It went great from consultations experiences to finished bathroom. Michelle was very helpful. treating out the process and gave many good ideas. They staged air of the components and composed air work in out works time.

The workers arrived on time were courteous & helpful. They seemed to be concerned with my approval & satisfaction. They informed me daily on timeline & progress.

Working with the contractor met my expectations. Michelle took me to tile companies and assisted with recommending nice materials (stylish affordable). The quote was provided and time frame established. Sub contractor for vanity top was a “nightmare”. First vanity top did not fit and was “shoddy” work. 2 no attempt took way too long to fix back splash. Luxury bath did the best they could. Working witty a poor sub contractor if not for this would hard given Alla's. This was the second time I used luxury bath. Great first experience.

We enjoyed working W/Michelle & Debby, Andy, Clayton, Matt & Keith & there may be one or tow others who were part of the experience. Great communication, the crews had good creative problem solving skills & suggestions. One crew member even helped repair a small issue at my front door. Crews kept more space immaculate and were very conscientious of their work. I liked that this company offered more than one material for the shower – from onyx to tile even stone. Many possibilities. Michelle was very helpful while I was searching for materials and for tile & granite. We love the new shower & updated look it has brought to our bathroom. We recommend luxury bath!

Awesome company. Had a jacuzzi tub taken out and replaced with huge walk in shower with partial glass enclosure. Onyx to the ceiling with a decorative border, moved plumbing and installed hand held shower, new ceiling, flooring, and paint. Replaced window with glass block. Everything was done on schedule and on budget. A year later we couldn't be happier.

Owner provided quote. Scheduled service. Tech came on time and was done in less than 8 hours!

Clayton performed the work. He was very nice. The wrong shelves were sent so he had to put those in 3 weeks later. He had to order shower door. We had a holiday which delayed the completion. I love the shower.

All of the people at Luxury Bath were professional, reliable, hard working, and anxious to provide what we wanted in our bathroom. A big thank you to the three men who performed all of the labor - they were just amazing! We could not have asked for a better experience. We will be using this company in the future to remodel our second bathroom.

Michelle Wray was informative and knowledgeable in creating design ideas for both bathrooms. Quality and workmanship was excellent. Accommodating with work schedules and listened to customer as other estimates received did not want to hear customer ideas as it was "not within their box" bathroom. These bathrooms were customized to our needs and updates.

Since we have moved into our home in 2009, we knew that the 3 bathrooms were in terrible need of an update. By 2014, we decided on Luxury Bath for the master. Joey took the time to come to the house, go to stores to pick out supplies, and basically walked us through every step of the process. (This is definitely what we needed.) The demolition and remodel was scheduled and done in early 2015. From start to finish, communication, friendliness and professionalism was at a maximum. Andy was the was so conscientious of everything and helped with all of the small (thought important) choices. The end result...a phenomenal bath. We loved the company so much that we decided to have the other 2 baths remodeled this year. Michelle was the one to come to the house, measure, and offer her kindness and ideas. Joey met with us a the shop for final decisions. Then Andy was here daily to get the 2 baths completed. They are absolutely beautiful. More than we could have ever imagined. This company not only provides wonderful workmanship and response to detail, but they are caring people who want their customers happy.

From getting an estimate to picking out materials and having the work done awesome job, had no issues what so ever.

Joey helped me design the bathroom remodel & he gave good suggestions I would not have thought of and met me to pick floor tile. The remodelers were polite and worked very hard finishing a whole master bath remodel in less than 5 days. The team was Clayton & Levi, they did a great job. We are really happy with the job!

Demo of old bathroom and complete remodel done in a day and a half. They were professional and cleaned up after work was completed. There were a couple of issues that were quickly remedied (chrp in crown molding). Other than that, it was a very good experience.

I am very pleased with my new tub and shower. Everyone I worked with from Michele, the office staff and the installers were very professional, timely and helpful. The tub is great and everything is so clean looking. The shower is spectacular! Michele was very helpful in selecting what I wanted in each room. Michelle (the owner) listened to our ideas but also made suggestion that we had not thought about. She showed us how they could increase the size of our shower using the same spot as the existing shower. The installers were prompt courteous quality people was took great pride in their work. We did our own demolition of our bathroom. When bob & Jim arrived to contract the shower they were on time, professional and most of all very detail conscious. Every tile is centered & perfect. They also spent a great deal of time cleaning the tiles & picking up, we couldn’t be happier.

The project began with an evening consultation in our house with Joey. We were very impressed not only with his promptness but also with the thoroughness of his overview of the project process and options available to us. He quickly turned around an initial estimate that helped formulate the direction of our remodel. In the interim, we evaluated other options but didn't find anything that mirrored what Joey had presented. After the initial visit, we followed up with an impromptu visit to the Luxury Bath showroom. While there, Joey spent quality time with us reviewing material and design options. He listened to our concepts and helped refine them in order to enable us to envision what a final remodel might look like. Our next experience came when we sat down with Joey to make our final product selections. Again, he spent the appropriate time with us to help select all of the numerous design components. He also joined us at a local building supply store to help us select flooring. This hands on planning process resulted in a project plan that we were extremely excited about. Once the project began, it was managed by Andy. Andy was extremely detailed in all phases of the remodeling process. He protected our home during the demolition process which was of extreme importance to us. He also identified and corrected some legacy issues that needed attention that we might not have otherwise been aware of. The installation process mirrored the demo, Andy and team were diligent in their craftsmanship. This included asking us detailed questions about some finer points of the remodel and making suggestions for modifications based on their expertise. This resulted in a much better final product. Also during the construction phase, Andy and the team were punctual and met our timeline expectations. The dedication to quality that Andy and his team demonstrated during their time in our home is reflected in the awesome master bath we now enjoy. While Joey and Andy were our primary contacts during the project, we also received outstanding service from others in the company including; Michelle, Debbie, Clayton, Levi, Matt and Jim. Finally on a closing note, we have another bathroom that we plan to remodel. We will look no further than Luxury Bath!
