Poor communication. I was called the evening before my install was scheduled and informed my dates had been moved WITHOUT even checking if i was available for the rescheduled dates. I had text confirmations from the sales person that my dates were on schedule just a week earlier! After i learned of the reschedule, i contacted the office manager and learned the sales person had hand-written the new dates on my paper work. Neither the office nor sales person reached out to me with the new dates. In fact, after a brief after hours call with the sales person (which has in all truth was due to my schedule) the sales person promised to call me in the morning but i only received a couple text messages stating no crew was available for my install today. Very unprofessional, i cannot recommend this company. If you move forward with them, i highly suggest you get dates in writing!

The entire team at Columbus Bath Design did an outstanding job. The quote was quick and much more reasonable than others we compared. They arrived on time, left on time, and completed the job on time. Michelle’s staff have all been working for her for 10+ years which is the type of company you want to trust in your home. The team was neat, clean and very trustworthy.

Excellent. All of the people that we dealt with at Luxury Bath went over the top in providing excellent service. Our salesperson, Darryl, made extra trips to our house to help with the floor and getting it level (which was over an above the work specified in the contract). My wife asked the two installers to try and save the old marble wall from the old shower so that she can repurpose it- not only did they save it, but cut it to size and carried it out to our garage. Everyone we came into contact with that works for the company went over an above. The shower looks and works great.

We meet with Michelle on our initial estimate/planning call. She was amazing to work with and we now love our new bathrooms. Michelle understood our budget and provided great recommendation and design ideas to fit our needs. Her team was equally impressive as they were clean, efficient, and completed high quality work. All of the work was completed in 2 days. When we do our Master Bath they will be the first company we call for this project.

I first reached out to Michelle Wray at Luxury Bath in April 2018, and we immediately struck up a positive rapport which lasted through and beyond my extensive bathroom remodel. I really cannot say enough positive things about Michelle and Luxury Bath. The project was incredibly thought consuming for me, as I meticulously pined over every detail for extensive periods of time, and Michelle was both patient and helpful in this process. Though the footprint of the bathroom was not modified (locations of shower, vanity, toilet remaining the same), every surface--from floor to ceiling--was replaced or modified, and the materials were selected carefully and patiently over a period of months. After I had amassed many of the various components of the new bathroom--tile, fixtures, etc., Michelle and I coordinated a green light to begin the remodel. Michelle conducted the unenviable logistics for larger scale items, such as the vanity, quartz vanity top procurement, shower tile, fixtures, etc., and in October we finally began my remodel. The incubation time for this project was necessary, and once it began it went smoothly and as according to schedule as can be expected for an involved renovation project. Luxury bath removed my existing bathroom, and rebuilt and leveled the subfloor, then laid the new tile. After perfecting the plumbing, they built the new tile shower, working with the unique, out-of-square feature often found in older homes. In the midst of the remodel, I had another contractor perform woodworking, which Michelle and Luxury Bath coordinated around quite well. Luxury Bath and Michelle also solved electrical nuances and puzzles which I wanted addressed in the completed bathroom, such as moving switches, in addition to moving/installing light fixtures. Ultimately, once the tile work, woodwork, and electrical changes were complete, the vanity was inserted into place, and glass for shower measured and installed. I really feel the project went about as smoothly as anyone could expect a renovation project to go, and I cannot say enough positive things about Michelle and Luxury Bath. I highly recommend them for any bathroom remodel needs.

First of all, Michelle and her crew are the nicest group of contractors I have ever encountered. Of course, that needs to be backed up with solid work and that's what they do. After meeting with Joey at my house for the estimate, I decided to go with Luxury Bath because of the lower cost, and more materials to choose from. I met Michelle at the showroom, where she took as much time as I needed to select the fixtures, tile color, and flooring. The crew started the project on the date promised and finished when they said they would, even after encountering a few "surprises" due to the age of my house. Afterward, they followed up afterward to make sure that everything was OK, and came out right away to fix a minor issue with the sink stops that came up. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

I can't emphasize enough how well the project went. Michelle Wray was incredibly helpful in helping us make decisions but never pushy. She offered us the guidance we needed and she is just a great person to chat with about all sorts of topics besides bathrooms. Joey Wrap was efficient in coming in and he made great initial recommendations as well that we didn't even think of. Our bathroom needed a major remodel as it was pushing 20 years old and the previous homeowners had really let things, especially regarding the shower deteriorate. We had a giant tub that was not functional and getting into it risked breaking a hip. Throughout it all Luxury Bath offered choices and their showroom gave us great ideas. They always offered us the most economical choice as well as the pricier ones so we could make good decisions. I can't say enough about the work once it started. Clayton, Keith, Rob, and the rest of the crew were so professional. They paid careful attention to detail and the end product was fabulous. They were clear in communicating when they would show up and just a great crew! We initially got a quote from another company and thought the price a bit high and we weren't thrilled with the selections. Luxury Bath's quote was lower and given the attention to detail, the crew from start to finish and the end result absolutely worth it. If you want a local company that is outstanding you need to get them to do your bathroom! We have one more bath that we need to have redone and once we are ready I won't hesitate.

