Great result but took some time to get it right. Tim, the owner, took the time to make sure we were satsified.

Tim and company are terrific to work with. We had had a ceiling repair and needed to paint to hide the fixed area. They removed the can lights, and even reinstalled one in another room we couldn't get reinstalled correctly. We had painted the kitchen and hallway ourselves and they were kind enough to use our leftover wall paint to fix our errors in painting so that we had a nice crisp line between the wall and the ceiling. They even rehung the wall pictures they had removed. I had no cleanup at all. It looks fabulous and we will certainly use him again.

Immaculate job. A great experience , from the time Tim arrived to provide the estimate. Very punctual, called to confirm. Extremely couretous, detailed. Clean up was impeccable. No spatter anywhere. I will use him again.

I have worked with Tim Barton for over 5 years; he and his team have painted every room in my home. Working with Tim and his team is an easy, caring, wonderful experience; I wish all contractors would be this wonderful to work with. Tim goes Above and Beyond with everything he sets out to do. I have had them remove difficult wallpaper, leaving the room looking new with a fresh clean coat of paint. We had a water leak on one wall in our great-room, a very tall wall with windows. Tim?s team came in and repaired the wall; the wall looks new again with not a trace of the damage. Not only did the painting look great but the spackling and sanding was top notch also. I can always count on Above and Beyond Painting to do an excellent job in my home. Tim was here just a short time ago having his team paint a ceiling,a wall, white windowsills and touchup some of my white woodwork. Tim has an excellent team member (Kermit Westcott) he is excellent in fine details and finishing work. Kermit also touched-up marks on the walls and sanded and painted my windowsills, taking off the hardware before painting and then putting everything back as it was. Tim and his team are always on time, neat and careful, and will keep you informed of daily progress and what they are planning for the next day. Owner Tim and his team are truly dedicated and strive for perfection with every attention to detail. Tim?s prices are very reasonable, but more important the workmanship is High Quality! I would highly recommend Above and Beyond Painting!! We certainly will use them again and again.

Tim Barton was actually called to our home by our remodeling general contractor. Our breakfast room was accidentally damaged while work was being done upstairs. Though the contractor repaired the ceiling, he asked Tim to come in and do the painting. Tim arrived right on time and not only did some fine tuning to the repair, but he protected our furniture and surfaces, caulked around our entire breakfast room and family room crown molding, sanded the surface, and painted. The ceiling has never looked better. He did an absolutely beautiful job! Not only that, he takes great pride in his company and in the work they perform.

The work was almost completed when we gave the owner Tim Barton $400 as a downpayment to be put on his list for work in the future after we had new woodwork installed.The next day Mr. Barton had difficulty installing a door handle and took the position that it was broken before his employee removed it. He argued with my wife and refused to believe her. He learned from the hardware store that he and his employee stripped the screw when turning it the wrong way. Because he accused my wife of being untruthful and argued over the price of a screw I questioned whether his insurance was in order. His workers' compensation coverage is inactive. He had 2 employees on my property while not complying with the law. I called him within 48 hrs and told him that his future services would not be required. He refused to return the deposit even though he had not yet scheduled the work. He stated that if I would write a report to Angie's List that met with his approval the he would give me $200. He is not in complience with the workers' compensation laws and if an employee of his is injured while working at a customers residence then that injured worker can file a claim against the customer or sue the customer if the customer does not have workers'comp coverage from the Bureau of Workers' Comp.The customer's homeowner policy does not protect the customer and cannot cover a workplace injury .A serious injury could cause the the customer to lose everything because Above and Beyond Painting Inc. is not in complience with the law. I would never have hired Above and Beyond if I knew that it did not insure its workers.

Excellent quality and service at a fair price. Rooms look great. They arrived when they said they would and finished work on time, despite several snow days during the week. Owner followed-up to ensure we were satisfied with finished product. Very good experience. Will use again. Thanks

Tim Barton and his team did a spectacular job. Tim kept us apprised daily of their progress and what they planned to do the following day, and we did a walk-through with Tim at the end of the job. Above and Beyond is great, and I highly recommend them if you are considering any kind of painting done. My wife and I just had just bought and moved in to the house. We knew the deck needed to power washed and refinished, but when we actually got inside without all of the previous owners belongings, we realized the living room walls were in pretty ruff shape and need a good patch and re-paint job. We hadn't budgeted any money to do any interior painting, so we didn't know if we were going to be able to afford to get this done. So we asked all the painters that came over to give us a quote on our deck how much extra it would cost to re-do the living room. Tim, the owner, gave us a comprehensive and competitive estimate. He explained exactly what he was going to do and why it was important to do it that way. We went with Above and Beyond not just because they had the lowest estimate, but because of the detailed explanations Tim provided with the estimate.

Tim Barton, the owner came to our house and gave us an estimate. We were so impressed with his presentation and price estimate that we hired him without getting any other estimates. The work was started two weeks later and as we requested he painted in three separate segments. We requested this as we have pets and we did not want to tear up the whole house at once. Tim's employee, Kermit was here every morning, right on time and did a very professional job. Tim had to put four coats of paint on our kitchen walls because of our color choice, a deep burnt orange. Every room turned out beautiful! We were very pleased with the whole process. They were very careful with our new hardwood floors and light bedroom carpets and cleaned up nicely at the end of each day. They even ran the sweeper for us. We would definately hire Tim and his crew again.

