Description of Work: Bathroom remodel. Michelle was very creative with the remodel, suggesting moving shower plumbing to better accommodate a new shower configuration she suggested (& we love!). She also was receptive to all our suggestions & was willing to order items we'd chosen on our own. She did need repeated reminders as to what specifically was to be ordered(seemed a little scattered at times). But everything that we wanted was appropriately ordered except a toilet seat that was specifically NOT wanted by us & flooring which delayed part of the project by 3 days (keeping us in disarray longer). But Michelle generously added a shower border free of charge because it gave the shower a more polished look. | |We were told every day of an arrival time, but they were ALWAYS 30 to 60 minutes late. Also,they did not seal the vent during 'tear out & remodel' which allowed dust/debris to accumulate in the vent opening & system. They did vacuum at the end of the project, but dust remained in the system. | |The quality of the products was excellent (except for a toilet seat that has been replaced 3 times in 6 months). Andy, Joey, & 'the glass man' were all exceptionally skilled. Mike gave incorrect instructions on cleaning faucets which could have ruined them, & I'm not sure he really knew how to perform the jobs he was assigned. However, any little issues we found were handled promptly by the workmen. | | The project lasted twice as long as planned & we had to demand that we have the same workers throughout the project, but we love the new remodel. And the cost was VERY reasonable for all that was done.

We are delighted you are pleased with your new bathroom. It occurred to me I should have communicated that we have a total of 8 installers. As with most contractors each individual "specializes" in various parts of the project and are scheduled accordingly. It is my understanding a new seat is scheduled to be installed. We have used this seat for many years with no issues and, as you know, did offer to replace it with a different seat. You advised us you would like the same seat and we are happy to honor this request.

Description of Work: They put in a new bathtub with new walls, also new shower head and new controls for the other areas of the tub. Very nicely surprised to find out after interviewing this company that the owner was sitting in our living room. How often does that happen! Down to earth, easy to talk with, no pressure, just what they offered, straight up. No hidden information. The day of the install my wife met with the two men, they made her feel safe to allow them in our home. No sooner when they finished and left my wife discovered a leak, she called and the operator got them on the phone and they turned around with in minutes and were back to the house to investigate and correct the problem. WOW! so overall they did a great job and had super customer service, what a person should expect when shelling out a good amount of money for a service you are paying for.

Description of Work: Total remodeling of my master bathroom. Started with tearing out all existing tile, tub/shower area, flooring, removed popcorn texture on the ceiling, remove existing electrical boxes/outlets, etc. Then install tub/shower and surround, electrical for new lighting fixtures, flooring, vanity top, paint walls/ceilings, install towel bar fixtures, a 60x36 framed mirror, etc. Contractors performance was outstanding; installers arrived each day as scheduled and completed the project within the agreed upon time framed. From the owner who sat with me and designed the new look to each installer they were all very professional, courteous, friendly and just plain nice.

Everything went very well.
Description of Work: Luxury Bath completely gutted and remodeled our 2 upstairs bathrooms, tub, shower, vanities, counter, mirrors, toilets and floors. It took them approximately 3 whole days, then a few hours several days later to install the shower door and mirrors and a few touch-ups. They were very prompt and courteous. They did an excellent job and I would hire them again and recommend them to anyone. Michelle is a gem to work with. From the beginning she helped us pick everything out. We are very pleased.
