Great Experience, especially appreciated being able to get an estimate via e-mail, by filling out a questionnaire online, and uploading a photo. No need to schedule an appointment. Work was preformed in a professional manner, with consideration to the end results. Good communication, very polite individual. Slight delay due to weather conditions but kept lines of communications open. The deck was only a year old and did not anticipate how this finish would enhance it's appearance! Also for a minimal charge Dave applied a sealer to our stone patio we had installed last year, and a side walk, a sealer which accentuated the stone and leaves it with a wet look. We purchased the product and he applied it in a fraction of the time it would have taken me.

Charlie was the company representative that performed the work. He was very professional, informative and pleasant. The work was performed just as Charlie outlined and turned out beautifully! I would be confident in recommending this company to anyone.

They were great. Charlie came and was so polite and excellent. He went above and beyond painting our mail box and a wooden swing on our deck. David Hydock (the owner of the company) was a speaker at a Better Business Bureau conference which gave me extra confidence in hiring them.

I used them about three couple years ago and was very satisfied so I called them again this year. They were quick to respond to my call, scheduled a time to do the work, kept me posted of possible rain delays. Very professional, the deck looks great. They called back after they finished to make sure we waited a day for the deck to dry before putting table and chairs back out. Highly recommend them.

The technician, Charlie, was a wonderful young man, who completed his work with integrity. He said that he would be not pleased far before I was not pleased, and that made me feel comfortable. He was excellent, did a wonderful job. He worked like mad, I give him an A+.

I called in January to schedule so that it could be taken care of early in the season. Dave was very knowledgeable about the product that they use and very helpful and gracious. I received an e-mail from Dave in April to call for scheduling. The work was completed at the end of May. I was pleased with the result, my deck looks like new. The work was completed in 1 day.

Very good price and decent work. We're satisfied with the results, although had to ask them to come back and clean up some stain in a couple areas that got on the house. The pergola over the deck was challenging (had to climb on top of it), which probably contributed to the stain getting on the house, but after they came back, it was cleaned up pretty well. Overall, good work at a great price.

I don't know if the price was competitive; I chose Deck Rescue because they use Wolman products, highly rated by Consumer Reports. Dave was quick to return my emails. I would recommend sending him current photos of your deck, especially problem areas; I sent old photos that didn't show the real condition of the deck. The young men did a satisfactory job. They were polite and cleaned up after themselves. The deck was peeling, however, and power washing didn't help. The first application of stain didn't cover all the peeling sections, and there was a footprint left in one area. I felt they worked a bit too fast and perhaps didn't check their work. One area of vertical railings remains unstained. They did return and re-stain the areas where I was not satisfied. And they did a fine job staining four lattices that were harder to do than expected. I should've had the deck stripped, not just washed. You may need to be specific on what services you want from them.

There were no problems, they were prompt in responding. We had one small issue and they came right back and took care of it immediately. They were a pleasure to deal with.

I wanted to use the form on-line for an estimate but found I could not adequately represent our deck with the two pictures allowed (on-line). I emailed the company and received word back from Dave to simply email him back with all the pictures necessary. This was very early in the season, in the March time frame. Dave responded immediately with an estimate and an approximate time he and his team could come out to complete the work. They did just as they said for the price that was given in the original email. Upon meeting Dave, first hand I was extremely impressed with his professionalism, his attention to details and overall his customer responsiveness. I will definitely have Dave and his team back in two years (as recommended) to keep up the standard maintenance.

I did not require the service as I sold my home without needing the deck cleaning. However, of all of the contractors I asked to quote for the service, Deck Rescue was by far the best in terms of professionalism and price.

Dave was just wonderful -- easy quote process via e-mail, very responsive, and able to do the job well. Despite many rainy days in September, he was always responsive, giving me updates via phone about the best days for him to wash/seal the deck. My deck had not been cleaned in years, and Dave's work made it look brand new! I'm recommending him to friends -- and plan to use his services in the future. A job well done. ($483 includes tax, and was the total cost for power wash and seal of a large deck.)

Communication throughout the project, from quote to finish, was excellent. Workmanship was excellent. Would definitely use again.

THE MEN WERE VERY QUIET DURING OPERATION AND VERY CLEAN IN APPEARANCE. THEY LEFT NO MESS AND CLEANED OVERSPRAY. THEY RETURNED WHEN CALLED ABOUT A SPOT THAT WAS MISSED.

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE DONE BUSINESS WITH DAVE. HE WAS REFERRED TO ME BY MY BROTHER WHO HAD USED HIM AND LIKED THE WORK. THE COMPANY HAS CONSISTENTLY DONE A GOOD JOB FOR US AND I WILL CONTINUE TO HAVE HIM BACK EVERY COUPLE YEARS TO RE-TREAT THE DECK.