The quality of work was excellent. The workmen were punctual and clean up afterwards. Price was very competitive. I enjoyed working with the owner.

We considered 3 different contractors to completely remodel our master and guest bathrooms in our home. We absolutely made the BEST choice in choosing Luxury Bath for this project. Selling points that won us over to Luxury Bath, is they have their own employees, the work is NOT sub-contracted out. We appreciated the detailed and fair pricing that we were given for the labor portion. Owners Joey and Michelle, spent a good deal of time going over our plans and selections and offering helpful solutions to issues we were not sure how to address. They both are very knowledgeable in bathroom remodeling and many of the products available. They ensured we got exactly what we were looking for in our remodeling project. We can't say enough good about the work crew assigned to our project. They were timely, professional, and did a good job daily making sure any mess was cleaned up, debris removed, as well as always ensuring other areas of the home were covered and protected, that they may have had to come in contact with. We chose a variety of different type tiles, to be installed and the layout and installation, was done with very talented experienced people in this trade. The crew did a marvelous job communicating with us with any questions or concerns that arose. It was truly our pleasure to work with such a great company for our bathroom remodel project. After researching several bath remodeling companies, I decided to go with Luxury Bath. From the beginning process of getting a quote, to the completion, I have no contractor horror stories to tell. They are perfectionists. Working with Michelle Wray was great. She was very patient, very helpful, very knowledgeable and got things done on time. The guys on my project (Shawn and AJ) were fantastic. They were always on time, polite, neat and helpful. They were the BEST. I honestly cannot stop going into my bathroom looking at it. It is beautiful. The best thing - Luxury Bath got me within my budget. I look forward to working with Luxury Bath again when I complete my other bathroom. If you are looking for a company to remodel your bathroom, consider Luxury Bath. This company is AWESOME.

Joey and his family were amazing to work with. They provide designs and inout but allow flexibility as well. I gutted my master bath and started from the ground up. We out in a stand up shower, free standing tub, new toilet; double vanity with quartz and marble floors. They also installed a wainscoting to provide some luxury and contrast. In the guest bath we added a new vanity which I purchased; new lighting, mirror, marble flooring and a wainscoting. The quotes are line-itemed out so it is very clear what every step and material costs. This is hard to come by and I valued the approach considerably. The team came every day and was extremely reliable. Overall it took about 2.5 weeks which is very fast for the amount of work. The attention to detail was impressive.

Everything went very smooth. Michele was very helpful with our questions and receptive to our concerns. When we changed our minds on the custom shower walls at the last minute she repriced it without any issues. Above all, when it became obvious that the $425 custom shower seat could not be installed at the correct height (due to plumbing behind the walls), instead of installing it too high, she took the seat off of our bill. I think that says a lot about this companies scruples.

This is a 60 year old house that was in need of major renovation. While Luxury Bath doesn't normally do kitchens - they agreed to remodel both bathrooms & kitchen - which were gutted down to the subfloor (to include removing two walls). Luxury Bath came in and essentially built a new house inside an old frame. The "small" details create the "luxury" - such as shower and bath acryclic walls from floor to ceiling, frameless glass shower doors, Moen fixtures. The kitchen now has ample lighting that is both functional and of showcase design. Kitchen cabinets now extend to the ceiling, walls are tiled. Granite countertops. New island has it's own lighting and power. Michelle and Joey are fabulous. Joey's penchant for detail ensures that work is done correctly and to a high standard. The on site crew(s) were all personable and great to work with. I highly recommend Luxury Bath.

It wen't great. They completed both bathrooms in one morning. I bought a "shell" to cover up the ugly tile that was previously on our investment property. The tenants love it and so do I. They were great to work with and I will be using them very shortly.

I spoke with several companys. I felt most conformable with this company. The owner, Michele, worked very close with me. She drove me to pick floors tiles faucets out. I will give the construction crew and electrician an A++. They were so polite. Excellent workmanship. Clean up, everything. I only wish they did whole house reno. They are the best!

Everything went fine - took 2-1/2 days with 2 workers at a time. Very professional workers. We were very satisfied. A little pricey but we knew we would get quality work with this contractor with ho hassles, so it was worth it to us. The owner, Michelle, knew her stuff and had a great showroom.
