude and very helpful to my family we are warm and cozy. She is just a positive person who is interested in providing great customer information and service. When Chuck appeared at our home he was polite, willing to help, clean and neat. He did the job effectively and keep us informed of what he was doing. He did the work and was fast and efficient all with a smile and a great attitude. It went very well. The technician was very professional and polite. I thought the appointment was scheduled on another date. Even though it was my mistake, had no problem rescheduling after I missed the appointment.

I started using them, probably 20 years ago.

They do a heating checkup before every winter and a cooling checkup before every summer. I pay for it on a once-a-year contract so it is about $180 yearly. I have used them for years. They do excellent work, they are on time and clean up after themselves. I keep using them because they do everything that has to do with the HVAC system.

My husband is usually an excellent handyman but struggled with installing new plumbing under the kitchen sink after we had a new sink installed. He was able to install the plumbing but could not get a small leak to stop so he finally gave in to my request to "call in a plumber". I called Raymond Plumbing over the weekend after checking Angie's List and left a message with their answering service since it wasn't an emergency. A man returned my call Monday morning and scheduled their first available appointment for that Wednesday morning between 8 and 9 a.m. The plumber arrived on time and was able to stop the leak with some professional tweaking. Since he was able to accomplish this so well we asked him to look at a problem we've been struggling with for the last 2 years...low water pressure. We had not had any problem with our pressure but one day it just dropped...to the point that it trickled out of the shower head if someone flushed a toilet! We called a local plumber that we had dealt with before and after replacing our main water pressure gauge, a costly shower component, making 3 trips with different people over 3 weeks and almost getting thrown out of my house for attempting to kick my dog we told them not to come back. This was a reputable local plumbing company so I was trying to negotiate with the owner and try to come to a reasonable billing amount since I felt like we were acting as the training site for their apprentices plus they had not been able to solve my water pressure problem after settling for approximately a $1,000 bill...You can imagine how good I felt when Raymond Plumbing was able to determine that the cause of our low water pressure was a valve on our water softener run was partially closed, starving the system! Obviously, this man was a great plumber AND problem solver... and it only cost us $175 including the kitchen plumbing issue!!! I will definitely use Raymond Plumbing in the future for our main home and our rentals.

The first time they agreed to come out on a Friday afternoon but did not show up nor did they call. I contacted the office on the following Monday and was patched through to Brian, who said he forgot and did not hear his phone reminder. Because the company could potentially tackle 2 things we needed done, I decided to give them a second chance, which I normally would not do. We agreed he would come out on Wednesday after 4:00. Again, no show and no call. There will not be a third request I can assure you. I own a small business and would not be able to keep clients if I acted as unprofessionally as this company does. Perhaps they have so much work they do not need to be concerned with small residential jobs but the employees should just tell people that when they call to have someone come out. I will not be recommending this company to anyone and intend to share our experience with others.

I don't remember what the cost was but the service was very good. They came out on time. They called to let us know when they were coming. They had put a dye in to find out what the leak was. Until they can find that out, they had to wait several months. In the mean time, they recharged the air conditioning because I need to have air conditioning. I'm laid up with multiple sclerosis so I need to be cool. It was in July that I noticed that we weren't getting any air. In October, they came back then and found where the leak was and made the fix. We had no problem whatsoever after they found the leak. From what I can tell and my husband has been happy, quality was very good.

I woke up to air conditioner blowing warm air on the hottest day of this week. Raymond's sent someone out in 45 minutes and the job was completed in 30 minutes. All other companies could not respond today. The technician was very informative and showed the parts to me which had failed. This company rocks! I will give their number to all my friends and family.

When I call Raymond Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning, I can always count on them to fit me into their busy schedule. They have staff that is efficient and they always get the job done right the first time. The former owners of the home installed a bathtub replacement which was not plumbed properly and when the water was turned on, the water leaked through the basement ceiling. The plumber was very knowledgeable and had to redo all the plumbing to stop the leak. I highly recommend this company.

Highly Recommend Raymond Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning. We have been a loyal customers over 25 years. Very professional, everyone is helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable in what they do. They installed a furnace Oct 2013. The job was done in a timely manner and the installer was meticulous. Any time we have called for service, they are prompt and quick to respond.

They came out that day and installed a new one. Very responsive & extremely professional.

Informed me that they would have to recharge with "expensive Freon" & dye to determine where the system was leaking. It was known that my system has a history of leaking at the evaporator. I also knew the warranty on the evaporator was 2 months from expiring. Called another HVAC repair Co. that quickly determined that indeed it was the evaporator without spending money for a recharge with dye of the system. They promptly informed the manufacturer of the warrenteed item and subsequently removed and replaced it at only the cost of installation and a recharge. This Co. probably saved me nearly $1,000. I felt Raymond Plumbing HVAC did not have my best interest with regards to options available.