They did a great job. They cleaned up well after themselves. They took care of moving my furniture. They got it done quickly. They didn't leave any mess. The people were very courteous that worked for the owner. He is responsive. The owner came and seen that they did something in the inside of my house that he didn't like, so he came back and fixed it.

Tim Barton (the owner) and his crew have literally painted ever room in our house except one so this is I believe the fourth time we have hired him. I don't even bother with estimates when it comes to painting. He is the first and only call we make based on quality, price and reliability. This time we needed our exterior trim, garage door and front door painted. We walked the entire perimeter of the house and specified exactly what needed painted although we had not yet confirmed our color choices. He even pointed out several places where wood peckers had bored holes literally an inch or so deep that we had not even noticed. He gave us the estimate on the spot and we set up an approximate start date. We were doing a new roof, pressure cleaning, gutters and the painting so each jobs timeframe was contingent on the last. Time actually regerred us to a gentleman that did the whole house pressure washing for us. Because the roofer was not installing the gutters and they needed to be off prior to painting the pressure washer, Kermit, pulled our gutters off for a minimal charge. When a start date was confirmed the two man crew showed up after we had left for work and by the time we got home the job was completed. As usual, it was pure perfection. No spills, trampled plants, etc. Unfortunately we have nothing left to paint or I guarantee he would be the one I called. However, I do believe our deck will need stained next year so maybe we aren't done quite yet!

Above and Beyond Painting truly goes above and beyond. The attention to detail, the quality of the work, and the clean up were all exceptionally. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs rooms painted. The price was great and we are very satisfied.

Working with Tim and his team was a caring, thoughtful wonderful experience, the company are out to please and goes Above and Beyond every step of the way. They certainly transformed our home from looking tired and run down to a magnificent home. We have always done our own painting in the past, but seeing Above and Beyond in action taught us what a professional company can do. They spent extensive time preparing the ceilings and walls, caulking to achieve that perfect finish. Owner Tim, Tim, Bob and Kermit are dedicated, strive for perfection and are very attentive to detail. Tim, does a very good job communicating the expectations for the day, they also leave the project clean and neat at the end of each day. Please expect a little disruption and dust during the project. They do their best to keep it to a minimum but there is some clean up after the project. It's well worth the inconveniences! Above and Beyond Painting live up to their name and certainly deserve success. We plan to use them again for the exterior of our home.

It was great! From the response asking for an estimate through completion, they worked very responsive. They worked quickly and cleaned everything up before they left. They communicated well and exceeded my expectations.

We have used Above and Beyond Painting several times in the past for our Westerville home, primarily for interior painting work. On this occasion we had some major drywall issues and they once again performed exceptionally. They took care of this problem perfectly, including sanding, etc., and they re-painted the rooms with precision. The rooms look wonderful and our neighbors are amazed at the transformation. As always, Tim is very responsive and delivered on having our rooms painted before I hosted a work event at the house. He quoted right there on the spot and we signed up on the spot. Tim has done work for us before and his work was outstanding the first time, I had no second thoughts this time around. The first time we had Above and Beyond paint, we went through the hassle of buying our own paint thinking it would be a better deal. This time we gave Tim the colors we wanted and he had it matched, picked it up, and it cost the same as me doing the work. He even helped suggest colors and how they would look due to the lighting etc. This experience went very well again. I highly recommend Tim and his crew - they are very professional and come in to get the job done and done well.

Above and Beyond was the company I used last year for some interior painting, so without hesitation I called Tim when I had another painting project. It is so nice to work with a reliable company, and Tim and his crew are the best. Thier attention to detail from prepping the areas to be painted to the last brush stroke is top-Notch and the job is performed with the least amount of disturbance and mess to the household as possible. Heck, my house is cleaner when Tim and his men leave than it was when they first arrived...they clean everything in sight. Tim and his crew at Above and Beyond Painting did an excellent job. We used this company a few years ago to paint our entire finished basement and they did an excellent job. So, when it was time to paint the first floor of our house we did not even think about looking elsewhere for a painter. It was good to see that Above and Beyond Painting maintained their excellent quality that they demonstrated when we previously hired them. Some of Tim's same painters who performed the basement painting years ago worked on this job. The work they performed was flawless. They sanded the walls and smoothed them out, so the resulting painting was perfect. Each of their painters really takes pride in their work and they are highly skilled in their trade. Further, we felt comfortable having them in our home when we were at work. At the end of the job they cleaned up and even washed some of the dishes that had dust on them from sanding of the walls. I highly recommend Above and Beyond Painting.

Tim and his crew did a wonderful job! They were very careful in removing our window treatments and moving our furniture to do the actual painting. Everything took about a week, and the guys were great about getting everything back to semi-normal at the end of the day so we weren't disrupted at night. The actual painting quality was wonderful and very reasonable - we will definitely hire them for future painting work.
