The workers are professional and hard working. They are very knowledgeable and the work is quality. The bathroom looks beautiful and it will last. This is the second time I have used them & would highly recommend them.

Excellent. The entire process was excellent. We met with on design who helped us with product to meet our needs. The installers were very professional and courteous. The install was scheduled for 2 days but was completed in 1 day we would highly recommend Luxury Bath!

Luxury Bath remodeled the shower in the master bath and I could not be happier. The contractors were on time, worked hard, and cleaned up afterwards. The whole process was remarkably easy and Michelle made sure I was well taken care of. Thanks for the great job.

The job was done in 3 days, it was all around professional, professional service, professional crew, clean up every day, exactly what was promised and then some! It was started when promised and completed on time. The price was by far the best we received, it was fair, and the work was above and beyond our expectations! We would definitely rehire them and recommend them to anybody we know.

They did a great job and contractors who came after even commented on the quality of the work done.

Joey Wray came out and drew us a plan for an enlarged, luxury spa shower. We then met Michelle Wray and we chose. Fixtures, onyx, LVT flooring & acrylic Rob came on time each day & kept us informed of what was being done. Clayton was great installing the frame less glass shower & crown molting. Each day everything was left clean! We love our new master bath ! Joey, Michelle & their team were easy to work with and we only wished we would've done this years ago! Michele had great suggestions! Absolutely! They are extremely knowledgeable & so friendly!

It was a pleasure to work with michelle and joey wray. They made the process pretty painless and were very professional. Compared to other companies providing similar services they did not shy away from customizing our remodel. We wanted wall faucets in our master bath and they figured out a way to do it.

Overall the job went well. Would recommend. I give the company a "B+" rating. It's too bad because a few changes (more organized & professional answering of phones & scheduling of jobs) could make this grade an A. It's important to realize that your customers don't know the prouss & that they wart to be kept informed of all scheduling issues.

It was the best experience I've ever had with in presentations ever. Total job done on 1 week from demolition to completion. Did everything on 5 timely fashion & cleaned up Evangelina before they left.

Met w/ Michelle in Feb 16 w/ both store & in home consultation. After shopping around decided to go w/ LB in May. Finally got in schedule in August-work began & completed by Oct Took a little longer than expected but overall very easy to work with, excellent quality, honest & trustworthy.

Michelle is a true professional and makes herself available before, during and after the project is completed. She helped me choose the best products for my two bathrooms and provided top notch employees to do the installation. I am more than pleased with Luxury Bath, and I highly recommend them, whether your renovation is small or large. My bathrooms look like those you see in the magazines. I got a lot for the money unlike some of the other competitors in the area.

Joe was great to work with, he has a good design esthetic and made several suggestions when we couldn't decide. The quality of work sets the company apart. Luxury bath made the whole process fun!

I would highly recommend Luxury Bath for all your bathroom remodeling. We recently met with Michelle, i will say that she is very professional, not pushing at all. She took the time to explain the different shower styles and prices, listens to what we wanted and didn't want. She is very accountable and very flexible with scheduling. We had expressed to her the importance of having the bathroom finished when my parents arrive. Michelle explained every step of the process; her office assistant called to ensure of the date and time the crew would be arriving. Now, when the crew arrived they too were very professional, went right to work, had fixed a couple of items that weren't even on my list. I would highly recommend Luxury Bath. .

I enjoyed working with everyone Michelle, Joey, Dob, Rob, and Jeremy. I had a vision of what I wanted my bathroom to look like and they fulfilled that they never pressured me to sign a contract. They gave me an itemized estimate unlike others who seamed to come up with a figure off the top of their head.

Luxury Bath employees were great! They came within the time frames they stated, explained the steps they would take, were neat and cleaned up after themselves and were flexible with minor changes I requested planning the bathroom was a pleasure and seeing it come to pass great!

Can't say enough superlatives about Michelle Wray and her team. We met with the other major bath remodeler, who was fine, but very limited on what they were willing to do, since they were focused on keeping it "simple." Michelle had a "whatever it takes" attitude and was more than happy to accommodate our specific desires. She was always upbeat and very helpful. Her 20 years in business was apparent from Day 1 and really overshadowed her competition. Not only that, but Luxury Bath's price was also better. Bottom line, top quality at the best price, on time. Special kudos to the construction crew of Matt and Keith, who were simply fantastic. On time, very professional, a strong desire to please. We don't give many "10s", but Luxury Bath has nailed it here.

The entire experience from visiting show room to finished product was a wonderful experience. Michelle was the best at helping pick products she spent all the time with us that needed without making I/a feel like she had other things to do-the guys who actually did the work were very professional & experienced. they went out of their way to make us happy. I could not have felt any better about having strangers in my house. They went over and beyond! the price was better than any other company!

We found Luxury Bath on Angie's List. This company is excellent in converting bathrooms. We did three bathrooms and with the professionalism of the owners Michelle and Joey Wray, and their entire staff our bathrooms could not have turned out any better. We are more than pleased because they met and exceeded our expectations. Their prices are very competitive and fair. Their attention to detail and perfection is admirable. This company is the one for you to consider when updating your bathrooms. Their materials and workmanship are top notch. In working with the Wray's we met Deb and Matt in the office and on the job we met Clayton, Levi, Matt, Keith, and Jeremy. They also have an electrician, Charlie, that is just as focused and pays attention to the details as does the entire staff. The workers are all professional, courteous and knowledgeable in what they do from tear out to the finished product. I could go on and on about how satisfied we are with the end result because this company missed nothing. They treated our home as it was theirs and were extremely aware of dust, dirt, and any other issues. They cleaned up every night inside and outside before closing out each day. What a great company and staff. It was a pleasure working with all of them. Will not hesitate to work with this company again and highly recommend their services.
