IT WOULD HAVE BEEN VERY EASY FOR ROOFWISE TO SELL ME ON THE NEED FOR THEIR SERVICES. I REALLY APPRECIATE THEIR HONESTY AND WILL USE THEM FOR FUTURE ROOFING JOBS.
Description of Work: I DISCOVERED PROBLEMS IN BOTH MY REGULAR ROOF AND FLAT ROOF. I CALLED ROOFWISE AND ASKED THEM TO COME OUT AND ADVISE ME AS TO WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. LUTHER VISITED AND SUGGESTED COURSES OF ACTION FOR BOTH ROOFS NEITHER OF WHICH INVOLVED WORK BY ROOFWISE. FOR THE FLAT ROOF HE ADVISED THAT I PURSUE CORRECTIVE ACTION FROM THE FORMER CONTRACTOR, WHICH I HAVE DONE. FOR THE REGULAR ROOF HE RECOMMENDED THAT I PURSUE ACTION FROM THE MANUFACTURER WHICH I AM DOING.

I CALLED THE COMPANY AND SPOKE TO PERSON WHO SAID THEY COULD INSTALL A 15 YEAR ROOF WHERE I AM MOVING AND THAT IS ALL I WANTED. THE SALESMAN CALLED ME BACK AND SAID WE ONLY CARRY ROOFS THAT HAVE A 25 YEAR LIFE OR HIGHER. HE THEN SAID THAT IS ALL MOST COMPANIES CARRY.

THEY CAME AND DID EMERGENCY REPAIRS WHEN WATER WAS LEAKING THROUGH MY LIVING ROOM CEILING; THIS LEAK WAS DUE TO THE MISTAKES OF ANOTHER CONTRACTOR. ROOFWISE DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR THE REPAIRS. I CALLED THEM BACK FOR ROOFING WORK.
