Excellent. Luxury Bath was here when promised, installed and was friendly and punctual. Neat, cleaned up any mess created.

I visited the showroom to see the product and arrange to have a sales person come out to give an estimate. We agreed on price arranged for installation. The installers were great and professional.

After interviewing several contractors I was so excited to talk to Michelle on the phone and have her come to look at our bathroom after MAD Contractors started the job did poor quality of work then left with ¾ of our money. Michelle and her husband came over looked at the job, said they could finish it and would draw up a contract and a design to redo the work. I called her several times and she said she was still working on the design and would get back to us in a week because they had so much work. Well here we are in December and I never heard from her. I'm not sure if she was a friend of Mark Donaldson from MAD Contractors or she just did not need the work. But, as a professional I wish she would have just called to let us know that she could not handle the job or just did not want to take it on. I would have understood. I was really disappointed because they seemed so sincere and from the brochure we looked at, I thought she was going to be the best person for the job. After this experience between MAD Contractors and now Luxury Bath, I think I'll stick with the big corporations (Lowe's, HomeDepot) to get my remodeling done from now on, while they may be more expensive, they always make sure that the customer comes first and you get exactly what you pay for. I've had Angie's List for years and this was the first time I've used one of the contractors for such a large job and won't ever do that again. In response to Luxury Bath I checked my spam no email there, but a phone call would have been preferred as we discussed on the phone when I called to see why I had not heard from you. Perhaps with so many customers you may have mixed me up with someone else. I still stand by my rating whether work was done or not. This is a prime example why small businesses get a bad reputation.

Michelle and her employees were beyond exceptional. They were very professional and did a great job. She always responded to any questions I had and explained the process completely. They were very neat and meticulous. I would definitely use this company again.

They're excellent. They were on time. They offered us some great suggestions which we took to help just improve overall. The quality of their work was great. We were happy all the way around. They did follow through and then when we had our in-home meeting, they just seemed professional and they're like they were using high-end quality products.

We are extremely satisfied with the work done by Luxury Bath. From our first visit to the Luxury Bath showroom, Michelle kept in personal contact at each step of the process. All phases of the project were completed on time and in a professional manner by skilled company employees (not subcontractors). We requested a specific flooring that was unfamiliar to Michelle and she made sure that it was ordered and installed properly. This was an expensive project and we feel assured that Luxury Bath completed it with quality materials and workmanship.

Luxury Bath sent a tile installer to our house. He was here for 3+ hours. He removed the defective tile without damaging any of the surrounding tile. Next, he cut and replaced new tile on the shower walls. The tile, and grout match up perfectly. We were not charged for the replacement tile nor repair work. This is just one more reason that I would highly recommend Luxury Bath for bathroom remodeling. They stand by their work and the materials used.

Michelle and Joey helped us plan, and design a complete renovation of our masterbath. The planning and estimation were right on. There were a couple of delays that were beyond thier control but they kept us in the loop, Everything was made right and we love our new bathroom. We got a brand new larger shower with body jets, a higher 7 inch shower head, a very nice free stadning tub, granite counter top with under mount sinks, new fixtures, new vanities, brand new floor and wainscoating on the walls. The crew was very professional and cleaned up everyday. We became close with the crew, to the point where they took an ice cream order as they left for lunch! We would use Luxury Bath again in a heartbeat!

They did a fantastic job. They had a showroom so we were able to tell exactly the type of fixings that we wanted. They were very accurate to the time frame. That was less than a week. They came in about the time that they said they would. It was a nice finished product. They completely gathered the large bathroom and we did the toilet and shower. Overall, I have to say B+ or A-. Regarding the price, they were more competitive than several places that we checked with. I'll definitely use them in the future.

The job was started on time as promised. It took a bit longer than we had been promised but all in all the work was done to our satisfaction.

Michelle is excellent. It was a very positive experience. Everything from talking with Michelle, and to Joey, helped us decide what to do, and then followed through with everything. Getting to right materials for us, and the workers that came in were very professional. They threw down rugs so they wouldn't mess up the carpet or anything, and cleaned up. We have used them in the past. They put the counter tops in our bathroom, and they put the whole system in our finished basement, and so, I wouldn't go to anybody else. The price is a little bit more, but the product she has is beautiful.

Luxury Bath was able to complete the work on my rental property within short timeframe. I was coming up against a Section 8 deadline for a rental property and needed the work done pretty quickly. Michelle was very responsive and found a date the work could be done before the deadline. Her staff arrived on time, they cleaned up after themselves and the work site. They were very professional and respectful. The new bathtub and surround are beautiful. I would definitely use them again! Michelle was also very accessible. She provided a cell number and email and responded on evenings and weekends. I have used lots of businesses over the past ten years as it relates to repair and upkeep of the rental and this was the best experience I have had to date.

My wife and I could not be happier with the service we received from Luxury Bath. First they found our account from 1998 and told us they would do what they could to help us. After some discussion and a description of what we thought the problem was, Michelle felt confident Luxury Bath could repair our wall panel. She asked if she could do a little research, talk with her technician and call us back. She called us back promptly and we set up a time to have them come out. She told us what it would cost to fix the wall panel and we felt the price was very reasonable. The technician showed up on time. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain exactly what the problem was and what he was going to do to fix our shower. He took extra care not to track snow etc. into our home and he was very careful to clean up any mess that was made from the repair. We are very pleased with the quality of the repair and feel our problem has been solved. Several things about Luxury Bath impressed my wife and me. First, they took our problem seriously and acted promptly to solve it even though it was a small job for them. Second, they were very professional and very friendly both in their scheduling and in the actual work performed. Third, their price was very reasonable and we were assured that should any further problems arise they would help us take care of them. We would highly recommend Luxury Bath to anyone thinking of installing a shower surround. Our shower still looks great after 16 years of use!

