They are excellent. Very accommodating and not pushy about doing things. They really want to know what the customer wants and what fits their lifestyle. I had used them 6 years ago and I knew I wanted to hire them again for this job.

Jim and Rex Luxury Bath installers did a great job.

The work was done in July 2007. Had or could get all components. I didn't have to shop for them. Communication gap between estimator and installer. Shower door frame was different from what I saw in the show room. Flooring was different from my selection, but satisfactory. Tell customer's upfront about the need to replace the silicone periodically.

Job 1: What a great company! They could not have been more helpful! My wall tile was stained black and looked really gross. When they were done everything looked clean and new. They helped me in choosing materials as well as colors. The job was done in four days and they cleaned up after themselves. My bathroom now looks beautiful. I will be using them again for the master bath. Job 2: I am very impressed with this company. My bathroom is beautiful as well as functional. Everyone in the company was a pleasure to have in my home. They really tried to please me and always cleaned up after themselves. Previously the tub took up half the space in my bathroom, so now I have lots of room outside the large(40 x 60)new shower. They even moved my heavy exercise machine into the bathroom and built a shelf for a TV. I can't say enough about this company!!

THEY ARE HELPFUL, BUT KIND OF EXPENSIVE. THEIR ESTIMATE WAS KIND OF HIGH.

Michelle assured us the job could be done in 4 days, but they typically scheduled 5 days "just to be sure". We scheduled the job around vacation time because of concerns about how our pets would deal with the workmen coming in and out of the house. The work was never finished until May 16th, and it probably wouldn't have been done by then if we hadn't occasionally called the company for a status report. We can understand unexpected delays developing during remodeling (the removal of the ceramic tile was more involved than expected), but the total lack of communication from the company is inexcusable. Our experience with this company was colored by their response times; once the major part of the job was done, it was up to us to keep after them to finish the job; also, they rarely arrived at the house when they said they would (often about 2 hours late). The quality of the work when completed was generally excellent, but we would never recommend this company to anyone else.

They were very punctual and did everything they said they would do with an excellent result.

We are disappointed! Michelle is a good sales person. We chose them over Bath Fitter because they would remove the old hose completely and put in a new one. The door size was a real surprise - twice! The product they delivered was not up to par. Make sure your installations are a big more experienced and paint out every part of the installation. There is a "baked in" edge on the sides, we expected the liner to be curved at the edge to look like tile.

The inside handle on the shower door is completely rusted. They told me that is the way it is but they would replace it. I contacted them in the past 3 or 4 months to have them replace it and they said they would. They haven't came out yet to replace it so I requested them to send it to me but they haven't yet. Over the last month we have tried twice to have Joey come out and they assured me Joey would call me about coming out and I never heard anything.

The job took forever. The original estimate was given the last week in May and the installation was not completed satisfactorily until August. The original estimator did not know what he was doing. He apparently measured incorrectly and also could not answer questions that I asked. I believe he was let go shortly after this. The first attempt at installation, the liner did not fit (stuck out an inch too far past the shower surround) they said because it had not been properly measured. The second was not the correct liner and was sent back. The third attempt was closer than the first but one side still did not fit (only off by about a half inch now.....getting warmer!). They scheduled another appointment but called and said that the liner wasn't in yet. Finally, the liner arrived and was installed. It looks great; just took a very long time. To their credit, they kept trying.

Luxury Bath did a good job and the bathrooms turned out very well. The acrylic tub and wall liner and shower liners look really nice. This was a larger job than Luxury bath typically does. I believe they specialize in one day tub liner jobs. There were 3 different workmen that worked on our job, each was very good. The only issue was that they didn't communicate that well among themselves. We would cover one aspect of the job with one worker; get agreement and when the next one showed up, they knew nothing of the previous agreement. Overall they did a good job and I would hire them again.

I thought that the quality and service of the company were excellent. The bathroom looks beautiful and the price was great!

We are very happy with the work done by Pete from Luxury bath. The bathroom is beautiful. However, a project that was supposed to run 7 bus. days took 16. When we met with owner Michelle to sign contract she gave us her numbers & said to call anytime. We contacted her twice regarding some concerns with the process of the job & never received a call from her. I called the office the day our job was to start to find out when worker would arrive. Was told 9am, an hour later was told they couldn't start the job for another 2 days. There was also a problem with the wrong vanity top being sent, took over a week to get the correct one. We felt like they probably didn't order it when they should have. Again we are very happy with the bathroom, just feel that the office needs a little work. If you tell a customer that they can call you, the owner, you should call them back. It would also be nice to have a follow up call from the owner to see if we were satisfied with the work. Pete was supper!

I love my new shower. The installation was done very well. Everyone that I spoke or interacted with was nice and professional. I would use the company again.

They were outstanding. From start to finish, everyone at Luxury Bath was professional, pleasant, polite, and performed their work to my absolute satisfaction. They arrived when they said they would, worked steadily, and cleaned up after their work. They even made suggestions for improving the look of the bath. When the cultured marble counter top/sink was installed, I noticed that it was not in acceptable condition. I called Luxury Bath, and they willingly replaced the counter top/sink. I couldn't be happier with their work. I also believe that the price I paid for the work, which took three days, was quite fair.

