Description of Work: Exceptional service and great paint job on our entire interior. So happy we have contracted tge outside this spring.

Description of Work: Deck wood painted poorly.. Could see wood through with in weeks.. Had deck repainted 3 months later.. Deck was brand new, I as told I did not treat it ... If I have to treat after 3 months something wrong.

Description of Work: deck painting very well completed,but provider did not update me on when the work would be done. contract signed in June with down payment,but provider had to be reminded of the work. this is someone I have used before, and was pleased. part of the problem was the inclement weather, but he should have notified me before i had to remind him.

Description of Work: Their work is true to their name. These trustworthy an expert painters have met or exceeded all of my expectations on major jobs over the years. And prices are good.

Description of Work: Painted several rooms after remodeling work was done. Repainted most all of home earlier. Tim's responsiveness, availability, quality control, and prices are superb. Nice group of painters. Will be calling them soon to do more painting. Does excellent detail work! Trim is great.

Description of Work: Stained screened porch. They did an awesome job. They took great care. Removed all screens, stained entire porch including vaulted ceiling with a fan in the middle. No drips! All screens were then put backed just like they were when installed. I will be using them again!

Description of Work: Great interior painting job!Tim and his team are extremely professional. The stairwell, hallway and bedroom look amazing. They even caulked along the woodwork for a more finished look. Will definitely use their services again.

Description of Work: Tim (owner/operator) was wonderful to work with! We had him out to repaint our dining room, & master bed/bath. He initially came in higher than a few of the other quotes and was willing to revisit his estimate when I discussed that with him. I felt most comfortable leaving him and his crew in my home when we weren't there. He walked us through every step of the way what would be done, what we'd see, and how his crew would take care of the house. He was punctual, and quick to fit us in to his schedule (especially right before the holidays!). During the painting, he even let my dog out for a mid-day break! No question, he will be the only painter we go to from now on. Love using local businesses, and knowing that the job will be done right the first time, and with a great level of care. Thanks, Tim!

Description of Work: Tim and his crew went above and beyond to listen to our needs. He did a wonderful job, was always on time and very courteous. His drywall person was a wonderful craftaman.we would recommend anytime.

Description of Work: We used Above and Beyond for many projects and at first we were extremely pleased. As you can see we spent a considerable amount with the company. If there were some issues along the way , he has high staff turn over, Tim Barton owner always addressed them. We were very loyal customers and referred them to many of our friends neighbors and family. Things changed when we had problems with our flaking outside paint. We contacted Tim and his response was to be defensive and he did not stand by his work.We have found another company that exceed Above and Beyond in every way, they are quiet, professional and do a wonderful job. We do not want any contact from Tim Barton the matter is closed. We gave him ample opportunity to put this right but his arrogant approach made it impossible. I have not wanted to put a negative rating out there but thought it was only fair to other Angie's list members. Especially as our outside trim paint is flaking everywhere now and we can tell it is just a shoddy job. Tim had told us in his sales pitch the outside would last 7 to 10 years.
