I have used S & B Cleaning for well over a year now & find them to be outstanding. I have full trust in them & allow them full access to the house when I am not there. This cleaning group does a great job & I receive comments regularly about how clean my house is. The staff is courteous, professional, & always friendly. Brenda is always with them & she runs a tight ship. I recently purchased a new home & they cleaned it... wow!

We have had S & B Cleaning Services for a couple of months now, and everything is wonderful. They are through, prompt and the house feels good every time they come.

The crew (6 folks) including Brenda showed at the door exactly at the promised time and made our home look ''showroom'' fresh in less than 3 hours. My wife came back from her trip to a spotless home which ''blew her away''. I was very pleased with the thoroughness and professionalism of the cleaning team. Nothing was broken, everyting was put back into it's place and the windows were spotless. Our highly trafficked wooden floors required extra attention which Brenda saw to it was done for the best result possible. All the blinds were dusted as well as ''decobwebbing'' the corners. My wife couldn't be happier with the job done and I got to look like star thanks to Brenda and her cleaning team.

Brenda's company came weekly for a whole house cleaning for a couple of months. They constantly came late or called at the last minute to reschedule the appointment. Brenda's team had several teenage workers who did not know how to clean and did a poor job. I have been hiring cleaning companies for 20 years and was shocked to find out that Brenda charged twice what all previous companies charged. She said that her company was worth it but they cleaned worse than any other company I ever hired. She was a big disappointment.

The Team is outstanding. They do a wonderful job. The team is very professional and are good to work with. They are timely and would highly recommend them to others.

Brenda (owner) came by for an initial estimate. Very professional and thoroughly described what she and her team would do. Did the job as promised. The house looked and smelled great. Brenda called later to check on my satisfaction. Bathrooms and kitchen very clean. Only one thing missed and Brenda promised to make it right.

They do not waste any time whatsoever. When they come in they start and don't stop for any reason. If it's not satisfactory they tell you to let them know. I have not had to make any negative comments to them.

Brenda first came to my house to give me a quote and description of the work they would be doing at our home. She was pleasant to talk to, and professional. She then called me on the day of the service to tell me the time they would be arriving. She had initially given me a ball park time of when the work would be done. She arrived with her team of four ladies and her supplies, and they went straight to work. She managed the team, directed them and also did work herself. I was pleased with the all the cleaning, but especially with the bathrooms (which were very, very clean). They did a thorough job especially there. The $125 price was for the first time cleaning, we will continue with biweekly cleanings at $100.

Brenda kept in contact with me to let me know they were still coming. They did arrive a little past the discussed time, but went straight to work. They were pretty methodical in their routine and got the basic cleaning completed.

Brenda returned my initial phone call promptly. She came to my home and did a complete walk-through, advising me along the way of the methods and products she and her crew utilize. I have been very pleased with the quality of the work from the beginning. Brenda is pleasant and very professional. She and her crew are thorough as well as fast. I like the fact that Brenda is always a part of the cleaning team. She offers tips on cleaning products, and welcomes any criticisms with an open mind, although I have found very little to criticize! I would highly recommend this cleaning service.

S&B Cleaning has been cleaning my house for 6 months now on a bi-weekly basis. I have been very pleased with the thoroughness and attention to detail that Brenda and her crew give to my little house. They provide all the tools and cleaning supplies so I don't have to mess with it. She is always on time, calls to verify if there were changes made to time/date, and willing to add or subtract duties as I see the need. I have two small dogs that can be friendly pests but Brenda and crew are very tolerant (and seem to be amused) of their presence. I would highly recommend S&B cleaning for any small or large cleaning needs you have. She is very accomodating and will work with you to make sure you are satisfied.

I called Brenda to arrange a thorough cleaning of our house. I have been very ill for several months and my family had offered to have our house cleaned as a gift. I mentioned this to Brenda and she made a point of coming over the day I called to give me an estimate on the cleaning. Even though she was very busy, she managed to juggle her schedule to clean our house the very next day, with her 4-5 member team. They did a great job, especially on the floors and bathrooms. The house looks wonderful! But I was most impressed with Brenda's understanding and flexibility and her willingness to go out of her way to help us so quickly.

We believe that this listing should indicate that the company performs work (weekly housecleaning)only in New Albany, as indicated by Brenda Van Meter. Overall experience reflects only the fact that we could not be accommodated as we live in Gahanna. The owner was polite and courteous in her phone message in explaining the company's circumstances.

Everyone in my house loves to come home on the days that Brenda has been here! The house is spotless. She always arranges something funny for the kids-they can't wait to get to their rooms to see what Mrs Brenda has done. On the rare occasion that I want to change the way something is done, all I have to do is tell Brenda and it is taken care of. She cleans with a team and each person is friendly and hard working. They are all a delight to work with and I feel they truly want to take care of our needs.

The staff works quickly and thoroughly. They often go above and beyond cleaning by straightening up rooms as well.

Brenda returned my initial contact within a reasonable amount of time. She clarified my requests, explained her policies, and gave me a tentative estimate. Brenda and her crew arrived on time, with supplies and went to work. They were professional in their teamwork and took any adjustments to my requests from Brenda who worked alongside the crew. Her estimate was accurate and fair. Brenda's crew did such a nice job that I have had them back as their time permits. The more regular cleanings have been about 1/2 of the initial cleaning cost.

Brenda comes with her team each time to make sure everything is done right. The one complaint I had was satisfactorily resolved at the next cleaning - the sink needed to be scrubbed better (they didn't want to scratch it). I am very pleased with the service I get.

Brenda is very responsive, professional and service oriented. We like the fact that the owner of the company is out on the job. Having had security issues with other housekeeping companies in the past, we feel 100% safe with Brenda and her crew. The quality of the work is the best of any service we've had in 15 years. They have the right products, and do an especially excellent job on our laminate flooring. We are very pleased and recommend S&B highly.

Brenda and her team were in and out of my house in an hour, which was nice. She was very attentive to my requests and feedback. The only reason I can't continue to have them on a regular basis is because I have difficulty maintaining my own schedule in my home on the day they clean in my area of town. I would certainly hire them again if my schedule changes, or for a special "deep" cleaning.

A good cleaning service who cares about your house & things like its theirs. The owner worked right with her employees. She also checked that the work performed was done to her satisfaction. Very reliable & responsible. Keep up the good work.

I left a voice mail message inquiring about getting my house cleaned. I gave the square footage of my home, and how many bedrooms and baths, etc. I never received a call back.

Brenda's company does a great job. They call in advance on the cleaning day and let you know when they will arrive. I have been more than pleased with the service. They go beyond house cleaning if you need something special done. I would highly recommend them.

Brenda, the owner, is a pleasure to work with, and I wouldn't hesitate to use S&B again. While supervising her pleasant and efficient work crew, Brenda personally did her share of the cleaning. She returned all my phone calls in a timely manner and provided an accurate estimate on the amount of time and cost to do the job. On the day of the clean, she kept me updated regarding her crew's ETA so I could time leaving work appropriately. During the initial walk-through, we discussed what I wanted done, and she was agreeable to include some things I wanted that they don't routinely do. I appreciated that Brenda made a point to inform and show me that they tried but were unable to remove some staining in the shower. Toward the end of the clean, she asked me to check their work as to see whether they had missed something, and she made sure that I was satisfied before they left. She even followed up a few days later to make sure I was still satisfied with the job!

I have only used once but they did a great job and seemed like good people. I plan to continue using them.

I have used S & B cleaning in the past and was very pleased with their level of service and professionalism. I feel very comfortable with Brenda and her crew, they always have a good attitude and are proud of their work. She once again has made my life easier.
