Owner-operated (previously known as S & B Cleaning Services). Additional Phone Number (614) 679-4028 Brenda comes to every house with her crew to supervise and clean with them. The difference is in the details! We are licensed, bonded and insured, covered by workers compensation. Cost is determined by the job. No travel charges. General & regular cleaning limited to our existing service route. In addition to housecleaning, we also provide house cleaning education services to teach you how to clean your own surfaces properly. Dear (removed member name), Id first like to say im sorry for the aggravation I caused you, and the neglect in response that I demonstrated. I don't believe in making excuses for not being professional, however my 35 year old husband passed away unexpectedly about a year ago and I have had such a hard time getting my life and this business back on track. He was the one (the S in the S&B) that took care of all of our computer work, angies list responses, banking, paying our taxes, etc. but most importantly co-parenting our young daughter. I am in the process of hiring attorneys, book keepers, secretary, and more staff members so that I may have more time to be able to answer the phone and take care of more office responsibilities. I hope that you will accept my apology and if there's still a need, Give me another chance to make amends and make this right. Very sincerely, Brenda VanMeter.

Description of Work: Initially Brenda from S & B Cleaning Service came to my home to give me an estimate. She is very professional in that she explained everything in detail that they would do upon the first cleaning and gave me a price for that. She took her time and went through the entire home with me and asked me for special input about certain items that might concern me. My home looked wonderful upon completion of their initial cleaning. At that point she called me to see if everything was to my satisfaction, which it was. I then requested to set her up to clean my home every other week. S & B Cleaning always shows up on time, cleans quickly, and I haven't had any concerns at all with her people being less than professional. I would certainly recommend this cleaning service to anyone that wants reliable, insured, bonded, and best of all professional cleaners.

Description of Work: Brenda and her staff have provided overall general cleaning service to my home. I have used their service for over a year - and they have always delivered their service at the scheduled date and time. I use their service every other week. Brenda has provided a prompt, professional and thorough cleaning staff. They will perform almost any cleaning tasks requested. (The only thing they refused was to empty my flower vases!) They use all their own supplies, and have a great vacuum cleaner! I highly recommend them, and I would have a hard time replacing them. So once you get their service, hang on to them.
