Columbus Bath Design

The project began with an evening consultation in our house with Joey. We were very impressed not only with his promptness but also with the thoroughness of his overview of the project process and options available to us. He quickly turned around an initial estimate that helped formulate the direction of our remodel. In the interim, we evaluated other options but didn't find anything that mirrored what Joey had presented. After the initial visit, we followed up with an impromptu visit to the Luxury Bath showroom. While there, Joey spent quality time with us reviewing material and design options. He listened to our concepts and helped refine them in order to enable us to envision what a final remodel might look like. Our next experience came when we sat down with Joey to make our final product selections. Again, he spent the appropriate time with us to help select all of the numerous design components. He also joined us at a local building supply store to help us select flooring. This hands on planning process resulted in a project plan that we were extremely excited about. Once the project began, it was managed by Andy. Andy was extremely detailed in all phases of the remodeling process. He protected our home during the demolition process which was of extreme importance to us. He also identified and corrected some legacy issues that needed attention that we might not have otherwise been aware of. The installation process mirrored the demo, Andy and team were diligent in their craftsmanship. This included asking us detailed questions about some finer points of the remodel and making suggestions for modifications based on their expertise. This resulted in a much better final product. Also during the construction phase, Andy and the team were punctual and met our timeline expectations. The dedication to quality that Andy and his team demonstrated during their time in our home is reflected in the awesome master bath we now enjoy. While Joey and Andy were our primary contacts during the project, we also received outstanding service from others in the company including; Michelle, Debbie, Clayton, Levi, Matt and Jim. Finally on a closing note, we have another bathroom that we plan to remodel. We will look no further than Luxury Bath!

The entire process from start to finish went flawlessly. From meeting Michelle, and having her listen to our ideas, she was always thinking of our needs and what we wanted the finish product to look like. After an initial estimate, we met with her several more times, adding to the project. Every time she reminded us that this was our project, not hers. She knew what questions to ask and gave us ideas we never would have thought of, i.e. an outlet/cable to so we could hang a TV in the future. Her staff were unbelievable, showing up promptly and cleaning after each day. They set up their cutting saws outside even when I offered the garage during the winter. They thought it would cause a mess! One day they arrived and it had snowed the previous night. The shoved my walk and part of the driveway so they could set up. I think almost everyone worked some on the project. Working from home, I was able to communicate with their questions. They wanted to make sure the job was to our liking. Very satisfied with the entire project. I took before/during/after pictures which Michelle has. Already looking forward to our next project. Would be happy to be used as a reference. The only negative I can think of is an increase of our water bill because we don't want to get out of the shower!!! Highly recommended!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Michele and her entire team were amazing throughout the entire experience. We wanted to remodel our extremely dated master bath, but living in a condo that we plan on only living in for another 2-3 years we didn't want to go over the top. Michele was amazing about making the most of our budget and tried to find ways to cut costs, all the while maintaining quality. Her guys that did the work were so professional and went above and beyond. They noticed that my toilet (the one thing we didn't replace!) wasn't filling up properly and they made a separate trip to the hardware store and got the part to fix it. They also installed knobs I bought on the vanity and separate cabinet, and new hinges on our doors that we had bought. Bottomline, the room that was my least favorite in my house is now my favorite! I am so happy with the results and would definitely use them again.

Matt and Keith from Luxury Bath were very professional, cleaned up as they went along, kept me abreast of how work was progressing. Joey (production manager) very friendly, gave me options and prices/quotes on my various options. Michelle (owner) very friendly and worked with me on making final selections.

Luxury Bath did a great job for us. Joey came out and gave us some great ideas and the bathroom turned out as good as we hoped. Their design center really helped us visualize what we wanted. You can tell Joey enjoys what he does and it shows by his desire to make the customer happy. The best part was he was 50% lower in price than another estimate we received from another Angie's List contractor who also has an A rating. You may have to wait a few months to get on his schedule but that it the price you have to pay for a good contractor because they are in high demand.

I was referred to this company by a good friend who had used them recently. I reached out to Luxury Bath and was contacted by Michelle immediately. I expressed my situation that I had a leak in my shower and that water was now pouring out the back of my house. She came out immediately and quoted the cost to install a new shower. After getting a quote from another company as well, Luxury Bath has extremely reasonable and I knew from my friend's use of Luxury Bath, they did an amazing job. I loved working Michelle, she was very personable and easy to work with. Though the wait to get a shower installed would be a few weeks, she made time for me due to the sever issue of the shower and it being the only shower in my home. She had someone in my house with what seemed like a few days. There was quite a bit of water damage under my old shower once removed and the cost to fix it was very reasonable. They had it fixed and new shower installed in one day. My new shower is BEAUTIFUL! The men who came in install my shower were very friendly and I will absolutely recommend Luxury Bath to friends!

