I have used Brenda's housecleaning company a few different times for once a year cleanings of houses I maintain. They do a good job of cleaning and are careful not to damage anything like new TV screens and stuff. I am trying to do some quick updates on companies I have used from Angie's list, but have forgotten to do reports on. So I'm keeping these reviews short, but I was very happy with their services.

We were selling a house and needed to have it cleaned. Brenda and her crew did a great job.

I thought they did a great job. I was really impressed that they are still small enough that the owner of the company actually attends and inspects every cleaning job. She comes and makes sure everything is done well. I am really really pleased with this. We are planning to have them come bi-weekly to regularly clean our house.

Brenda came out a few weeks ago and walked through the house, explaining everything that would be done and how they approached it. She clearly knew a lot about cleaning! She and her crew came a few days ago for the first time cleaning (which costs twice the regular amount) and the house hasn't looked this good in years. We agreed they'll come once every four weeks from now on. I'm completely satisfied with their work!

Brenda and her crew provide outstanding service, she is so reliable and calls if there are any deviations in her schedule to make arrangements. And her work is excellent, our house is so clean after her crew is done. If we leave bedding out she even makes the beds, how awesome is that!! Brenda and team have been cleaning our house now for almost four years!

S & B provide excellent, reliable cleaning services. They do a great job and go the extra mile to be helpful. They come twice a month.

When I walked into the house after the cleaning, I almost cried. The house has never been so clean. Brenda and her assistant moved all of the clutter to my junk room so I could finally see my kitchen countertops. Dust was wiped from everything, including picture frames. They rearranged some of my furniture and knick knacks into more attractive groupings. I was thoroughly impressed and will absolutely use Brenda's service again. She was friendly and great to work with.

Brenda was prompt in responding to my inquiry about her business and came to my home that week to discuss her cleaning service and explain what would be cleaned in each room. She is great to work with. She has been on time and communicated frequently with me about a change in cleaning day (she made me aware of the change during the initial meeting). Very reliable, quick but efficient and thorough. I have really enjoyed the TLC they have also given my pet when cleaning. I have been extremely happy with S & B Cleaning.

S & B is very efficient and effective. We've been using them for several years now. They are very trustworthy and reliable. They not only clean the house but they also tidy up things that are on the floor, dresser tops, kitchen, etc.

I first began using S&B Cleaning Services approximately 2 and 1/2 years ago. I have been very pleased with their service and professionalism. They are very reliable and punctual. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality cleaning service.

Brenda came out and impressed us right from the start. We were also happy to see that she was excellent with our pets. We had never had a professional cleaning before and did not know what to expect. The price might be a bit high, but we do not mind paying a little extra for the trust that we feel with her, plus the fact that she is present during the cleaning. Coming home from work, after the first cleaning, we were greeted with a perfectly clean and detailed house. Yes, we are satisfied. We will continue having biweekly cleanings.

We had an initial appointment with Brenda (owner) to access our cleaning needs. She was very professional and did a thorough walk thru of the house describing what would be done in each room and to see if we had any special instructions/requests. The next week, they performed the house cleaning. My husband and I were very impressed with the work and the house was spotless like when we'd moved in. We were particularly pleased with the products used on the wood surfaces and countertops. Brenda followed up to find out if the work was done to our satisfaction. Money well spent. We are going to have S & B Cleaning Services come monthly ($125 month) since they did such a fine job.

It was not bad. There were some things missed in one of the bathrooms, and Brenda was responsive, coming back to finish up. They were not bad; much of what they did was good, but we previously had better quality cleaning jobs at better prices from other companies. They do not move furniture.

They are wonderful. The house looks wonderful.

I spoke to Shannon who was very nice and said they were just too swamped at the time. But she took my name and phone number and said they would get back to me if they had any openings.

Brenda was very responsive, fit us in right away, showed up on time and was very professional. The quality of their work was outstanding and fast (less than 3 hours). Our kitchen and master bath were very dirty - they did a great job. My only complaint would be their pricing. They normally charge $250 for a first time cleaning which is already a little high, but I thought ours should be lower b/c it was an empty house with no furniture to dust etc. Also, 2 of our bathrooms had never been used since our last cleaning. Brenda was very understanding and wound up including cleaning the inside of the fridge along with the normal cleaning.

Brenda is wonderful to work with. She and her crew do a great job of making our home spotless. When we want something extra addressed, I just need to ask Brenda, and it will be done. They are prompt and definitely call us if there is a disturbance to the schedule.

Communication was very good. I do not live in the area, and I was called the night before the cleaning took place. At the end of the job, we noted some areas that needed a bit more work. They went back out to the house and took care of the issues with no extra charge. There were very high areas in the house that they were able to clean.

I called Brenda. She responded quickly and did not postpone her initial assessment of my home. She did a walk through and gave my the estimate for the work to be done. What impressed me was she gave me many options including "ala carte" cleaning. Other companies I interviewed so not do this. Once agreed to services she arrived with her crew. When I arrived home from work, my home was spotless and felt so fresh again. The attention to detail and professionalism impressed me. Since then Brenda has always remained communicative and flexible. I appreciate the fact that she is present during the cleanings.
