I thought they did a pretty good job. They did what they said they were going to do. They were professional about it. The pricing was competitive and I was pleased with the experience. The best thing about it was, I worked with the owner of the company and he explained to me the way the work was going to be done, and so I didn’t worry about that aspect after that. I came home and the yard looked pretty good. There were no complications with them. I would recommend them to the others. I would probably have them come back out may be for some fall work or for some spring clean up. I will absolutely use their services again in the future.

I called in March requesting information and an estimate. I was told someone would come out, look over the proposed work and give me an estimate during the week of March 28. I have had MA Souders come out, do 2 treatments, and I still have not heard a word from Scott.

went well overall. There was one issue where they may have punctured an irrigation line while treating the beds but not sure if it was them or there prior to our purchase of house. they denied being at fault though.

I hired this company to do weekly lawn mowing, price was $25 per cut - which was a very good price for my lawn. It started out pretty good, he came every week for a couple months, although he was not very consistent on what day he came. He also typically brought someone else to hand-mow the front lawn, which has quite a slope. After a couple months he started coming more and more infrequently - I would have to call him to ask when he was coming. Sometime in August, he just stopped coming altogether. My guess is he thought he wasn't making enough money from cutting my lawn, on account of him having to pay a helper to mow the front lawn.

They have been good to work with. If there are any problems they will send someone to re-spray. I ask them to call ahead and they honor my request. I am happy with their professionalism and follow up.

They used to come once in six months in a year. They said they were authorized but when we cross checked we got to know that they were not authorized. They kept calling and after sometimes it became ridiculous. There was no improvement in our lawn and it started getting worst. They kept calling even after we stopped using their services. They weren't professional because they kept calling us the entire day and they even kept calling my daughter. The lawn never seemed to improve with what ever they did.

The lawn has improved. They do a reasonable job and they are pet conscious.

They do a good job, but it is getting more and more expensive. They are professional, responsive and punctual.

Scott's began harassing me to sign up for lawn service last Autumn. They were relentless, regardless of what I said (I have used Davey Service for some time now and am happy with them). Today (August 4, 2009) I found a bill from Scott's on my door handle, for treatment with weed-killer. When my husband phoned them, they claimed that in March I had asked them to start lawn service for me. They also claim that they have sent me two bills for previous services this Spring, which I paid. They acknowledge that they have no written request from me to start service--they claim I asked for it over the phone. My husband concedes that he may have paid a bill from Scott's while I was ill earlier this Spring, not realizing there was anything wrong. But if he did, those bills were in error--I *never* asked for this service and in fact as recently as two weeks ago told them that if they didn't stop phoning me to offer services, I would report them to the government office that handles the Do Not Call list. Now they tell us that we must pay the bill that arrived today, in spite of the fact that it was yet another service I never asked for--particularly upsetting since we just paid Davey for the same service a couple weeks ago.

It goes well. It was price and the fact that they were local that prompted us to go with them. I also like that they bill time by time instead of using contracts.

I've been using them for 7-8 years. It first started when I was told that I have bag worms in my spruce tree. I told them to forget the treatment after I ascertained that I had no bag worms. Then they told me I had grubs. Then, they told me I don't have grubs i had cinch bugs. Then recently I had someone call and tell me they were coming to give me a standard lawn maintenance and grub prevention. They did not ask if I wanted this, they performed the grub prevention on their own. Almost 3 years in a row they have taken measures to give me services i didn't want or need. I have contacted Scott's and they have told me that they will refund the cost of the grub control.

They provided good feedback to help us know how to prevent the weeds. They also pointed out moss growing in the lawn that our previous lawn service had never mentioned. They also charged more than the others, but you get what you pay for.

We called them on the phone and were interested in an estimate. The guy came out, he was well informed, gave us our options, and we talked it over and went with the whole program. We are so glad we did. After 2 applications, our grass is much thicker and greener.

We have been pretty satisfied with what they do. They are very professional. They are very good when it comes to customer service. i would recommend them and use them again in the future.

It was a terrible experience. They didn't do the job right at all. I had a lot of weeds and because they weren't killed when they were here they started to take over the yard.
