Description of Work: I am giving Luxury Bath Ohio a mixed review because some aspects were handled so poorly and unprofessionally that I about lost my mind. Firstly though, I have to say that we love our new master bath shower and were very pleased with their installers and the guys' workmanship. We love the product and installation was solid. Also, their sales rep did a pretty good job. Here's where things went south... |We were without a shower in our master bath for at least 2 months already and obviously had to wait to get the materials in on top of that (about 2 months). We had a date set up with Luxury Bath to install the new shower. The weekend before on a Sunday, the owner of the company called my cell phone then DID NOT LEAVE A MESSAGE. When 'Shower Day,' as it was so excitedly dubbed, arrived the following week, no came to install the shower. What happened was, they booked over our installation and never told us. Apparently, that's why the owner call on that Sunday...AND DIDN'T LEAVE ME THE MESSAGE!!! Question: Do you call back every unknown number that calls your phone? Are you kidding me? We had to wait another 2 weeks or so to finally get the shower installed. |After it was installed, we realized that there wasn't a handle on both sides of the sliding door to allow us to open and shut the door without touching the glass every time (our shower is flanked by the stool and only allows access through one of the bypass glass doors). The net result was no handle on the outside OR slide the doors opposite each other and no handle on the inside - take your pick. |So I called them and emailed repeatedly and finally got someone to come out and take a look at the situation. Haven't heard from them since and don't expect to. Matt said he would look around the shop for a solution and get back to me. That was months ago.

We appreciate [Member Name Removed] feedback and take every review very seriously. It must have been frustrating to be without a shower for two months while waiting for his new shower to be installed. The installation date was discussed at the time the project was confirmed and a date was selected based on the time needed to order the custom material and the availability of our installation schedule. Although we work aggressively to keep with the projected date for each installation there are circumstances with remodeling that can cause brief delays. [Member Name Removed] new shower was installed within five days of the of the projected installation date. We are delighted he is pleased with his material choice and quality of the installation. The shower doors were discussed during the initial visit to [Member Name Removed] home and itemized on the Customer Agreement specifically as he requested, towel bar on the outside and pull on the inside. The day of the installation the installers confirmed with [Member Name Removed] his preference with the door opening. After the completion of the installation [Member Name Removed]contacted the Luxury Bath office requesting the sliding shower door being reversed. A service appointment was scheduled and an installer visited his home. The installer explained that if the doors were reversed it would allow water to leak out of the opening. There were several phone calls in the weeks to follow, we contacted the manufacturer and consulted with the Production Manager for options. It was confirmed the only way to switch the glass would be to order a new piece of glass for a minimal cost. [Member Name Removed] stated that he did not want to order a new piece of glass and would take care of the situation himself. There was no additional follow up requested as any possibly remedy had been discussed and option provided. We would certainly be delighted to order the glass or provide any additional service. [Member Name Removed] is welcome to phone the Luxury Bath office at his convenience.

Description of Work: We had the downstairs powder room and upstairs hall bath completely remodeled. Michelle was extremely helpful and professional during the entire process. Andy took great pride in his work and was very respectful when in our home. We are loving our new bathrooms! I highly recommend Luxury Bath.

Description of Work: It went ok, was disappointed the person who sold the device was great had really good ideas and ways to save money. The execution was frustrating they put on different handels and lights and had to have the owner involve to change them. Also the caulking had to be redone molded in the first 3 mths and again it's stained from mold even though I clean as recommended. Also had to have the shower drain redone , it was leaking into basement

Thank you for sharing your experience with your bathroom remodeling project completed in the spring of 2014. We always appreciate hearing from each of our customers and are especially interested in how we may improve to ensure each expectation is met. I do recall meeting with you and discussing ways to improve your bathroom within your budget parameters. We were able to update the tub area by painting the jet covers to match the new Oil Rubbed Bronze color and replaced the trim only on the tub fixture. Since the cabinets were not replaced we were able to use a custom matched stain to freshen the existing cabinets and replaced only the handles to update. If I recollect correctly these are the handles you are referring to. We were limited by the holes previously drilled for the existing handles and the installer did select a handle that complimented the existing hole and new oil rubbed bronze trim color. When you contacted me and asked that a different handle be installed we were happy to accommodate and I personally selected. Approximately one year later there was an issue with the shower drain. A service appointment was scheduled at your convenience and we were delighted the repair was easily made. The silicone used in your shower is made by Luxury Bath. It is color matched and features a mildew resistant additive and antimicrobial. To the best of my knowledge it is the best silicone available. The longevity of the silicone is based on several factors, including ventilation in the bathroom, usage, and cleaning. You did mention you are cleaning the silicone as recommended so I might suggest you check to ensure the fan is working properly. If I recall correctly the shower is in a small, separate room. It is always our pleasure to return in the first year to replace any silicone. We do offer, for our existing customers only, a service where we schedule an appointment to remove the existing silicone and replace. Although the majority of our customers have this done every 3-6 years we do have some customers that request this service annually. Again, thank you for sharing your comments and concerns.

Description of Work: We took out a small shower and extra large garden tub, tore out the old floor and replace the double sink vanity top and faucets. |A new large shower was created using all new materials from "Onyx",new plumbing and new glass shower walls and door. A free standing tub was installed with all new plumbing. The toilet was replaced with as was a new porcelain tile floor. The vanity was raised by 3.5 inches and a new double bowl top with faucets was installed to match the shower base. | The owners and crew were great to work with. From the very beginning to the completion they met our complete expectations. I usually do most of my own work but my wife wanted this to be completed in a timely matter and Luxury Bath was there for us. We could not be more pleased with the results and I would highly recommend them if you are contemplating doing a new bath.

Description of Work: Overall a good job done and care was taken to assure a quality look when completed. Cleanup was good, not perfect, but remodeling a bathroom is hard to keep from being messy. Overall I would recommend and use Luxury Bath again.