Project took 2 days. Keith was there both days. On time, professional, very hard workers. Went above and beyond, did an awesome job. Love how it looks and functions.

From estimate, to invitation to show room to pick out materials, to installation I would rate Luxury Bath #1 in every category. I was treated with the upmost professionalism & yet feel like a friend. We have one more bathroom to do & you can bet Luxury Bath will do it.

What a great experience! When we decided to update our bathroom, we looked at several contractors on Angie?s List. After researching and reading all the great reviews, we decided to go with Luxury Bath. So glad we did. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. This started with the first meeting in which Joey met with us on a Saturday where we discussed the general scope of work to be completed and he then took us to the tile store to make our selections. We were then scheduled on their calendar. When the day rolled around, they were here on the date agreed upon and got right to it. No detail was too small and they were on top of all the ones on my list and also had several of their own that I did not even consider but in the end, made a nice difference. It was clear from day one that they were more concerned with doing the job correctly rather than getting in and out. They performed as if it were their own house. And, at the end of each day, they cleaned up after themselves demonstrating a caring and dedicated work ethic. During the course of the course of the job, I met five different members of the team and each one was professional and skilled. Rob, who was here for the entire job really pushed himself hard to deliver a quality outcome and would not settle for anything less than perfection. Having chosen to go with glass tile, the level of difficulty was increased and Rob rose to the occasion. Judy, who did the wall paper removal and painting was also a perfectionist. Lastly, the project came in on budget as agreed with absolutely no surprises. Again, great experience and so happy we chose Luxury Bath.

On time. Did his job well. Cleaned everything up. Price was good.

It started with getting an estimate. They worked with us to help us get the things we needed, even if it meant they were not selling a more expensive item. After we agreed to the estimate, we signed a contract, and then met with them at their showroom to go over the details. All of the above was about a 3 week process. Once we worked out the details on type of shower, vanity, shower stall finish, vanity finish, etc. we paid a down payment and scheduled the work. Luxury Bath was very prompt - arrived when they said they would. They finished with the entire bathroom - except the doors to the built in cabinet - within the time frame they gave us. The workers were very professional and took care of our floors that they needed to walk over while going in and out of the house. The only problem we had with the entire job was with the doors to the built in linen cabinet. First of all, it took another 3 weeks for these doors to come in. The other problem was the overall finish on the doors. My husband, who has been in the lumber business all his life and has done a lot of wood finishing and refinishing, feels the doors were rushed - as if done at the last minute by the millman who Luxury Bath contracts out to. The doors alone were over $1,000 of the full bill. We do not feel we got $1,000 quality in the final product with those doors. However, we do feel we got full quality on every other aspect of the bathroom. I would highly recommend Luxury Bath to anyone who needs to remodel their bathroom!

Overall the Luxury Bath team did an outstanding job on our master bath remodel and we are very satisfied with the final result. (btw, Luxury Bath also did our hall bath earlier this year and did an "A" job on that project as well) All of the Luxury Bath workers were very skilled, friendly, were willing to listen/act on our real time changes, and cleaned up at the end of each day. This project spanned 5 weeks with about 1 week of "dead time" while we were waiting for the granite to be installed by a 3rd party. This was longer than was discussed at the start of the project but it was not from lack of effort, my guess is there was a little more work than planned and of course waiting for the granite (there was no time frame in the contract). We had multiple bids on this project over a couple year period and the Luxury Bath estimate was very competitive. For the most part cost was per the contract ... there were no up changes for small changes during the construction. The major variable was the tile. The contract stated that Luxury Bath would install customer supplied grout and tile. What this meant in our case was that we went to the tile store with a Luxury Bath representative, picked out the tile (we didn't write down any prices at that time) and at the completion of the project we got one number (over $5000); it would have been better to see an itemization of tile and grout (we never asked for an itemized tile bill so maybe this is an unfair comment). The electric and ceiling spackle were done by independent contractors recommended by Luxury Bath and we were billed separately. Both of these contractors did a great job and they coordinated with Luxury Bath to minimize the overall project time. Also, the contractors costs were very close to estimates we received prior to the project. We had very specific requirements on cabinets that we wanted installed. Since we had experience ordering these cabinets for other home remodel projects we appreciated Luxury Bath's flexibility in allowing us to order the cabinets (two 45 inch vanities, 21X21X88 linen cabinet, and 18X21X48 linen cabinet).

