Contacted Brenda regarding cleaning a home I was purchasing. I wanted her to clean it as soon as I got possession and she was great at accommodating my schedule. She was willing to schedule me on a Friday evening. With concerns regarding, when we would get the keys. With very short notice, Brenda rescheduled the cleaning for Saturday morning. Awesome! She arrived with all the necessary supplies and gave me some very helpful pointers for cleaning. She even said to call if I ever needed advise on cleaning. I can't say enough of the great experience, from beginning to end, having Brenda and her husband clean my home. They did a great job, very professional and super friendly. Brenda and her crew clean our home every other week. They are very conscientious and thorough. Brenda is extremely careful and gentle with the furniture and other family heirlooms etc, which we definitely appreciate. They arrive on time, work quickly--and actually clean, not just swish the broom around! Brenda is very friendly and responsive. They are also very good with our two dogs.

We were completely satisfied with them. They showed up on time to do the work. The cleaned everything right the first time. The workers were friendly and professional. They provided their own cleaning supplies to use. We would use them again and would also recommend them.

Brenda was very prompt and courteous in answering my phone and e-mail questions. I did not meet her, as we had already moved out-of-state when the services were provided. However, our realtor checked the house after the cleaning, and since he was satisfied (and is quite meticulous), S&B Clean must have done a good job.

They worked with us and even switched the date for cleaning to accommodate our schedule. They worked quickly but did a good job. The bathrooms were wonderful. They even took the trash out when they were finished, It was nice to come home to a clean smelling house.

Her team is great. Prompt, reliable, thorough. They arrive on schedule and because she has a large team they get the job done quickly and professionally. Brenda is always present and oversees her team. She does a great job communicating with us and addressing any concerns. She is always willing to go the extra mile to accommodate us.

Things progressed quite well. My initial inquiry, left on voice mail, was answered promptly the same day I called, and Brenda was able to give me a ballpark estimate after interviewing me about the work we wanted done. She and Shannon came out to the house a week later for a walk-through and a firm quote. We established a date of service, and the crew (Brenda, Shannon, and another employee, also named Shannon!) arrived as scheduled and worked steadily for about 10 hours, well into the evening. Shannon returned the following day to complete the few remaining areas. Everything received professional attention and care, and it was obvious that we were dealing with professionals who take great pride in their work. I would heartily recommend S&B Cleaning Services to anyone who needs a thorough deep-clean of their residence. We also felt fine leaving them to continue working in the evening even though we were not home.

Shannon, Brenda and their crew have done a thorough job each time they've been here. They leave my home spotless! The crew is polite and friendly.

Brenda and Shannon and their team have been cleaning for us for almost four years now. They are thorough, fast and very accommodating. I feel that I am getting an excellent service for the reasonable fee they charge. They always encourage me to give feedback, speak up about anything that isn't done, or not done to my satisfaction (there never is anything!)--I always feel safe and confident allowing them into my home. Found them on Angie's List approximately a year ago and used ever since. The cleaning team (usually 5 or 6) are very professional and know their jobs. I have never had any complaints and would recommend them highly to anyone.

S & B did everything they said they would do and did it extremely well. I never have to worry about them showing up on the day they are scheduled (unlike my old cleaning service) and they do a professional, thorough job every time! I am very satisfied with this service.

They are extremely reliable, and they work quickly (which I like because of the convenience to me). The very few times there were problems--all minor--they were corrected the next time. They do a better job than their predecessor, who worked alone and was here for several hours.

For me, having a large crew here for only an hour is preferable to having an individual here for an extended period of time. Brenda, the co-owner, is always on-site to check each individual's work so there is consistency in the work product throughout the house.

Brenda did a fantastic job. She kept in touch by telephone (as we were in the process of moving out of state) with me and with our real estate agent to coordinate times. We returned to the house to finish up some projects and found the house to be sparkling. I wish Brenda worked in Illinois!

Shannon was courteous, prompt, and eager to win the business after I had gotten two other estimates (both higher with less ability to do what I needed done). Shannon always returned my calls promptly and was flexible in arranging for the service. He hauled away objects (large closet, etc) too big for my community's trash service to take, including hard to get rid of items, like tires. He also used a power blower to get rid of the remaining dust and debris out of the garage. I am likely going to have him return to power wash the garage before winter.

Brenda responded very quickly to my email to set up a time for an estimate. After receiving the estimate we set up our initial clean which was extremely thorough. Having a newborn in the house I appreciate that their staff is on time and cleans the entire house within 1 hour. They do an AMAZING job and Brenda herself checks every room to make sure it is done properly. I could not be happier with this service!

Very professional. Brenda and Shannon did a walk through free of charge the day before to detail their work and ask for specifics on what we wanted done. The crew arrived the next day and did a very detailed job cleaning the entire home. Brenda seems to be a perfectionist and takes pride in her work. They provided all of their own supplies. Advice was given on the continued care of many of the homes features such as the marble countertops and stainless steel appliances. We were very happy with the entire experience.

It was a gift and the person receiving the service was very pleased. Everything was completed to her satisfaction.
