The roofing company was very good. They were professional. They gave me a good price. They came out, did the job quickly, and did what they said they were going to do.

It was very good and they were very responsive. Cleanup was excellent.

We had a leak discovered by our furnace inspector during the height of a winter thaw. We called Roofwise and they were the only one of the roofers we called who returned our call. We were scheduled within a week, which I thought was good considering the heightened demand for roofers. It was below freezing when the serviceman arrived, and he spend considerable time in our crawlspace and on our roof fixing the leak and removing debrie from under the leaking shingles. He advised us to check for further leaking, and gave me his cell phone number for any emergencies. He was professional throughout.

Wind storm from Hurricane in Oct, and wind storm in Nov/Dec caused some shingles to loosen. Called and left message with service, got a call back 2 days later to set up appointment to look at roof. Came over looked at roof, clearly explained what needed to be done and did the work right then and there. Very reasonable and very quick.

They were great. We were very, very pleased. They were very responsible. We referred them to 5 other people on our street. My husband had a question about our roof and they were responsive in answering that. We would absolutely use them again.

I think I exchanged two phone calls and wrote them a check. It was delightful. They were very prompt about coming finished on time. They were very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They were good about cleaning up.

No calls, no estimate - I appreciate the fact that all the roofing companies were busy, but most were able to return calls in a timely manner. It could very well be that this is a reliable contractor---that s why I called them in the first place---but overall I was unhappy with my experience.

Great! Luther explained what was wrong with each area needing repair. He showed me first hand what he was going to do and explained everything. He made appointments to return within a short time and performed the work exactly as promised. His crew also cleaned up everything.

I called Roofwise myself when the insurance company had trouble getting someone out to look at my storm damage. Roofwise was out the very next day and not only looked but did the repair job right then. The job was excellent and "Daniel" was a pleasure to deal with. I have used Roofwise over the past 10 years and they have never failed to do an excellent job. Paul Nilo-owner and "Luther" have been great in the past and I have referred them to many friends who have all given "rave reviews". The price as you can see above was awesome. EXCELLENT. This is one of the very best companies we have had work for us in ten years. We have used them for about 8 years and they always offer the best customer service and quality work. We had one ongoing problem with an ice dam that was a mystery and Luther came over many, many times to work on it over and over again at no charge.

They were very very nice. We had some problems with a few things but they were resolved.

It was really good. They were pretty prompt. Our roof is not leaking any more. We had a new roof and they had to re-fix it 4 times. So we decided to look someone else up.

They did an excellent job. The roof is steep, many angles. This was done in the spring, workers had to stop a couple of times due to severe storms. They seemed to be able to cover key areas to keep these areas dry. We saw no apparent damage. Worked extra long hours to complete job by the end of the week. Cleaned area nicely. Roof looks great.

I called them and they were very responsive. They came when they said they would and seemed consistent. It didn't look like they tried to overcharge me on anything. I still need to call them back because it is still leaking in the same place where it was leaking before. I'm sure they will be willing to come back and fix it.

They did an excellent job. Felt they used quality grade of materials. Excellent workmanship. Price wise they were in the ball park. They were on time. And cleaned up well.

Roofwise came out in mid February to take off our old roof and to put a new one on. It took them like three or four days. They were very considerate; they made sure that everything was cleaned up before they left.

They were very competent except they did some damage to the gutters and the copper ridge row would not stay in place so they had to come back and work on it.

They did a wonderful job. They are very responsive. I find that they are a little pricey but they are well worth it. They do what they say they are going to do.

The estimate was in the neighborhood of where I expected. I just wanted to look into some other companies before deciding to use one. I would recommend them on the grounds of professionalism.

There were some small things that they did that were annoying, but we overlooked. The dumpster wasn't removed for a few days after the work was done, and they left the equipment in the driveway blocking the garage, so I had to park in the street. They did an excellent job with the clean-up and overall. They listened too and made some recommendations that were good. Roofing is dependent upon the weather, and you have to be flexible.

Excellent. Came out two days later to inspect the roof. Scheduled a appointment to do the roof repairs and called the day before to verify I would be home. Did the repairs and explained what he found.

This company installed our roof a number of years ago. We had a small leak and Luther came out immediately to track down the problem. While he was here, I asked about the roof of our shed, which was in very, very bad shape. I was worried about finding a company that would do such a small job, but he had no problem with that. We also discussed a misadjusted front gutter and he said he could reset that. I also had him quote on gutter screens, which we need, due to heavy leaf and seed problems. The work was done in just one day. The quality of the job was outstanding, but I was most impressed that Luther and his helper completely cleaned and swept out the shed, making it a very nice place to store things. The entire installation was totally professional and I am very, very pleased with their work. My special thanks to Luther for taking such pride in his work.