If bath *liners* are what you want, this is a very nice, very professional company. We wanted tile -- but had we wanted a liner, we definitely would have hired them.

After doing many researches and talked to many remodeling companies, we decided to select Luxury Bath to do our remodeling project. I am very pleased with the price and quality of their product, also the staff and manager that worked with me. I want to thank Michell and Marvin who tried very hard to arrange the installation date to meet my schedule and also Tommy and Andy who did the installation. Will definitly use their service for our next project

We had some communication problems. We are overall satisfied with the work. They started the work in October, and they had a model in the showroom we thought we were getting, but the one they put in did not match what we received. When we brought that up, Michelle, the sales person said they no long had the glass that was on the showroom and had not in a couple of years. They replaced it with something that looked cheaper. We did not know that what was going in was different from what was on showroom. When they put the shower in,we were told everything would match.The kneewall cap when they put it in was originally white, which didn't match rest of shower.There were also scratches on the metal part of the shower. The came back and replaced the cap with a darker color, which still did not match. They never replaced the scratched part. They came out a 3rd time, replaced the cap, got it right this time and replaced the scratched part of the shower frame. 4 months later work was finished.

The basic workmanship was and is good. The company employees were punctual and did quality work. After the work was performed and representatives left, it was noticed the height of the new shower door appeared a half foot too short. We also noted the (although we approved it) the shower head should have been placed higher than it was placed. We asked that the estimator who came to the house return to discuss these items. The company ignored those requests and simply stated you approved the job. A check with local companies showed the standard height of semi-framed shower doors was 72 inches - ours is six to seven inches shorter. Regardless we gave up on attempting to negotiate anything with the company and paid them in full. The company representative simply stated the company gave us a good deal on the job and discounted items. In our opinion it would have been best for the estimator to address items such as shower head height. Water can clearly spill over the door onto the floor.

Very satisfied with the quality of the materials and the work done by the installer.

WAS EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THE INSTALLATION OF THE SHOWER LINER AND THE WORK PERFORMED. DISAPPOINTED THAT WHEN THEY INSTALLED THE VANITY THE DRAWERS WOULD NOT OPEN AND HAD TO REMOVE THE DOOR FRAME BECAUSE THE MEASUREMENTS WERE INACCURATE. NEEDED TO HIRE SOMEONE ELSE TO FIX THE ISSUES CREATED WITH THIS PROBLEM. HOWEVER, EVEN WITH THIS ISSUE EVERYTHING WAS DONE IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER, AND THE INSTALLERS WERE GREAT TO WORK WITH.

ALL OF THE COMPANY STAFF WERE VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING VERY WELL AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS, BOTH INITIALLY AND DURING THE INSTALLATION. THE FINISHED PROJECT IS BEAUTIFUL AND IS EVERYTHING I HAD IN MIND. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. (PRIOR TO GETTING AN ESTIMATE FROM THIS COMPANY, I CHECKED WITH ANOTHER COMPANY ON THE SAME THING I HAD DONE. THEY CHARGED EXTRA FOR MOST EVERYTHING SUCH AS SAFETY BARS, SHELVES AND A ''WINDOW KIT''). I RECEIVED ALL OF THESE THINGS FOR SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS LESS AND FEEL THE QUALITY IS AS GOOD OR BETTER THAN THE FIRST COMPANY I TALKED TO).

WE LOVE THE NEW SHOWER UNIT! COMPANY REPRESENTATIVES WERE VERY RESPONSIVE AND DID A WONDERFUL JOB. THE ENTIRE JOB WAS COMPLETED IN ONE DAY, AND THE FINAL PRODUCT LOOKS TERRIFIC. THIS COMPANY WAS LESS EXPENSIVE THAN OTHER "CUSTOM" UNIT ESTIMATES THAT WE RECEIVED, AND IT LOOKS GREAT. WE WOULD RECOMMEND TO OTHERS, AND WOULD USE AGAIN IF WE PURCHASE ANOTHER HOME.

I CALLED THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THE BUSINESS ORIGINALLY CONTRACTED TO REMODEL OUR BATHROOM WAS OVER A MONTH BEHIND AND WAS NOT RETURNING OUR CALLS. I WAS IMPRESSED THAT SOMEONE WAS THERE TO TAKE MY CALL ON A SATURDAY AND WAS ABLE TO SEND OUT AN ESTIMATOR THAT FOLLOWING MONDAY. UNFORTUNATELY I DID NOT REALIZE THAT THEY PROVIDE ALL MATERIALS AND WE HAD ALREADY PURCHASED EVERYTHING TO BE INSTALLED. IN THE END, WE COULD NOT USE THEIR SERVICE. NEVERTHELESS THEY PROVIDED TERRIFIC CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND I WOULD CONSIDER USING THEM FOR FUTURE BATHROOM PROJECTS.