Recently the glass door pulled away from the vinyl wall and the glass door slipped from the hinge making the door completely unusable. We contacted Luxury Bath, Michelle, )requesting a repair which we intended to pay for the repair and possible replacement of the door. This required multiple phone calls and a promise that their repair person would be at our home on Saturday. They were not able to provide a time and we scheduled our day waiting for Luxury Bath repair person to arrive. No one did nor did we receive a call. We called Michelle again and she said someone went to our house at 1:40 PM. No one came to our home. Also, she said someone called which we received no call. Despite her protest to that I provided my cell number and my wife's cell number as well with the initial call. Michelle then told us to take our business elsewhere. Obviously they do not stand behind their product our their supposed customer first rhetoric.

Keith arrived on time. Explained everything he was going to do. (our house is old so it was quite a mess) Actually mopped my floors when they left both days. The electrician they sent, Charlie, was wonderful. Keith's assistant who layed the floor was wonderful too. Very professional. The whole crew went above and beyond. The bathroom is beautiful and we couldn't be happier. We only wish they did kitchens!!

Called and they came out and talked. They answered all of our questions. They showed up on the day scheduled, installed and cleaned up everything in about five hours.

From the initial job estimate all the way to the work completion we were very please with the service provided. The owner, Michelle, came to our home and provided many great design suggestions and ideas to control the cost of the project. She also kept us informed throughout the project...which was great to have the owner so involved. We did a total replacement of all fixtures in both baths and it involved some plumbing, new sub-flooring, some drywall and ceramic tile work. The showroom they have was helpful as we could see some of the fixtures and materials. We appreciated that the crew was very professional and it was clear they cared that the job was completed as we wished. We can't say enough about the great work crew. Throughout the project they clarified the details before doing the work and made suggestions that ultimately made the remodel better....and they cleaned the work area every day. It was also nice that they assisted us at the tile store with selecting the tile which would work best for what we envisioned, as that was more difficult than one would expect. Overall, we are VERY impressed with the work performed by Luxury Bath and are really enjoying our new bath rooms!

I have not been happy with them. I wasn't happy with them and am still not happy with them. They were here three or four months ago. It took a long time. I'm still having problems. I had them come out a couple of times because when we use the shower it leaks, we had some problems with our basement so we took out the ceiling and it seems like when we take a shower it leaks down there. Thank goodness there is no ceiling down there or we would really be up a creek. We wanted to update, it was the bathtub with a shower and I wanted the bathtub to be taken out and the shower just put in. It's not been good. I was not happy with them at all. I picked things out and they helped me. They were fine there. The put the glass doors in on the shower and the gentleman came out and he did something, I still had problems. He came out and they had to give me new doors. Those weren't right. These aren't right either because the door doesn't close. It does close but you have to close it real hard or put pressure on it to get it to close. It still isn't right. I don't like to call them because a guy came out and said it was fine, and I know it's not fine. If it's leaking it's not fine. They are not resolving the problem. I call and the young man came out and he said it's fine. He said it's probably because you are opening the door and it's dripping out. I said no, it can't because I wipe it down before I even get out of the shower. And you can even see it it's resting on the one end where it's leaking out of.

Excellent, perfection, beautiful, thrilled, and awesome are just a few of the adjectives I would use to describe Luxury Bath, it?s people, and it?s product! I can go on and on! After meeting with Michelle, I knew they were who I was going with. She was very informative and really helped make the process smooth; absolutely NO PRESSURE sales. The workers showed up on time and were so professional; they did such a great job. I seriously cannot say enough about how wonderful my experience was with this company. I love love my new bathroom. Thanks Luxury Bath!!!

We met with Michelle and Joey a few times to get some ideas, take measurements etc... We really felt all along that we would go with Luxury Bath but spent some extra time meeting with other contractors and getting multiple quotes. After that initial process we signed on with Luxury Bath and finalized the pricing. We like the fact that they would let us do the demo work ourselves to help us save money on the project. As is usually the case we had a few bumps in the road but the end result was fantastic. The tub deck was built with a radius curve and faced with smaller accent tiles. The shower stall is beautiful, built-ins for storing shower items and a bench seat. We did a change up on them at the last minute and asked them to install an under floor heating system, they responded quickly and got the items needed to accomplish that. The guys doing the onsite work were awesome (Joey, Keith, Jeremy, Rob, Andy). Overall high marks for a great job.

The work went very well. They always showed up when they were suppose to. They took great care to keep the house free of construction dust and cover everything. They always cleaned up everything before they went home. No part of the job was too big or small for them. They also did every part of the job to perfection. They where also kind and considerate to my family.

She did a great job and I would recommend to others. I would use again in the future.

They did a really good job. I don't have any complaints about them. The leak was the only problem I had but they were responsive on that. Everything was fine and I was happy with it. They said it was going to take them 3 days and it took 3 days. They had a backlog on their orders and it took 6 weeks for the order to come in. They ordered the tub from California so they had to order it and get it made out there. Those tubs are very expensive but I thought it was a good deal. We didn't have problems since then. The 2 guys that came out were very polite and cleaned up after themselves. They were very personable.
