Worst experience ever. We hired this company because of a referral from our real estate broker. The house had been empty 8 months. The owner never redid her quote to exclude vacuuming.; we had carpet removed based on her recommendation. The house wasn’t cleaned properly and the owner was a terrible person to work with. Ridiculously overpriced. We paid her half her price, for sloppy work. Now? Small claims court! Stay away. Check the price we paid for a very averaged size house.

They're the best, they're really good. I think they are a little expensive but they are really good so that doesn't matter. It varies but they send at least two sometimes they send two or four it takes 3 - 4 hours to complete. They make sure they pick up everything and really clean, they do a very thorough job.

Great... very thorough and responsive... great service... Every aspect of the house was dusted, cleaned, and vacuumed... dog hair was gone and that was no easy task. They were nice folks and worked very hard and focused on doing the best possible. I have a lot of things around, and they were careful, thorough and everything went back where it was. I've hired them for continuing service!

I thought it went very well. The staff was prompt and attentive. My wife noted a few things that bothered her... dust along base boards and a few other spots. In fairness, she is very picky. I was much more satisfied. The shower didn't quite come clean, but short of replacing it, I'm not certain it ever will. A very nice service, but no magic wands here... just lots of hard work.

We use this provider once a month and our house is like brand new when they leave. My wife is so happy when she arrives home as it's perfect and has that nice clean smell. Floors are shiny, carpet is perfect, all shelves and furniture dusted, Kitchen and all baths look like they've never been used and smell so fresh. We could not be happier with Brenda and the entire team...

Could not commit to a time or date even though this was discussed at the time of first meeting. Increased the price by $25.00 from written estimate before first cleaning was done. Did not include basic items like Microwave unless specifically requested, even though this was done the first 2 cleaning.

Brenda and team are always timely and efficient. She's been cleaning my home for a few years. My home is about 2000 sq ft and they get in and out in a little over an hour to an hour and half depending on the size of the crew. If there is ever an area I need them to focus on I can tell them and they take care of it. Overall I'm very happy with the service they provide.

They did a great job of cleaning the whole house, putting in a lot of extra effort since it was their first time and the house needed some TLC. I liked Brenda's approach and really liked the results, so I'm now on her schedule for every other week (which costs less than the amount noted above). She seems very reliable and is passionate about making sure the work is done well. Among other things, my floors look great after they are done. Somehow, they even vacuum better than I do.

Outstanding job, great people! I highly recommend. They made my small home livable again, and will continue to do so. Brenda is great.

Brenda and her crew have been cleaning our home for over 5 years. They are hard working and have excellent attention to detail. We love that she and crew all participate in the cleaning so that they only have to spend one hour at our home. Brenda, herself, cleans our kitchen, right down to scrubbing the floor on her hands and knee. We have been very pleased with all the work they have done, and have used them also to clean a rental before new tenants move in. They are very adaptable to what type of cleaning you need done. I highly recommend them.

They did fine. Literally, when I asked her how much it would be to comeback she told they don’t actually service my area. They didn’t do a horrible job. They just did till the time was up and then left. I have a big house and its 4000 sq. ft. They just did but they didn’t finish everything and they just left. I got the feeling that they didn’t want to do a house this size. When they were done, they were just done and whatever didn’t get finished didn’t get finished. The price was fine for the coupon. They didn’t show up with the same amount of people they said they would. They told I get one person for this many hours or 2 for half the hours. In that time those people didn’t do double the work. Then they end up running out of time and leaving. They barely cleaned up and left. They were here on time. They just seemed overwhelmed. I know we have a large house. They could have told that with the size of my house there are certain things that I want to get done first. One person knew what she was doing and the other person wasn’t doing that much. One of them wasn’t working that much. I would rather have 1 person who works hard for 3 hours rather than one person who is not doing much while the other one who works for an hour and half. That girl seemed to be annoyed with the other girl since she wasn’t doing that much. Out of those people who came one person worked very hard and the other person did not.

Brenda and her crew have cleaned our house for years. they are pleasant, thorough, and always do a good job.. Highly recommended.

Brenda has been with us for over 10 years now. She and her team does a great job and works to pay attention to details. We have a 3500 sqft house with a lot of carpet to sweep and dusting to do. Her price is very reasonable for this amount of work. I work out of the house and she is very accommodating to my office schedule. If considering a cleaning service again, I would choose S & B cleaning in a minute.

Brenda and her team have been cleaning our home for close to a decade. The quality of the cleaning and service has not decreased or failed in all of that time. They are efficient, reliable and through. I look forward to their visit every week.

We have used Brenda and crew for many years and have been happy with the service. She provides any type of cleaning you need and will perform specific cleaning services as requested. If I had a problem she would listen and immediately follow up to remedy. I would recommend her services to others in our Worthington area.

They arrive promptly with their own equipment. They're friendly, they clarify what work we want accomplished, and they're on it. They're great in kitchens, bathrooms, floors, everything gleams when they're done. I will use their services again.

She is friendly and answered all of my questions and she is, shall we say, very exacting with her employees. She monitors them every step of the way in-between her own cleaning tasks. The price was higher for the first cleaning largely due to the fact that my master plan to have offspring in order to acquire free labor was a complete failure. My four teenagers have managed to successfully thwart any and all instruction on how to clean a house to level "Mom". I have ordered up bi-weekly cleans at $200 until the house is sold and will most likely use Brenda for our new home as well. In unrelated news, I have four teenagers for sale...

Brenda and her crew have done our housecleaning for several years now. They are prompt, thorough, and efficient. I especially like that her personnel are usually the same; it's nice to let familiar faces into your home, and that Brenda herself is always on the job; no subcontractors are used. We are very pleased with their service.

My wife and I were both pleased with the service. We had a positive experience with S & B Cleaning Services; they did a good job and didn't miss anything. Their regular price was a little too high in my opinion, and that is why we have not used them again.

I was unable to use the Big Deal - they were easy to deal with but it just didn't work out.

It was a good experience and she did a great job. We hired her on a regular basis after that, to come every 8 weeks. She cleaned our house for 2 hours each time. We dealt with Brenda, one of the owners, and she was very thorough and fast. She also kept pretty good track of her assistant.
