Paul returned my call quickly and told me he was very busy. He scheduled the date for the estimate about a week or so out. I was able to get the repair done before he would have made it out for the estimate. I would call him again as he did respond to my call quickly and was very genuine when talking to me. I appreciate that.

My experience with Roofwise was superior. From the start, I felt comfortable talking with Paul Nilo, the owner, and I felt as if he was being honest and fair in his dealings. He answered all of my questions and was very accessible and knowledgeable. I also felt comfortable talking with his crew-members. The crew performed the work in an efficient, professional manner. They cleaned up after themselves and did not leave a mess when they finished the work. The roof looks great.

My overall experience with Roof Wise Roofing Inc. was outstanding. It began with their live, courteous, and competent customer support service. It continued with exceptional concern and responsiveness. Luther went way above and beyond to help me. I called on a Friday and he came out the next day (Saturday!). He spent considerable time locating and repairing the problem and followed up in timely fashion to make sure that it was fixed. At my request, Luther also provided me with a professionally prepared estimate for a complete roof replacement. Simply put, my customer experience could not have been any better. I was not pleased with this company at all. I called on a Sunday when I noticed that the ceiling was wet and left a message with the answering service. Four days later we received a call back from Paul and were told that they would be out the following week but he could not tell us what day or time -- just some time during the week. No one ever showed up or called. Since they would have come out during Christmas week, I waited another couple of weeks and called back. I just talked with the answering service and was told they don't know anything about it and I could just leave a message, again. I finally just called another company. If the repair would have been too small of a job or they were too busy, that's fine, I just wanted to know one way or the other.

We called Roofwise for an estimate regarding the resecuring of our apron flashings (some of the nails were loose with the flashing raising somewhat). They responded promptly, came out in a timely manner for the estimate, and were able to complete the work that day. We were quite satisfied with the job. We had contacted another roofing company prior to contacting Roofwise and had been told their minimum charge per job, regardless of how simple, would be $250.00. We were happy that Roofwise had no such minimum charge.

They always did a wonderful job. After using them for 20 years, I had a personal relationship with the owner and the crew leader. They were always right there when I needed them.

They were very professional. They kept me well informed about when they were going to be able to do the job. They cleaned up after themselves and I would recommend them.

They not only did what was listed on contract, but did extra work at no additional charge. They advised not putting new shingles on unattached garage which were still in good shape; they matched very well. Everybody was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and spoke English. They did a good job of clean up also. Overall experience, excellent.

They were punctual and gave me a very fair estimate. Their cleanup was beautiful and they were very personable and nice when they were here.

They worked around bad weather and were able to do the job without further damage to the house. One of the houses had minor damage to the living room ceiling due to an accident. The company repaired the damages promptly.

They responded very quickly. They couldn't meet my needs in the time I wanted but they were able to give me the name of someone who could do the work for me and who did it for a much better cost.

Great! The crew arrived on time and swarmed over my roof. Looked like a bunch of ants! Removed all old shingles and tarpaper on the house, installed shingles/tarpaper on 1/2 the house, and covered the remaining with tarpaper. Finished the work the next day including removed shingles and replacing them on the 9x10 shed. They were very meticulous about cleaning up the area around the house and shed. They also caulked some cracks (using my caulk) on the chimney top.

Excellent. They removed and replaced the existing shingles on our roof including the black underlining. At all times, they kept us informed and asked our opinions on options. Their competence, care, and attention to detail greatly exceeded our expectations. They treated our house as of it were theirs. I cannot imagine anyone doing a better job. They found several "engineering" problems such as bad drainage concepts and poor air circulation and improved our roof over the original. We are 100% satisfied. Theirs was the lowest bid, although we chose them based on their professionalism.

They were excellent! They were very professional and cleaned up everything nicely. They came when they said they would. The entire crew was nice and polite. I was quite impressed.

I was very disappointed in their customer service and unwillingness to even consider us as a customer.

Roofwise did a great job. We needed the work done quickly and they were able to meet our schedule. The crew was energetic and polite. The crew leaders were great. It rained while some of the work was done and they spent a lot of time covering the exposed roof making sure everything was water tight. It was a complicated job, they did it well. They weren't the cheapest quote we had for the job but they were also not the most expensive. They made sure we were satisfied with the job by calling back afterwords. Great company and great people.

I have been very pleased with the service I received from them. They came out twice, checked my home from the roof to the basement. They went above and beyond. You just don't find that type of service from everyone.

Amazing! They were very polite and precise! Spent all day getting the job done to perfection and the estimate was very fair! They came out early to make sure they would get a perfect match to the current shingle color. I am very pleased and impressed with this company!

Never returned call or email. Other companies were quickly responsive, so I went with them instead.

Paul Nilo and company did an excellent job from start to finish. He was extremely polite and prompt to respond to all my calls. The crew was very careful to protect landscaping and to clean up during the project and the end of each day. The project was completed on time and I would recommend Roofwise to anyone looking for a professional company and quality service.

Returned calls and worked with on my schedule, so I could be home with my dogs, so they would not go nuts with the noise.

Because of the rainy weather we had, he was nice enough to write me a letter and let me know why he had to reschedule. He had a tremendous crew, and got the work done in two days. They had a great clean up crew, and we were well pleased. They also cleaned out their gutters while they were up there, and did some repair work on my chimney.

Neatly done. Very good. It took about 2 days.
