Had a great experience. The worker came on time and were very friendly. Did the job in one day. Would recommend them to anyone. They did a great job.

Our installation team of Matt, Keith & Richard did a fantastic job. Excellent communication, during and after installation. Team arrived on time and everyone knew what to do resulting in pure efficiency and professionalism. The contracters we called told us that because the liner did not fit the tub..the cracks were stress cracks...we are BOTH DISABLED and can not afford to fix the liner.... ***Update****They said the scratches were around the drain. I am not complaining about the scratches, I am complaining about the stress cracks on the back/bottom of the tub.. It appears the liner did not fit. The liner is supposed to have a lifetime guarantee. They did offer to replace it, but they wanted $750. I would just like for them to replace the liner at no more expense to us.

Overall the project met and exceeded expectations. Michele is very helpful, personable, and easy to work with. Crew were courteous, professional and did a very good job cleaning up after their work. Bathroom looks brand new and did not have to gut everything. They were willing to work around what we wanted to keep in our bathroom.

This is the third time I've worked w/Luxury Bath - Michell & Joe Wray are always great to work with and respective of your budget! The two gentlemen who did the work in our home - Jeremey and Richard were very professional, on time every day, protected our home did quality work and checking in w/me to see if I was pleased. They were nice to work with. I recommend them highly.

The initial mtg. with Luxury Bath went well. Joey Wray was great! He broke everything down piece by piece. He understood exactly what I wanted. The crew came in on time as scheduled for the 2-day remodel. Jeremy and crew were very polite, explained what they were going to do each day. They were great! I can't say enough about the cleanliness shown from start to finish, no mess! Any issues I had after the remodel were taken care of in a very timely manner. I love my new bathroom and would recommend Luxury Bath hands down!

Quote was good. Took a while to get scheduled. Very professional. good workers. Like the results except shower door always leaves water on the floor. Didn't like provided shower head. They provided another one for no charge. Love it all except the door seals on the shower door.

Joey Wray did a good job in explaining almost everything to use and helped us pick out materials. Felt very comfortable with his detailed estimate and professionalism. His workers were very respectful & courteous My only negative comment was told 2 day maybe 3 but had to wait another 10 days for shower doors and that wasn't mentioned upfront. But very pleased with end result & materials used.

The overall experience went well. This was our first major remodel that we have had done to our home. Michelle was great. She took her time going over everything with us and had incredible patience. Michelle helped us decide on the type and color of our new floor, shower, and vanity. She guided us step by step and helped make us feel confident with our decisions. I can't say enough about how Michelle took her time with helping us make our decisions and helping us feel comfortable with the whole process. This was greatly appreciated. Matt and Clayton, that did the remodel, were nice, clean, and cared about the work they were doing. They were definitely hard workers and they take pride in their work. Matt and Clayton were wonderful to have in our home. They were respectful and courteous. The work site and home were both cleaned by the end of the work day. We also had an electrician, Charlie, perform the electrical work in the bathroom and he was also excellent to work with and a very hard worker. Although there seemed to have been some minor communication issues with the office and staff regarding confirmation of work start times on a few days, the office was quick to respond to our calls regarding any questions or concerns that we had during the entire process. We are very pleased with the bathroom remodel that Luxury Bath provided us from start to finish. The bathroom is beautiful and we are very happy with the results. We hope to have them remodel our 2nd bathroom in the near future.

We wanted to enlarge a small master bath shower. We received a referral to Luxury Bath and couldn't be happier with our choice to have them remodel our shower. The project included a complete tear out of the old shower and design/ build of a whole new shower. The new shower turned out exactly the way we wanted and we love it! Working with this business was a wonderful experience. They listened to everything we wanted. All of the employees were wonderful to work with - very personable and polite. Responses to emails were excellent. Expertise was excellent. Left house clean. Would definitely hire again.

Great experience from the very first interaction with Michelle. She came to my home for the free estimate and took some measurements and we discussed fixtures and other options. A week later I went to the showroom to pick everything out and set the install date. Installers were on-time and very professional in their work and cleanup at the end of each day was great. I'm very pleased with the work Luxury Bath did on my small master bathroom and will enjoy it for years to come!

Matt and Clayton arrived on time and worked the entire day to remove our master bath shower. They put up a new base and shower walls and fixtures. They measured for new clear shower doors and after they were ordered they came back to install. Everything was perfect and we loved working with they owners Michelle and Joey Wray. They helped us pick out the colors etc. and it all worked. And Matt and Clayton left our bathroom clean. They were great and worked hard to make sure everything was perfect!

The work was done well. It has been one year and I have a few issues, but I think it may be due to the design of some components. The material used for shower walls is "quartz" which works well but still requires a silicone seam on the edges. I still get mold in these seams that can't be removed by normal methods (Tilex, etc.) The glass door is a hinged style which is drooping a bit on the free end, either due to shifting in the hinge attachment area or wall leaning... I can't tell which one. The biggest issue is water leaking out between the bottom of the door and the very low lipped base pan. This leaked from day one and the installer just said "they all do this". I am mostly concerned because the LVT fooring they installed has a seam about 2" from the shower base pan which is covered in water after every shower. I'm worried about water getting in there constantly and doing damage to the flooring and/or subfloor. The plastic seals on the glass door area also become discolored and hard to clean. Maybe they just need to be replaced every year? If I did it over again I might have opted for a different door style, different base style, and made sure that there was not a seam in the flooring so close to the shower.
