Description of Work: We had Roofwise come out and replace the shingles over our living room because of a leaky skylight 23 months ago. Our roof started to leak again so they came out and said that there work was fine and the center of the skylight may be the part that was leaking or the chimney. Neither issue was related to the work that they had done. To help with he issue, they tarped our sky light and sealed it again for no charge right before a heavy rain storm hit. We may still have them work on the chimney because of their integrity and high customer service.

Description of Work: Unfortunately, I never got very far with the company. I had a scheduled call from the company representative, Luther. He came to the house, was very nice, gave me recommendations on some things to do on my own and said I would have an estimate for the garage roofing job in the mail the next week after the owner returned from vacation. I never got the estimate. I followed up with Luther about two weeks later asking about the estimate but I never got a return phone call nor did I receive an estimate in the mail. I guess the job was too small for them to care about.

Description of Work: WE HAD A NEW ROOF PUT ON IN ABOUT 1993 BY ROOFWISE ROOFING. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB! I WAS SHOCKED TO SEE MR. NILO AT MY DOOR IN DEC OF 2001 STATING THAT HE WAS DRIVING BY AND HE NOTICED THAT A SHINGLE HAD BLOWN OFF IN A RECENT WIND STORM THAT HAD VERY STRONG GUSTS. HE HAD LUTHER COME OUT AND REPAIR THE MISSING SHINGLE AND GAVE US EXTRAS IN CASE WE EVER HAD A PROBLEM. HE DID THIS ABOVE AND BEYOND SERVICE AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. WE ALSO CONSULTED HIM ABOUT ATTIC VENTILATION AT NO CHARGE. ANYONE CHOOSING THIS COMPANY WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!
