Description of Work: Rerouted and fixed original ductwork in basement that was not installed correctly by another installer. Created more headroom underneath ducts and improved airflow and efficiency of my system.

Description of Work: We awoke to a terrible noise coming from our furnace on Saturday morning. I placed a call to R&W after checking Angie's List. They were friendly and promised to send someone out that afternoon. The gentleman arrived at the time promised. Although he could find nothing wrong and the noise had stopped he took the time to thoroughly check everything out and then explained what possibly could have caused the noise. He recommended that we not replace the motor at this time unless the noise returned and he could confirm that was the problem. We appreciated his honesty and will certainly call them in the future if we have problems.

Description of Work: I had trouble with the furnace. They discovered a defective motor and replaced it. I was very pleased they didn't try to sell me a new furnace as my current unit is 20 years old. Very responsive and very professional.

+ -1 moreThey were wonderful. They were nice and informed me so that I could understand what was going on. They got it fixed very promptly, and I felt that the price was fair.
Description of Work: R & W came out and fixed my furnace. It was heating, but not heating up enough and there was something about one thermostat was working and one wasn't. That was at my hair salon, they did the work at my business.
