Description of Work: Roofwise installed a new roof on three different sides of my German Village home, including 3 shingle areas and one flat rubber area. Jason was my first contact with Roofwise and he did a very thorough job going over the job with me before sending a quote, and I was comfortable that everything would get done as discussed. Jason was also involved heavily with the work crew and took care of some of the finer details and really spent the extra time to get the job done right and even did some extras for only a minimal additional charge. The job was bigger than expected and took longer than expected but they did not cut corners. | |I am very pleased with their work and would recommend Roofwise and would use them again myself. Description of Work: We’re tardy in providing part of this input… We engaged the services of Roofwise twice – first, in early 2008 to install a new roof on the house we just purchased, and second, in February 2009 to clear the ice off the part of the roof and the gutters of the house we are selling.

Description of Work: Called to get an estimate for repairs. Answering service answered and wanted to let me know they were "backed up at least 8 weeks" and would not be able to provide an estimate until then. This was way too much lead time for me so I thanked her and called the next contractor on the list. I'm pleased business is so good - especially in late Fall - but maybe they should consider hiring temporary help to enable them to serve potential and current customers in a more timely manner.

Description of Work: I called on a Sat and left a message with "Kim" of their answering service asking them to call me the following Monday a.m. and told her I was with Angie's List and what the issue was. When I did not get a call on Monday I called them later in the a.m. and left a message on the phone for "Paul Nilo" telling him I was with Angie's List and needed service and asked him to call me back. I never heard a word back from either phone call.
