The provider did an excellent job. Attention to detail was excellent. Old fixtures looked like new after the service. The workers were friendly, pleasant and accommodating. I would us this service again.

Somewhat long time to schedule because of the number of Big Deals sold. Then my appointment wasn't put on the schedule so they were a no show. Rescheduled for the purpose of general housecleaning and specifically shutters after a painter sanded and got dust everywhere. The shutters needed to be cleaned again after the cleaners left. Otherwise, the cleaning was acceptable.

They did a good job and cleaned areas that I would never think of myself to clean.

I purchased the Big Deal on line for this service. I scheduled with the proprietor--but she called me back at a later date, confused about the time we'd set. She told me that she'd forgotten to write anything down. We agreed on a date and time, so I took off work so that I could be home to let them in (they were not a regular provider for me, so they didn't have access to my home). When they didn't show up for an hour or so, I called the proprietor. She told me that I had made a mistake and had the wrong date scheduled. I reminded her of our earlier conversation, and she denied knowing anything about it. She told me that she already had a full schedule, and I pointed out that she was the one who had rescheduled. After arguing about it, she finally agreed to come over. She and her staff are extremely efficient and they did a good job cleaning (and that's why they got an A for quality). However, they were so surly that I was glad when they were done and left. Needless to say, I won't be using them again.

Gave these services as a gift and have been unable to get a response regarding the service quality, so I gave them an B, because it was the only fair grade to give them without knowing for sure. I am only leaving a response because Angie's list continues to ask me for a rating on this provider and because I have no knowledge of their performance, I am opting in their favor.

We had a little trouble connecting to schedule an appointment, but I was very pleased with the quality of the work.

Went fine. Got what I paid for.....used an Angie's List Big Deal. Staff was friendly and did a good job. However, I got the feeling that Grove City was a bit far for their services. I haven't attempted to use this company again just because I did find a more local person to clean my house.

They arrived at my home on time and were very courteous. The owner was very professional with me and her staff. SHe surveyed the home and assigned the work assignments. The team went right to work and did a quality job.

I called to make an appointment to use the big deal and let a voice mail indicating my wish to use the coupon. They called back the next day and we made an appointment. I indicated that the house needed a lot of work and was asked to set a cleaning prioity and that they would do as much as possible within the coupon's time limit. The team showed up on time and performed their cleaning duties in an energetic and efficient manner and the quality of their work was excellent. The only issues involved them asking me to spray the bathroom shower with a cleaner before they arrived so that they could be more efficient, I found this a little odd. My wife has terminal cancer and I informed the owner of this and that my wife often would say things which were not appropriate for the setting. She said she understood. The other strange happening, one of the cleaning team shouted from the upstairs that the bathroom was really nasty and my wife over heard this and became very upset. Luckily my daughter was here to help calm things down. The bottom line is my wife's feelings were hurt and this should not have happened. Bottom line they did a good job cleaning, but I had to pre-treat the bathrooms and they should have been more considerate when describing the conditions of the bathroom.

The owner and assistant came and confirmed what I wanted cleaned. I had prepaid for 2 hours. They were able to clean my priority rooms very well (kitchen and downstairs bathroom) and were also able to dust and then clean my upstairs bedrooms and bathroom. They used their own cleaning supplies. The chrome shined when they were done, and there was no cleaning product smell. I would use them again.

They have cleaned our home for the past couple of years. Brenda (the owner) is always a pleasure to deal with as are her employees. She is very responsive and punctual. She always calls ahead if their arrival time is going to change. I have called her on a couple occasions when a new girl did not clean the bathroom well or something was overlooked and she came back out and recleaned to resolve the issue. She operates a very smooth running business. Occasionally minor things are forgotten like the inside of the microwave. We do appreciate the fact that the couch and chairs are vacuumed as we have a long-haired cat. Overall, it has been a very positive experience and cleanings are overall above average compared to previous cleaners we have had.

We found them on Angie's List. We've been using them for 15 months. They are always here on time. They would call me if they have to change the time. They always return my calls promptly too. Their work is of very high quality. Their price is very fair for what they do. I would recommend them to anybody.

Brenda is very professional and the house is always clean. They are dependable and always show up on time, or call if they are going to be late. Brenda the owner comes herself with another worker and I can not find anything wrong. The consultation was quick and efficient, on a Saturday morning, and the price is reasonable compared to other companies quotes. I feel like we can trust them in our home, and I appreciate that there are not a bunch of different workers coming out each time. She will cater to your preferences, as far as products or specific details. I leave a note if there is something special we want added or done and it's always taken care of. We have had about 2 months of service and would recommend S and B to anyone looking for dependable, trustworthy housekeepers!

Brenda communicates well. She started just before a planned surgery and continued coming every other week (still coming) during extended recovery. It's so nice to have a team of people vs. just one person who stays most of the day. The crew is in and out pretty quickly because they work fast and hard. When I was home recovering from surgery it was very nice not to have to move around the house all day trying to avoid the cleaner. She keeps in touch and has always come on time and provided a very nice service. I love coming home the day they have been there. They know that I'm sensitive to dust during my recovery and very kindly did all of my blinds as well without additional charge. I really love working wiith them and even when recovery is complete, I think we'll keep using them. Price seems fair and they do a thorough job. Because we've gotten to know them and trust them and because they come as a team, we don't worry that someone is alone in our house all day. I would definitely recommend Brenda and her team to anyone.

Excellent response to our message left regarding new build cleaning. Our appointment for an estimate was made within a week of our telephone call. The owner arrived on time, gave us a detailed idea of what her opinion and options for a move - in ready cleaning. The cabinets already clean were absent from our estimate. The estimate included mopping hardwood floors, wipe down base boards, clean bathrooms and vacuum stairs & lower level. Estimate $500. We were sent for two weeks from the day of the estimate. Crew of 5 arrived, working vigorously for approx 2.5 hours. Although there were a few very minor spots missed and we would have liked a follow up call, overall a great experience. The company is small and very busy, but the owner is with the cleaning team for each home. A plus to us ! I hope the service expands making it possible for us to be on the regular bi- weekly schedule.

Brenda did a FANTASTIC job cleaning my home and she was a pleasure to have in my home. Even though the coupon was for 4 hours of cleaning she went a little over to completely finish my home and it was greatly appreciated. She was very thorough and I loved that she used the same cleaning products that I use in my own home. I liked that she gave me suggestions for other cleaning products to try. She was probably one of the best cleaners I have ever had. Unfortunately she does not normally clean in my area. But I would highly recommend her company to anyone looking for a cleaning service. She is does a great job, and for me personally, it was such a pleasure to have someone clean my home who spoke English as a primary language. Sometimes the language barrier can be challenging.

On making the appointment we asked if we could schedule for more than the 4 hrs (or actually 1hr with 4 people) because we wanted some additional items cleaned and we were more than willing to pay. The owner said we could. Unfortunately when they group showed up they didn't have time to extend the visit and therefore did not do a complete job, even considering 4 people for an hour. It was not worth the $75.00 because they were too rushed.We spoke with the owner that fully admitted she should have scheduled another day that would allow more time instead of rushing the job. We would give this company another chance due to the fact that she admitted the mistake and we believe she would correct it in the future.