The entire crew was very knowledgeable professional & fast. They involved me at every step. they were wonderful!

The workers came on time, They were friendly, professional, efficient and cleaned up the place each day before they left. Came the next day morning to fix a slight leak under the sink. Problem was solved quickly.

Our project took almost a month due to the company measuring the linen closet wrong. They had to order a new linen closet. Currently we are at a stand still over the bill for the tile. I must say working with Joey Wray and his staff mostly was a good experience. However, I cannot say the same thing for Michele Wray. I found her to be rude, and unprofessional. This was our experience with her. Currently we have a disagreement over the final bill. Regardless of the outcome I would not recommend this company based on my experience with Michele. We had planned to have Luxury bath remodel another bathroom but have made plans with another company. We have had many companies in our home to do work this is the first time we have ever had a problem with any company. Finally, . I did inform Michele that I would contact Angie's List and the BBB. Upon notifying her of our plans she sent them letters to justify why she thinks we owe them. We both feel strongly that we are right about the tile. Matter a fact during our last contact with her husband Joey Wray, told us to" forget it that it just wasn't worth it". He and my husband came to a agreement and he said he would send us a new invoice which we never received.. We only signed their customer agreement form and upon completion of the job gave then a certified check for the total amount due on the customer agreement form for the remodeled bath. What really bothers me about this company is if they thought we owed then why not put it into the customer agreement form. When we went with Joey to get the tile months before they did the job he specifically helped us find tile that would be within our budget. We selected the tile in March 2015 however, he purchased tile in July. The tile was on sale in March. We were prepared to pay for the tile then but were told not to by Joey. I do believe he told us the down payment covered the tile. We were told on the day of completion were owed more money. Luxury Bath should to learn from this experience. An estimate is not the same as a agreement. Be honest and let your clients know up front how much they will owe the company. Future customers make sure that they tell you up front the total cost. You might want to purchase your own tile yourself.. That is the mistake we made we should have purchased the tile. They do quality work. However that has noting to do with their billing.

They did a great job on the bathrooms, they are on time and clean up after themselves.

The estimate experience and our two times in the show room were very informative and helpful. The work could not be done on the first scheduled date because parts did not arrive. The glass door took longer to arrive than expected but we could use the shower with a curtain until the door came. We are very pleased with the completed work.

The provider started on time and completed the work on schedule (1 week). The workers were very professional and a pleasure to have in the house. There was on follow up item and it was done when the new part came in. I would use Luxury Bath again.

We were very happy with our experience. The old bathroom was efficiently removed, pipes were rerouted, walls repaired, and everything installed very well. The result looks great. It is really nice to have a provider that gives you a no hassle turnkey renovation and is really dedicated to getting everything right.

Luxury Bath did a wonderful job! Everything came out great. The workers that came out were wonderful, very friendly, helpful and cleaned up after themselves. They attended to every detail, and came back to fix a problem with lamps around the 1/2 bath mirror, with no problem. The only issue we had with them is that they have regular 8-5 office hours, and no saturday hours (at the time) and we had trouble scheduling times to meet with Michelle and pick out all our finishes, since we work full-time too. We ended up with Michelle picking out a few things, and it's not necessarily what we would have picked, but it turned out very well and we were happy with everything. We will definitely use them when we do our full bathroom upstairs! They are so very reasonably priced, and do a very good job! We had several companies come out to do assessments of the job, and we were so impressed with Michelle Wray and the pricing, that we hired them.

The down stairs bathroom with the washer and dryer was completed first so that we had a useable full bathroom. All of the work was done in a reasonable amount of time. The workers were here to put in full days and were considerate of out needs. They were very polite. They also cleaned up after themselves every day before leaving to go home.

Visited showroom and met Michelle. I left comfortable with her. She and her husband were helpful in helping me with selections. The men who did installation were courteous, trustworthy and did a great job.

Process was great experience from beginning to end. All work was completed quickly and crew kept the home clean and addressed all my questions and concerns.

Our dealings with Michelle were of the highest professionalism from the onset. We looked at 3 others (all also highly rated on Angie's List) and Luxury Bath was the clear choice. Michelle, the owner, took a personal interest in our situation and worked with us on options for design and cost in more detail than the competition. Both personable and professional, she guided us through every step. She also accompanied us to pick the tile. The crew was prompt, professional, and courteous. They took the time to lay drop cloths and ensure that the elements from outside were not tracked in. The result is nothing short of remarkable. Five stars all around. We recommend that you put Luxury Bath on your short list for similar upgrades.
